My Firefox is the most recent version 126. I am having trouble with pop-ups being blocked. I have added the website to the pop-up exception list. When I go to the site, it shows me the little icon showing I have added exceptions for this site. However; the pop-up still gets blocked.

The site is: https://www.foxit.com/ I try clicking the Log In drop down then Foxit Account. Before this would pop-up the log in screen for the site but since version 125, it does not. I just updated to version 126 to see if that resolved it before creating this post but it didn't. Thus I am here trying to get help.

ever time i watch something i will go to pause it and noting will happen and if hover over a video and preview it won`t stop until i close the tab how do i turn this off?

I'm a user of Mozilla, it's my main browser. I use it for everything and especially for Youtube. But, recently, some changes have appeared and not for better. I don't know why or if it's only me. The thing is Youtube is not like the real site but something else and so i lose options or settings. I don't have anymore the mutiple screen size options. There's a button that says "watch this on Youtube" while i'm litteraly on Youtube.. And now i want to watch a video with a age restriction and it'tells me i have to be connected to Youtube while i'm connected.

Can someone answer me about this or make it noticed by Mozilla employees ?

Hello. I am not familiar with this end to end encryption that Facebook now does for Messenger but now when I try to use Video Calling/Chat it tells me it is not supported by my browser, Firefox. I have never had any problems with it before. Is there a fix? Thanks

The behavior began with fifteen to twenty crash messages appearing. After which the browser would stop responding and be unable to reach out to the internet.

Network connectivity was confirmed as I was able to access my VPN and corporate teams.

I submitted as many crash reports as I could. Eventually the crash reporter ceased to function. The message is:

Firefox had a problem and crashed. Unfortunately, the crash reporter is unable to submit a report for this crash.

Details: expected value at line 1 column 1

Only a full reboot of the machine restored functionality but only temporarily. It returns after being put into sleep mode.

Running firefox in safe mode does not restore functionality. The behavior persists.

I am fully up to date according to firefox.

I am running a Lenovo Thinkpad Windows 11.

Every other browser works fine. This one stopped dead on Win10 and Android9. It wont stream even in safe and my Android has no add ons

When I open my emails, I get an automatic default to email REPLY. I cannot open my emails for reading and attachments. Also, I no longer get the time of the email listed. How do I restore my settings?

I'd like to know if there is a way to remove firefox relay from the context menu, as per screenshot. I really like the relay icon on the email fields, but I don't want it to show on the context menu and I found no such option on the relay extension. Is there a solution to this?

My Windows 10 Pro laptop computer crashed a couple of days ago and no longer works. I am considering replacing it with a new Macbook Air. My files are backed up with Carbonite. Will I be able to get my saved passwords back by restoring my Firefox profile to the proper folder on the Mac? (I already know that Carbonite's backup program will not do a "file restore" between Mac and Windows; I will likely be paying Carbonite an extra $100 so they can put my files on an external drive and ship i to me.) | (I have a lot of the passwords saved in Safari on my iPhone and old iPad mini 2, but there are some I did not want to save on the mobile devices. They are also not on the much older Windows laptop I am currently using. Therefore, I cannot access certain sites right now unless I am willing to change the passwords.)

This has occurred recently after I had a very short power outage. Firefox has been acting weird ever since.

My display is too big now and I lose parts of webpages in the "edges"? Search bar when I first sign on shows 120%. How do I get back to 100%? Please no technical jargon. If I can't fix this,will have to quit using Firefox.

FIRST PROBLEM (I have been unable to submit a help request from https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/mozilla-account/form)

Windows 10, fully updated with the latest firefox version. Email program is MS Outlook through my employer. Email notifications are overwhelmingly loud if the global volume is sufficient for viewing content. Playing with the volume mixer doesn't help. I have searched for solutions online, and every suggested fix entails features or options that are not available on my system. Please provide complete instructions for Windows 10. Please respond to lanzcc@potsdam.edu

SECOND PROBLEM

Submit button on page https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/mozilla-account/form never succeeds.

As you can see in the attached image the highlight is coming out grey instead of blue, which is what is showing when I select 'save screenshot'. It used to be this error happened maybe one in 20 times and it was annoying because I am making these screenshots for use in youtube videos and it becomes unreadable, but now it is every single screenshot even after doing it dozens of times and with different pages.

Whenever I m visiting to my website I m facing an issue like getting a horizontal black line near the scroll bar, it is coming up when I make my browser window responsive to the resolution of 1920 X 1080 and when the zoom level is decreased to 90%, 80% & 67%.

This issue I m not facing in other browsers like chrome, edge.

I Cannot make Firefox my default Browser,(Windows 10) If I go into Apps & it Shows (IN BLACK) that Firefox is my default Browser & then go into Firefox,it shows that Firefox is NOT MY DEFAULT Browser I Have Totally Deleted Firefox & Clean the Registry of Firefox before install a new Version I Also have a Laptop (windows 10) & it works perfectly So On my Desktop,I Went into Users/Local & Delete Firefox & also went into Local Low & also Raming & deleted all firefox & then I went into my Laptop & Copied all Firefox Data from each of Local,Local Low & Roaming & Pasted thenm into each of the Local,Local low & Roaming BUT IT STILL WILL NOT Allow me to Have Firefault as Default I have Microsoft Personal come into my Computer & he COULD NOT make it my Default either I need somebody which is very KNOWABLE to REply PLEASE ASSIST Thank You Darryl
