The above New Zealand organization is recommending users to use any other browser than Mozilla Firefox. I have used Firefox for many years on their website and about two months ago it comes up with a recommendation to use another browser because Mozilla Firefox will no longer work on their NZ woke/local wank website. I contacted them to ask what the problem was and instead of answering the question they just repeated the message to change browser. I'm sure these local idiots are just being lazy/stupid so I'd like Mozilla to stick a rocket up their dumb-asses. As these twats are the local government lotteries commission I cannot partake of their monopoly online as they won't allow my browser. Please can Mozilla/community help? I have at least some computer knowledge but not enough to understand the link on the crash report that says what this report means. Is there a cliff notes version of why my firefox keeps crashing. I have link to the page so I am not sure what info is needed to help me. I can give screenshots or link info. I'm not sure if it's safe to post everything on report or what is necessary.

When can we have firefox with translation set OFF by default?

I mean, it's pretty unfair that intelligent people have to keep turning off the dumb translator... all the time... We need a setting, openly available, in the Edit/Settings menu, where it belongs, an option to switch it off. In fact, when it first asks if we want a page translated, we need an option: never ask this again...

All we can see is "go under the hood of firefox, config:option, go into the about:config section where 10 of 10 million people will ever get... and there find your way to disable this horrible translator". When can we expect an option in the pop-up: "never ask me this question again"?

The translator in this offensive form has been around since 2023... I seems high time we didn't have to bother with this anymore...

Hey Gang -- Has anyone else experienced this?

Whenever I'm on NPR's website listening to a radio program, I can't access any other websites on separate tabs or windows. (they simply won't 'load' or even acknowledge any commands)

I find this to be very strange.

If anyone can help with this minor quandary I would be grateful.

PS - I am using a PC desktop computer, running Windows 10 and using the latest Firefox version 124.0.2

The full website link has /users/login, but when I checked the saved passwords, the link stops before the first /, its just websitename.com, instead of wesbsitename.com/users/login, and I suspect the full link not being save is whats causing it not to show up. Is there any way to brute force it to show up?

To open a link of a website in the background tab is CTRL+click, why is it that to open a bookmark of the bookmark toolbar in the background tab is CTRL+shift+click. It is confusing! A bookmark is a link! For comparison, both of them are CTRL + click in chromium. BTW, there is no explanation in advanced configuration preferences.

Lest update to 15.9 all my extensions are now disabled. Missing Lastpass and Surfshark from my menu bar. Doesn't seem to be any way to Enable them from Extensions screen.

I reloaded Lastpass from their site and this is now working on my Menu bar.

Dear People --- FIRST: I apologize for taking so ling. I had physical probs, that kept me from coming back. SECOND: I'm afraid that I can't solve this problem with the advice provided. There was a file mentioned [which slips my mind, and I can't look for it with out leaving this screen] that is supposed to be on my desk top. I couldn't find it, so things stopped there.

SO..... I'm reiterating my problem: I loaded an "update" to Firefox that was supposed to get around the obnoxious "THIS BROWSER IS NO LONGER SUPPORTED" message I'd get on certain web-sites [such as the Milwaukee Journal]. I never understood that, as I am careful to update programs, when the updates are available. SO: While I was on the Milwaukee Journal Site, I clicked on the "Firefox Update" that the Journal's site recommended. What happened was I got the Current Version, and LOST all of my add-ons. After problems I can't go into here, "The Cat's Back." Please advise whether I can get things back after this much time.

N.B.: I'm running Windows 10.

My provider has deleted my email account without prior notification. I have no second email adress registered, and also no access to my old email adress.

How can I change my primary email adress now?

So I noticed an issue with certain websites a few days ago. I was trying to make a hair appointment online, it was asking me to fill in my email, and the box wouldn't let me click on it. I used a different browser, and it worked just fine. Same thing today: I was trying to make a lab appointment, the next step was verifying I'm not a robot, I clicked the box, and it had a loading circle eternally. I tried it on a different browser, and it worked within seconds, no loading. I've never had this issue with Firefox before! I tried clearing my cookies and cache, and that didn't do anything unfortunately. Let me know what I can do to fix this problem! I normally loved Firefox and it's my main browser, so I'm hoping to resolve this issue. Thanks so much!

it keeps popping this message up "firefox is installing components needed to play audio or video on this page, please try again later" its been saying this since the new update and keeps telling me failed to check for update.
