On my computer, I run Mageia Cauldron with a GNOME environment. After a recent update of my system, both Firefox and Thunderbird have stopped working. They crash constantly when I try to launch either of them. In both cases, when I try to launch them from the command line, I get the following message: ATTENTION: default value of option mesa_glthread overridden by environment. ATTENTION: default value of option mesa_glthread overridden by environment. Segmentation fault (core dumped)

For basic info, my system is: OS: Linux Mageia Cauldron Environment: GNOME Shell 43.1 Display server: X11 Kernel: 6.1.8-desktop-1.mga9 x86_64 Firefox: 102.7.0esr Thunderbird: 102.6.1

Looking around, it seems to be a bug with Firefox and Thunderbird, but besides waiting for a new update that might fix itself, I wonder if there is something I can do to make them work now.

After updating to the latest Browser, I have no music controls when I use YouTube Music. The update 102.6.0esr (64-bit) on 12/3/2022 caused my website application that uses Google for authentication to hang. I went to my Google profile and deleted the authorization for the website and cleared cookies, but the website still hangs waiting for authorization from Google. I am able to log into the website using Chrome. Firefox was working fine until Tuesday when I received the update.
