bold textPaid for VPN subscription on 1 July 2021 and again 1 Aug 2021 via paypal. Yet the VPN doesn't recognize me. How do i get the VPN to recognize my log in and subscription?

I live in Canada.

I recently signed up for Mozilla VPN. When I turn VPN ON -- and then try to open my MSN News app -- it won't open. A message appears on screen saying "check connection". I check my WiFI connection and it appears normal.

MSN works fine when my VPN is turned OFF.

But the reason I want to use VPN, is to get a US news feed. So, I use a US location on my VPN -- but so far with no success.

Any ideas that might help me, would be appreciated. Thanks.

I have souscrive mozilla vpn but not satisfied...stop 10 days after. I have paie....never be rem I subscribed to Mozilla VPN for 1 year ... resilié after 10 days (during the test period). After 2 months I am still not refunded. Can not attach the Mozilla customer service. This is theft.

I have (had?) Mozilla VPN - now I'm unable to access my VPN. I think the problem is that my credit card that made automated payments was spoofed and I had to cancel it. I failed to notice that my VPN subscription was on that particular credit card. Can I still get my $3.99/monthly rate and renew? Must I start over again with the current rates? Please advise.

Hi, probably in the wrong forum but...downloaded the Mozilla VPN and installed it...but all I have is a pop up that states 'waiting for sign in and subscription confirmation' been sitting there ignoring me for the past hour! Anyone help out?
