Every time I try to login to a different page my firefox crashes.

I also did get the attached message, wasn't forsure if this was apart of the issue?

I have tried to dump the preferences, clear cache, restart, clear history.

I changed computers and created a login to save bookmarks, it looked like this was accomplished but now on my new computer and after I login in Firefox it asks me to import but fire fox is not an option.

I want to know if there is a way to make Firefox fully load a websites content

Like the video shown, this was taken on another browser, the browser used here is Edge, I had to scroll in order for it fully load its contents and on other browsers if there is such an option of loading it'll automatically load all the websites contents without me scrolling at all such as Brave.

I'm having problem downloading Firefox browsers onto my Windows 7.

I'm constantly getting this message

Hmmm...For some reason we could not install Firefox.

Please help, two days have gone and still this problem hangs on....

My experience of using Firefox's browser is severely impaired by the error message, 'safe connection failed', preventing me access to secure sites, such as my local car boot sale's web site to check out whether or not it will be on, or cancelled due to bad weather. That seemingly fabricated error message and iniquitous is a nuisance and discouraging.

I ran a full scan with Windows Security on 13/05/2023 and it detected the following inside my Mozilla folder:

Trojan:HTML/Phish.VS!MSR

Please see the photo below for the exact location of the affected files.

I'm aware that this is my fault rather than it being an inherent issue with the browser, however I would like to know if this has/could pose an actual threat to my machine?

The following article says it wouldn't pose a threat unless the file is opened, however the article isn't maintained and as such I worry the information in it is outdated: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/Firefox%20cache%20file%20was%20infected%20with%20a%20virus

I did open the affected file in Notepad but this was after I had already quarantined the threat. It appears the Trojan was part of: (SCRIPT001)

It's worth noting that I run a third party AV on my machine (Kaspersky Plus) and when I ran a full scan with it, prior to the Defender scan that detected the Trojan, it didn't flag any issues.

I recently swapped to Firefox (113.0) from Chrome.

I'm trying to open my employer's website (https://www.accenture.com/us-en) but it doesn't load on Firefox.

It's not an internet issue as I can open up Edge and it will load instantly. Firefox gives the "this page is slowing down Firefox" message

I tried turning off my extensions (I have uBlock) without it making a difference.

The list things that i have already tried

1. Troubleshoot mode
2. Restarted Firefox and computer several times.( didn't fix anything )
3. Turned off hardware acceleration when available

A Windows 7 computer, on being restarted from an overnight rest will nor open local files but will open URL referenced files. All Firefox Extensions have been removed. There was no problem before the computer was turned off. This computer can also open in Windows XP. It performs well in XP.

Hi, I disabled several options in about:config, and a feature previously disappeared. When I pressed the scroll button in the diamond, it opened a tag and automatically navigated to it. Also, when there was a previously open page, and I open any bookmark (tags), the selected page opens in a new window, I want it. Please help me.

Firefox is the browser I use for my AT &T E-mails. I cannot sign in anymore using my password. It says too many attempts have been made to sign in, when it was the first time on that day I am trying to sign-in. I have tried to change my password and it works for a while, and then the same thing happens a few days later. Please help. AT & T tell me that it is the Firefox browser that is doing this. I have tried getting help with AT & T and they can't figure it out.
