Recently, when first logging into Facebook, the entries in my feed will just sit there and refresh for a while before finally settling in and stopping. Then when I start scrolling, I can only go so far and it starts doing it again. Rather peculiar action. Something to do with auto refresh? I don't encounter the issue when using Safari or Opera. Appreciate anything on this issue.

I keep getting Review Your Global Privacy Control preferences message, almost every time I start the browser. I have selected "Don't Allow" option many times and have also went and managed my privacy controls. But, the popup message won't stop coming.

How do I stop the popup message?

I have been Firefox/Mozilla user from the very early days but I am at a point where I have to stop using it because of this annoying popup message.

Greetings. I recently upgraded to Windows 11 and started using Firefox again. In order to be more secure and private I am reviewing all of my settings everywhere. I am concerned that the security certificates that are currently in my Firefox are safe, secure and current. I know the internet is worldwide and bad actors can from any country but when I see them from certain countries that does concern me. Is there a way to verify the certificates are good? Is there an harm in deleting certificates? Is there any suggestions of what countries, websites to stay away from concerning certificates? If the validity is expired should I delete it? Outlook.live.com disrupted by Mozilla multi-container extension. Loads fine when extension off. When extension is on, shortcut that normally loads outlook already signed in now brings you to main microsoft sign on page, but starts launching multiple tabs ad infinitum after you log into that page. Works fine on Brave and other browsers. Started about a month ago. I see no recent complaints in searches. None of the fixes offered in older queries found in searches worked. Are Microsoft and Mozilla having a data access battle? How do I fix this? Really don't want to reinstall Firefox - this will involve hours of re-configuring. Thanks.

Macbook Pro, Sonoma 14.1.2. I updated Firefox in the beginning of March. Since then it will not allow me to access site on the internet when I have ExpressVPN enabled. ExpressVPN works with Safari. I have spent over an hour working with a VPN tech. It's fine. The only change was updating Firefox. Since then I have removed and re-installed both Firefox and ExpressVPN. How do I resolve this?

At one site that I visit daily where multiple pictures sometimes can be scrolled horizontally, I can't scroll down or up with the keyboard. The Page Up/Down keys change their functions and scroll the pictures horizontally instead of making the page scroll up or down. I have to use up/down arrows until I reach a point where there are no multiple lateral pictures to get the expected function from the scroll keys. Is there a setting or other way to prevent horizontal scrolling using the Page Up/Down keys?

Gmail and my Google account are stuck on the help center pages. I can't sign in or out and can't reach my mail. Both work fine in other browsers. I tried the "about:support" page with no results.

I've used Google Maps 3d on this machine before. I don't use it all the time. Not sure at what point it stopped working, but sometime in the last 3-6 months.

Google Maps shows the Global View as greyed out so I'm unable to use 3D. Did a test on https://get.webgl.org/. I see the spinning cube.

Any suggestions?

I have had this problem for a while. I am not sure what to do so that I can fix this. Whenever I open a pdf or any application that can be opened in the browsers shows me two options for firefox browser. I attached a picture that will make it obvious what the problem is.

Hello,i got windows Windows 10 Pro 22H2 and latest mozilla version,just noticed my total ram usage with mozilla launched is up to 12gb. After closing the browser im getting around 10gb ram usage. After restaring my computer im getting 3.5gb ram usage totally without mozilla started. After i start to use mozilla,my ram usage increases up to 12gb,sometimes higher,again if i close it totally,im not getting 3.5gb ram usage BACK for some reason,only a couple of gigabytes (same gigabytes resource monitor shows for mozilla),so Mozilla continue to use loads of ram and i dont see it uses someting in the monitor. So i need to restart my computer each time i close Mozilla if i want to have normal ram usage,thats awful. Screens are included. Regards

Everyone says my audio sounds distorted in google video chat. I had been using it for months without issue on Firefox, and then I got a new Apple computer and people started to tell me I had this issue. In order to isolate the issue I tried going on Teams Video chat and Zoom video chat and people said my audio sounded fine there. Then I opened Google Video Chat in Google Chrome and people said my audio sounded fine there too. Lately, it's only when I'm on Firefox trying to use Google Video Chat (aka Google Meet) to video chat and people say my audio sounds way too distorted to hear what I'm saying. I restarted my computer, I even checked for the latest browser, which is up to date, I can't figure out how to fix this. Sounds like a firefox issue. Any ideas?

When I try to sign in to Delta.com, on my Macbook air, where I have an account and go there frequently, today I cannot access. Even when I try to reset my password, the page will not respond. I tried the same on Safari, and it worked just fine.

so the problem has to be with Firefox, not with Delta.

So is that true that Firefox is consume more RAM than Chrome in this Ai era(2024)? & 2nd question is my deepin os Firefox is sometime crash and closed automatically! why & how to fix this non-sense ?

bold text I have tried all options that are available. I cannot find my BOOKMARKS. This happened two days ago and I have tried, I have the bookmarks on a HTML file bit it says the file is empty.

In the most recent version of the firefox when I switch to full screen other displays go blank. I'm using firefox on a macbook and before updating firefox I had no problem.

is there any workaround to this problem?
