I cannot get the print button to work in my emails. I used to be able to close Firefox and re-open and then it would work, but today that did not work. I shut down my computer completely and still it does not work. I am attaching a snip of the screen showing the print button.

'''bold text''' Good afternoon Team Firefox. OK, so over the past couple of weeks I have been getting tab crashes. After the tab crashes there appears a box from Firefox that says it will report the tab crash and then at the bottom of the info box there is the option of reconnecting or reestablishing the connection with the tab that had just crashed but nothing seems to be happening. I am not getting an indication that the issue is being looked at and I am 99% positive that no one from Firefox has been in touch with me about a permanent fix for this issue which is becoming more annoying all the time. In the past week or so it has happened around 4 or 5 times. So what can be done? I look forward to getting this issue resolved.

Hello, it seems that cycling through tabs in most recently used order is not working for me. I am running version 126.0.1 on Windows and I have the "Ctrl+Tab cycles through tabs in recently used order" option enabled on my settings page. I have only noticed this issue in the past week or so, and so I am wondering if this feature is broken in the most recent release and if there is anything I can do to get the feature to work again until the bug is fixed in a future version.

This morning I saw that images were not downloading within my GMAIL messages. Believing that something was wrong with my connection, I decided to give both my computers a restart. This concerns my Windows 10 64-Bit, on which I had both Edge and Firefox opened, both with multi-tabs. In Firefox I had my Google account open with other tabs. After shutting down both computers I left my apartment. The Windows 10 restarted on its own; but both browsers lost their tabs even though I set each to reopen the previous session. With Edge and function keys I was able to restore my previous session; but not with Firefox. about:sessionrestore was not available. The Profile folder did not show a backup for these lost tabs. I hate hunting for them in History because I am working on multiple projects and don't have time for this wasteful activity, which is why I set Startup to Open Previous Windows And Tabs. What option did I miss?

I have no idea how to fix a problem that just emerged in the last hour.

I can't download file attachments sent by email. Yesterday I could. I have been using Mozilla Firefox as my browser for more than 10 years. I tried restarting my computer that didn't help.

All of a sudden, I can't download any attachments, no matter what file type it is. I've reset Firefox to it's default, restarted, everything suggested. I don't have the first clue as to what this is.

Every time I sign into something using Firefox the recaptcha does not allow me to continue. If I switch to Google Chrome it works. Please help me to be able to use Firefox.

On my Macbook (macOS Sonoma 14.5), Firefox blocks populating parts of some websites whereas other browsers don't. For example, on my J. Crew Factory website account, when I click on "Order History," I get a blank page. Other browsers (Safari, Brave) correctly populate the info on my Order History. Why does Firefox block it?

When downloading a file in Facebook Messenger, Firefox changes file extension to .pdf. My case was .docx file but looking for help found people have problem with other formats, even non document saving as .pdf.

When I'm browsing, especially when shopping, say, Amazon, eBay, or Swanson Vitamins or wherever, FF opens a new tab which remains open to the right of the left-most original tab. Of course, when I + a new tab which I want it to stay open, it opens and, again, by itself, FF closes the first tab and the latter takes over the left-most spot. And, in case of eBay, when I click on an item I want to check, it keeps on opening a new tab on the original tab. Placing the cursor on FF icon on task bar displays all the tabs. I never had things like above happen with previous issue FF. Of, course, I don't know since which FF version was stable in the way I wanted. Does anyone know how to set FF to stop taking all these unwanted actions?

There is a hacker who accessed my Google account via Firefox about 10 hours ago, with the result my language setting has been switched to Korean. I live in Hong Kong and have never been to Korea, and I do understand Korean at all. Can you help pls? Thx.

I was able to use it normally before, but when I downloaded a file, the browser froze, so I used Task Manager to terminate Firefox and reopened it, and then I encountered this situation.

When I open the "Downloads" in Firefox, the browser hangs and prompts unresponsive. I have tried the troubleshooting mode, but it did not work, the problem still exists. I also tried to "Refresh Firefox", but this did not solve the problem either. I also tried to delete places.sqlite, but it was also ineffective. Then I created a new user profile, but the same situation occurred. I also tried to uninstall Firefox, delete AppData/Local/Mozilla and AppData/Roaming/Mozilla, and then reinstall it, but it also couldn't solve this problem. I've had this problem on both 126 and 125.

Looking for help to try and work out what is happening. Over the last few days, after powering up and browsing the internet everything works fine for a while. Main websites are Facebook, YouTube and continually clicking on bookmarked items. Normally only a few tabs are open at any one time. Then after some time, I open a new tab and get the

Gah. Your Tab Just Crashed message appear on the new tab and can not access any websites after this. The Close Tab, Restore Tab, Restore All Tabs do nothing.

I have to reboot the PC and start again.

I'm using the latest version 126.0.1 (64-bit).

• Tried running in Safe Mode, uninstalled Firefox and re-installed it, reverted back to 126.0 (64-bit) and same issue.

• I've cleared the cache and history

• Had Add Blockers, FB Purity and New Tab Override Extensions. Disabled these and still no success.

• I have AVG driver update installed and its telling me all the drivers are up to date.

• The problem seemed to start happening after an AVG update, so I have removed AVG Antivirus

The computer is an ASUS Vivobook Laptop, Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-1005G1 CPU @ 1.20GHz 1.19 GHz with 8GB ram.

For a week or better I have been unable to download anything through my Firefox browser, I have refreshed and uninstalled Firefox (I had to reinstall through another browser) in an attempt to fix this issue to no avail. I cannot download from verified sites, nor am I able to download Firefox's own extensions or themes (when I attempt I get an error telling me to check my connection, screenshot included).

I would like to be able to use Firefox normally again, with the ability to download files and install my extensions restored.

The screenshot is missing in settings: I typed about:certificate and it is showing the DigiNotar Root CA - Server. I clicked on it,and it say "Explicitly Distrust DigiNotar Root CA.

The color on top of the Desktop is a blue gray color not black like it shows on the instructions steps when there is a picture showing the menu with instructions. I am getting a message when I open Firefox saying that "Open or Refresh Firefox" It has caused me a problem when clicking on it

Also, I don/t know if this the community help which I am trying to get help because of the problems I am having.

Question: Does Firefox runs on Chromium or it it a Chromium?
