I applied to be in the VPN que quite some time back. I then got an invitation mail a month or so back saying that i am invited to sign up for access to the vpn platform. I did the payment on my mobile because i was not home at the time. I tried Sevral times with all my cards and each try i got a error message. It was said that i should go to my account page and enter my updated payment details there, and i followed the link wich indeed led to the firefox account page, but there was no sight of anywhere to update any payment info....
after trying several timesI then quit and thought there must surely be a support to dialogue with for further instructions..After kind of one Hour Plus of following link after link that just led back to where i had started and where it was said that if i wanted to speak to the Happy and motivated support team id just had to press the link, round and round it want until i realized that im not going to Find any happy and motivated support team, becuse there isnt any... This was over a month ago and i swore that id never ever use firefox again.
Im Encouraged and expected to use all the products but they dont want o provide any Serious support when it comes to serious matters as Payments and Debit cards?!? How cheap can they be!!?? Like Really?!
I wrote a mail which i never got any reply to and i replied to the mails claiming being sent from "accounts" but never got an answer. Im seriously disiilisioned with FIrefox.... They dont want to actually Pay for a support team but instead uses VOLONTEERS!?!... like i said... how cheap can a fairly large company get. Although its some sort of foundation....still its not like its greenpeace sailing off to rescue whales in the arctic "volonteers sign up". Just charge a little more for the VPN so that you can provide a fulltime support team, better that then just Cheap being even Cheaper.
Its aken me That long to even want to write this mail. SO... can you guys help and perhaps change my less than cherished opinion about Mozilla...? I hope so but im not holding my breath if i may say so ;o)
