Every time I open Firefox another blank window opens behind the main Firefox pages . I see it when I close Firefox so have to close that too. There is no URL in the window just a blank page.

I want to enable cookies for outlook and google, the rest I dont want.

I have attempted to look at the cookie's url for outlook and add that to the exception list, but outlook still harasses me with its annoying 2fa

How do I find the actual address to put in the exceptions list to stop this issue?

WHY IT LOGGED OUT ALL MY ACCOUNTS FROM TABS WHEN EVER I CLOSE MY BROWSER, I HAVE TO RE-LOGIN AGAIN AND AGAIN, WHICH IS SO SO FRUSTRATING..................................

My provider has deleted my email account without prior notification. I have no second email adress registered, and also no access to my old email adress.

How can I change my primary email adress now?

When logging into an account there are multiple usernames (incorrect or older.) I would like to remove or delete them, but keep the current passwords.

Is that possible without deleting the account?

So I noticed an issue with certain websites a few days ago. I was trying to make a hair appointment online, it was asking me to fill in my email, and the box wouldn't let me click on it. I used a different browser, and it worked just fine. Same thing today: I was trying to make a lab appointment, the next step was verifying I'm not a robot, I clicked the box, and it had a loading circle eternally. I tried it on a different browser, and it worked within seconds, no loading. I've never had this issue with Firefox before! I tried clearing my cookies and cache, and that didn't do anything unfortunately. Let me know what I can do to fix this problem! I normally loved Firefox and it's my main browser, so I'm hoping to resolve this issue. Thanks so much!

I have played "Hero Wars,Dominion Era " for years on Fire Fox...They did an "update" last week(Thursday or friday 04/25-26?24)and I haven't been able to log onto the game itself since...I can still open the Hero wars home page,I can get into my "discord" chat etc etc etc,but I cannot get into my individual game.(If it helps,my Hero wars game ID # is 10920140)...I had to start playing the game itself on Google Chrome...I am hopeing you can help find a solution as everything I do is from Fire Fox & I really don't like chrome :(...PLEASE Help me resolve this if possible! ( Nexus suggested I use "Incognito" on FireFox ( I remeber that from a few yrs back,but honestly,i haven't used or seen "incognito" since :()

I am trying to use a <select> tag to display a color selector. So each <option> has a background color to match its displayed text:

On Chrome this displays as expected:

How can I get Firefox to display the background colors?

I prefer using Firefox as my browser (have done so for years), but recently I have noticed inability to open some hints provided on my family trees on Ancestry.com

When I called Ancestry, they suggested I use a different browser (: - but when I did, I was able to open the hints Firefox won't open. What is the problem? I was also told that another Ancestry user had called in previously with the same problem. PLEASE fix this!

If it helps, I use Windows on an HP Envy laptop (have for some time - wasn't a problem before a month or so ago). Will I hear back from anyone as to when this might be addressed/fixed?

So the issue i have is when i'm trying to access my gmail accounts from Mozilla. Whenever i try to access my mailbox or gmail site in itself it transfers me to outlooks login. I assume there's some setting or similar that i'm missing that's causing the issue but i haven't been able to find it.

I've narrowed it down to not being any add-on since i only got few but none of them should affect anything email related in anyway shape or form. Also it works fine in Chrome which has been my go-to go around for the issue but honestly it's getting a bit annoying.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

I am able to start FF with no problem. I open a few tabs and then without warning I can't access any of the sites without closing FF and restarting. Then the whole cycle is repeated. I am considering getting rid of FF this started just over a month ago.

Currently unable to save, edit or add bookmarks.

I have updated Firefox, refreshed Firefox, gone through Troubleshoot mode, cleared the startup cache, and deleted the "xulstore.json" in my profile folder.

Pls help this is driving me nuts + making me want to switch browsers. Thanks : )

Jack here. I am a non-tech person and don't know the technicalities behind this issue. I have a Digital Media Website which loads and works quite fine when opened in other browsers but the site is loading very slowly in Mozilla and when it does load it has breakages.

Can anyone please tell me what the issue might be and how to fix it?

When i click ctrl only ctrl its maeks tab smaller like ctrl + - but i only press ctrl also when i hold scroll i can smooth surf the tab now it dont work what i have to do?
