I cannot get the print button to work in my emails. I used to be able to close Firefox and re-open and then it would work, but today that did not work. I shut down my computer completely and still it does not work. I am attaching a snip of the screen showing the print button.

'''bold text''' Good afternoon Team Firefox. OK, so over the past couple of weeks I have been getting tab crashes. After the tab crashes there appears a box from Firefox that says it will report the tab crash and then at the bottom of the info box there is the option of reconnecting or reestablishing the connection with the tab that had just crashed but nothing seems to be happening. I am not getting an indication that the issue is being looked at and I am 99% positive that no one from Firefox has been in touch with me about a permanent fix for this issue which is becoming more annoying all the time. In the past week or so it has happened around 4 or 5 times. So what can be done? I look forward to getting this issue resolved.

I have a site where I have a valid login and password. I can login in Edge and FF Private Window, but in FF I get the attached message. Coninued tries gets me locked out for 24 hours.

I have whitelisted the site. Cleared caches and cookies, etc.

What does this mean and how can I fix it?

For some reason I notice that some of our image files, viewed after opening an online pdf document with images within, shows random white horizontal lines. This is not shown using edge or chrome. you can go here to view https://mcclone.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/Connects-Issue-12.pdf.

This morning I saw that images were not downloading within my GMAIL messages. Believing that something was wrong with my connection, I decided to give both my computers a restart. This concerns my Windows 10 64-Bit, on which I had both Edge and Firefox opened, both with multi-tabs. In Firefox I had my Google account open with other tabs. After shutting down both computers I left my apartment. The Windows 10 restarted on its own; but both browsers lost their tabs even though I set each to reopen the previous session. With Edge and function keys I was able to restore my previous session; but not with Firefox. about:sessionrestore was not available. The Profile folder did not show a backup for these lost tabs. I hate hunting for them in History because I am working on multiple projects and don't have time for this wasteful activity, which is why I set Startup to Open Previous Windows And Tabs. What option did I miss?

I have no idea how to fix a problem that just emerged in the last hour.

I can't download file attachments sent by email. Yesterday I could. I have been using Mozilla Firefox as my browser for more than 10 years. I tried restarting my computer that didn't help.

Every time I sign into something using Firefox the recaptcha does not allow me to continue. If I switch to Google Chrome it works. Please help me to be able to use Firefox.

When I'm browsing, especially when shopping, say, Amazon, eBay, or Swanson Vitamins or wherever, FF opens a new tab which remains open to the right of the left-most original tab. Of course, when I + a new tab which I want it to stay open, it opens and, again, by itself, FF closes the first tab and the latter takes over the left-most spot. And, in case of eBay, when I click on an item I want to check, it keeps on opening a new tab on the original tab. Placing the cursor on FF icon on task bar displays all the tabs. I never had things like above happen with previous issue FF. Of, course, I don't know since which FF version was stable in the way I wanted. Does anyone know how to set FF to stop taking all these unwanted actions?

The behavior began with fifteen to twenty crash messages appearing. After which the browser would stop responding and be unable to reach out to the internet.

Network connectivity was confirmed as I was able to access my VPN and corporate teams.

I submitted as many crash reports as I could. Eventually the crash reporter ceased to function. The message is:

Only a full reboot of the machine restored functionality but only temporarily. It returns after being put into sleep mode.

Running firefox in safe mode does not restore functionality. The behavior persists.

I am fully up to date according to firefox.

There is a hacker who accessed my Google account via Firefox about 10 hours ago, with the result my language setting has been switched to Korean. I live in Hong Kong and have never been to Korea, and I do understand Korean at all. Can you help pls? Thx.

Why do I only get this on firefox?? If I use any other browner I don't get it?? I sign into google and set filter to nope but this get the 'error'

Hi! I am experiencing feedback when I am on a desktop browser version of Discord. This doesn't happen on Chrome and I'm not sure if there is some setting that I need to adjust on Firefox? I have the same settings in my Discord as I do on Chrome.

Google stopped DRM support for 32bit Linux. What is the alternative?

My computer Is still good for playing videos for lower resolutions and I am using it this way.. but some videos are not launched because of lack of DRM support. I dont want to throw it into the garbage yet. I hope there is some alternative to Google, for example from Adobe?

The screenshot is missing in settings: I typed about:certificate and it is showing the DigiNotar Root CA - Server. I clicked on it,and it say "Explicitly Distrust DigiNotar Root CA.

The color on top of the Desktop is a blue gray color not black like it shows on the instructions steps when there is a picture showing the menu with instructions. I am getting a message when I open Firefox saying that "Open or Refresh Firefox" It has caused me a problem when clicking on it

Also, I don/t know if this the community help which I am trying to get help because of the problems I am having.

Hello, my browser keeps coming up with my location as Boydton, VA 23917, My actual location is Collegeville, PA 19426. Other browsers get my location correct, only Firefox continues to come up with Boydton, VA 23917. Could there be someone accessing my account in Boydton, VA 23917?

Recently became unable to update Spybot and Malwarebytes. Ran Windows Defender which didn't find anything but when I run ClamWinPortable, it produced and moved the file to quarantine. This makes Firefox unusable. Reinstalled Firefox via another browser and the same thing happens. Do you have any suggestions please?

Hi my old account email doesnt exist anymore, I cannot log into that account so i cant login to Firefox because its sending a confirmation code to my old email but i cannot login to this email account anymore so i cant get the code to login to firefox. When selecting a file to upload, firefox freezes, when windows file explore pops up to select a file. Looked through a the help articles, but many are older and do not relect on my perticular issue, or they are to technical for me. Need to register a product and must upload a photo and order cop...go figure???
