I use Firefox almost exclusively. After opening a link from an email for a digital magazine download, the form necessary to complete the download does not appear in Firefox, but it will appear if I do the same in Chrome. Images attached.

Is there a setting that is affecdting this?

'Tried to fix extra large text on windows 11 issue. followed directions on support and went to advanced preferences. Now text is so small I cannot read it. This is on a new computer. Please help Need to get back to the original set up

Mozilla opens a random page without me doing anything. Page doesnt download all the way because i think ether avast or windows firewall blocks it. Has anyone found a solution to stop this from happening. I have done a deep scan incase of a malware and avast found nothing.

My friend has been having issues with her account after getting a new PC. She is looking for a Mozilla support phone number or email, and has asked me to post on the forum. We've been through the self help portal and looked around all over the contact page. Any pointers are appreciated.

HI! I am a Firefox user for many years, but I am encountering now problems I never had. First, before the opening of an address I get a message "Transferring data from assets.adobedtm.com" and it takes a while before I access the site. Problem 2: in Firefox settings I see a message: "your browser is being managed by your organization" But I do not belong to any organization!!! Furthermore I see a link to "ImportEnterpriseRoots" classified as "active" and "true". What the hell is this? I hope you can help solve those problems. In the meantime I will use Edge... Firefox 106.0.1 (64-bit) my notebook is a Dell Vostro15 3000 with Win.11 pro (version 21H2) The Yahoo mail tab, which I have always open, keeps closing unexpectedly but I can't figure out if this happens with an exact action of mine. I believe it closes either when I read a yahoo mail or view an attachment, but also randomly even if I am visiting another irrelevant page on another tab of Firefox, when I suddenly discover that this exact tab (yahoo mail) has been closed. This never happened on my previous NB with win 10. Is this a win 11 problem?

I'm just reinstall my windows 8. But, i don't know why the firefox appearance are weird and difficult to used because of the appearance. What should i do? Nb: It looks normal on "troubleshoot mode".

I was trying to move it and I accidentally deleted it. I would like to reinstall it. I cannot seem to find the right phrase to find it on your sight and do a reinstall. If you would be so kind to point me in the right direction,I would be most grateful. Little updates like this is why I have remained a loyal fan since the Netscape Navigator days.

Firefox is NOT importing my Safari passwords, even when using a .csv file and the advanced settings method -- about:config signon.management.page.fileImport.enabled

I tried several times but the logins listed in Firefox never reflect any change whatsoever. I have no idea what is going wrong because I follow all the steps everytime. I restarted Firefox even thinking that it would show up after refreshing, but no.

Any more suggestions or help would be much appreciated.

I was trying to save a pdf to my computer. Can't find a way in the ff fillable pdfs. Directions I found say to click on file link (Apply Button), but I can't find any button like that. I can't find any descriptions of the buttons, either. Some buttons don't have a pop up that says what they do when you point at them.

I need access to my other Firefox account. It's an account I have for work and it was created while I was a temp. I got hired on by the company and they disabled my old AD account and that is the email I used to create a Firefox sync account. I don't have access to that email account anymore so therefore cannot receive a verification email to log in. I would like to change the email on that account to my new address. I really need all those bookmarks. We support well over a hundred different services and such, and it would take weeks or months to build up these bookmarks again. I have the login info for that Firefox account.

My previous PC failed. On my new PC I cannot find (remember?) my VPN Can you please advise?

Yep, I'm 78 years old and not as alert as I once was :=)
