Firefox browser, v123.0.1, 64-bit. windows 10 Pro, 22H2.

Hello, this may not be a problem with Firefox itself at all, but I'd like to try to understand what the cause of the problem I and others are having.

I have Norton 360 installed, in this Windows 10 computer and like to use Firefox for internet browsing, it has always served me well.

I also have Norton Safe Search integrated/add-on to Firefox. This puts a red, green, or gray check mark at the end of each link that comes up during a search and has always worked before.

Recently, I've noticed that such check marks do not appear at all when doing a search with Firefox, but they are present when I do searches with MS Edge.

I am searching for a solution here, and also in the Norton Community. There are others there who have stated they are having the same problem.

Has anyone here heard of this before, would you have any suggestion as to what may be causing the lack of the Norton Safe Search check marks in Firefox searches?

Any input/suggestions would be welcome.

For some time now, I've been experiencing the following issues with PiP:

• The floating window opens in a random (and annoying) place and does not place itself automatically on the lower right corner as it used to (where I always move it, so it has no memory as it used to)
• It's impossible to keep the "always on top" mode on by default, and I have to do it every single time
• When I toggle windows, the PiP window is always the next one, even when it was not the one I switched from, and I have to always toggle twice for switching between two windows when I have a 3rd PiP window
• When I change language using the keyboard shortcut, it changes the language on the PiP window, and I have to use the language icon bar. Then, the PiP window becomes activated, and I have to toggle back to the window I was working on before (on which I wanted to change language). I have the "separate languages for separate windows" option activated.

It's been some months now, and all those things were working before an update but never came back...

Does anyone know if there's a way of fixing these issues? I've tried things I found online but nothing seems to work.

When photos, videos, or websites are linked on a FB comment, it used to display a thumbnail preview below the comment. Now it just shows the link. On mobile, the preview appears. So I'm thinking a setting got changed on the desktop version.

Does anyone know what the issue is and how to correct?

Firefox currently does not prevent macOS from going to sleep when a download is active.

How do I know this? 1) I downloaded a file from the internet. 1.5 GB in size. 2) I opened a Terminal window in macOS, and ran `pmset -g`. 3) I searched for "sleep" in the "Currently in use:" list, and checked if Firefox was listed. It was not.

Is there a setting that I can enable that I can download to make this happen?

I think extensions don't have the capability to prevent macOS from going to sleep. Correct me if I'm wrong.

A quick fix for now would be the `caffeinate`-command in the Terminal-app, but I think this is very resource-wasteful.

When switching from one tab to another, streaming stops and video won't play in background. I've tried all the main fixes suggested I've found. Nothing worked. Please help! Will be using alternate browser until fixed as it's too unwieldy for me to use this way.

Some months ago, Firefox stopped displaying the blue progress bar that would normally show once you clicked on the download icon. You still see the usual file info but now the progress bar of the download is gray instead of blue and is extremely hard to see. You have to look closely but in the first screenshot you can see where the shade of gray of the progress bar changes, just under the "6" of the "x86" part of the file name. But if you click on the "show all downloads" link, then the blue progress bar will show as usual for any in-progress downloads in the Library window, as shown in the second screenshot.

It isn't a huge issue but is still annoying when you just want to quickly see the progress of downloads in Firefox. I haven't changed any of the colors in Firefox or in Windows for that matter, I'm currently running Windows 10. All other dialog boxes, windows, etc. all display normally on my system. Just curious if anyone else is having this problem and hopefully a future update can take care of it.

I just started using my new MacBook Air, and when I try to use the trackpad to open read Gmail or click the calendar icon on Firefox, it doesn't respond. It works on Safari.

As per the photo, I try to click the calendar icon to open up my calendar and nothing happened.

There's also no way to add an exception? Just completely broken at the moment. I have to disable OCSP stapling to get it to work at all, which is less then ideal.

Currently using 125.0.3 (64-bit). I checked for newer versions of firefox and it's not saying anything. Chrome and Edge work fine. Encountered this on an android tablet with firefox, and went to desktop and hit the same thing.

Why are my bookmarks all of a sudden not working anymore.

Selecting the saved bookmark from DudkDuckGo or Firefox does not load the page.

Did i change a setting accidentally/

Did Mozilla change the functionality?

when i amon a webpage& click to go to home screen takes about 10 minutes & i have hi speed inernet & th slide bar on side dont go to top when changing pages getting worse please fix it

My sign-in ID is aaaan email that has been cancelled. As long as they don't asl me to retrieve any codes oranything it works of course. If anything is sent to that email I can not retrieve it. Usually kepping me out of Fire fox. I need to see if amyonr know how to change your sign-in ID>

I choose a new theme. After a while, I close Firefox. When I start Firefox again, my chosen theme appears briefly, then the default theme replaces it. Why? FYI: it doesn't happen with just one theme.

When I press the pause button on my keyboard, it doesn't stop the YouTube video like it used to. I'm not sure why it stopped working. I've checked the key, and it works fine in Chrome.

Hi. with Firefox not able to get default colors on twitter. With other browser no problem - i've got default colors All Extensions disabled, restarted - but no change

The file icons on by desktop were always the standard color but now the are blue and white why did this happen. I know I can change each one back individually but how can I change them in mass.
