Firefox Support Forum

Any time I try to connect to the internet, Firefox claims either I am offline or the connection is not secure. I know I have a connection as I can access the support site and every other website on an entirely different browser. I have tried refreshing the page, double-checking Firefox is allowed through the firewall, cleared cache, cleared all cookies and site data, nothing I've done is working. Firefox just randomly stopped connecting a few days ago and I had the same issue with Google Chrome last month, which is when I made the switch to Firefox.

If anyone knows anything that could maybe help, that would be great. Thank you so much!

Trying to replace my primary email with a secondary email. I've tried to add a secondary email to my account, but the confirmation code does not reach my primary email. I've checked junkmail and spam, but no confirmation email there either.

but i don't see option to enable autofill on desktop. On mobile, autofill only shows USA ans Canada. Why Chrome allow me to use address autofill and Firefox not?

Today all of the sudden, one of my computers running Firefox won't connect to Youtube at all. It says security issue with HSTS. It also says there there is nothing I can do to resolve it. Surely that can't be true. Youtube runs on every other computer in the office just fine.

Hi! After a routine update today to Mozilla Firefox 127.0 for Linux Mint, Firefox is asking for my master password before letting me continue. Sync does not appear to be enabled.

I'd really rather it didn't do this, because my password manager is now always open and accessible. Previously, the master password request was only triggered when I came on a site that needed a password.

Anything I can do to fix this?

I have a Lenovo Win 11 notebook that now requires me to sign in each time I open Outlook or YouTube when I use the Firefox Browser. Edge and Chrome do not require a sign each time I use Outlook and/or YouTube. A setting in Firefox certainly seems to be the cause. I reinstalled Firefox, still same broblem.

A week or two ago I had no issues with Outlook and YouTube. It happens now every time I Open Outlook and YouTube.

I now use EDGE and have stopped using Firefox which has been my preferred browser for years.

This has been going on for a length of times, the Privacy app or window keeping changing when I used it. This morning, it started back when trying to close it to go to another website. Also, the middle part of the privacy screen keeping changing.

Firefox is not secure because there is something going on every day with the settings. They keep changing on me.
