Hope firefox lockwise can add/provide multi-factor authentication function, like microsoft authenticator. It can help secure access to online accounts, providing multi-factor authentication for an extra layer of security.

your freaking browser today killed me. I use thud it is best among the others but today it just won't let me tp login to my use my passwords wtf!!! Your buggy app for some reasons pull from your terrible designed databases my old and not existed email address mail@[z#!@]in.me, I use to change my profile long time ago and unlink it from the old email thus it doesn't even show me it in my account settings, everything is linked to my current and authorized email m!@[#x.v.z!@#n@gmail.com, and i got tons of emails from your auth service with freaking passwords, but your freaking system won't accept it because once I paste your auth code from the email it shows me incorrect login and switching me to the mail@zaikin.me and this goes on and on....

Thus I lost my passwords database for years!!!! What the hack are you doing ?!

After this negative email I pretty sure that you are not going to fix for me anything as this is kindof free and I'm very rude to you, but I just don't want to stay calm as you distribute to people services which are completely buggy but you announced them as a reliable services .... and most terrible part you don't even give opportunities to export passwords from another authorized devices.

Let me ask you which place of your body you thud when developed your security services ...

I have the password registered in lockwise for https://www.sciencedirect.com/ but it doesn't work when you enter the site?

On some login pages, the autocompletion of Lockwise doesn't come up. Here's an example: https://my.fileee.com/

Is there a better way to report these kinds of cases? Maybe a way to report it could be built into Lockwise? I'm sure this happens all the time on various sites...

new firefox version on 01/06/2021 didn't migrate my lockwise passwords and my top sites disappeared and cannot reload them. I am not very knowledgeable about computers I tried to follow directions in troubleshooting but can't find profile info to save

So Firefox told me it was taking a very long time to start and recommended that I do a refresh procedure. It said that 3rd party addons would be deleted, UI customization would go back to defaults, but things like my bookmarks would remain. At no point did it say that it would also kill my Lockwise login/password list data. So what I reckon, is that data still exists somewhere but has either been renamed to something like my_logins_old so it's not getting called up, or Lockview has created a new blank list and named it something like my_logins_02 and the program specifies to use the variable list with the label having the highest integer value. If the program tells it to void all variables under whatever label is being used and the data is just gone... well that seems like some pretty irresponsible programming and somebody should be ashamed of how badly they code.

Looking at the alerts section in Firefox Lockwise, I see website breaches. Clearly the idea here is to change passwords that have been compromised. However the information is incorrect (and duplicated for each login) which risks wasting a load of time.

What I'm seeing is for each login, the site that has been breached, username and password. Then dates for created, modified and used. The problem is that these dates do not match the password date. For example, I'm looking right now at a password I changed a couple of weeks ago but it is showing a created date from several years ago.

What it seems to be doing is capturing my passwords as I use them (I'm not sure why it's doing that to start with) and displaying the most recent one in these older alerts.

I ended up changing several passwords before I caught the pattern.

This seems like a bug to me but I'm hesitant to just delete them all in case there's an actual breach in there.

Any ideas?

logins and passwords had been canceled in lockwise (not by me), I tried to follow the instructions to recover them but it was not possible, lost forever I am 70 half blind and do not know how to fix this everyday i have to put in passwords JUST WHAT IS GOING ON IN THE PAST FIREFOX WAS SO GOOD AT KEEPING PASSWORD NOW A TRUE NIGHT MARE

Alors voila cela fait quelque jour que je remplace des ordinateurs chez des clients et ils veulent garder Firefox comme navigateur seulement après avoir exporter les identifiants (sans problème) et avoir récupérer le fichier Excel sur un nouvelle ordinateur le problème est là

PROBLÈME : L'option "Importer depuis un fichier" est absente

Et elle se fait désirer parce que je suis obliger de rentrer tous les liens, les identifiants et les mots de passes à la main à partir du fichier exporté, donc si quelqu'un sait pourquoi je ne peux pas importer et/ou comment l'avoir cela m'aiderai beaucoup. Merci

How can I set autosuggest login data (username & pasword) based on exact url, not only to look at the *.domain.com/*?

What do I mean: When I surf to domain.com sub1.domain.com sub2.domain.com sub1.domain.com sub1.domain.com domain.com/login1 domain.com/ADMIN/login2

on every url I get a full suggestion list of all known user accounts based on *.domain.com/*. It used to be different in the past..(i think pre-lockwise)

What I would like to see back, is when you go to the exact url like domain.com/login, only the account(s) wil be suggested that is connected to this exact url (narrow down the list), and not all from *domain.

This also might prevent the annyoing masterpassword prompt that is asked on every new firefox surfsession, even when I don't want to log in, instead only when you do want to fill in a loginform it is promted. (used to work that way)

I hope that you understand my 'problem' and hoep there is an easy setting for this.

Bonjour, Je dois supprimer tous les comptes et mots de passe car mon compte est piraté. il contient 661 informations et je souhaite tout supprimer en une seule fois car 1 par 1 c'est trop fastidieux. J'ai fait un test en supprimant mon compte, mais ce n'est pas la solution car les appareils deja synchronisés les ont conservés en mémoire? Cela signifie que je dois faire la manip sur chaque appareil synchronisé ?

I received this when trying to sync Lockwise.

I was not aware of receiving a confirmation email.

Please, what do I do now?

I've accidentally overwritten my right password with a wrong one.. How can i get the old one back? I really need this password.. I can not click "password forgotten, create a new one" or stuff like this, because my email for this Account doesn't exist anymore.. PLEASE HELP ME.. IM GETTING CRAZY T-T

Lockwise endlessly syncs on my Samsung Galaxy Tab A, sometimes for hours or days (in a few cases) after updating a single password. It is not an issue with my wifi, as the wifi continues to work normally.

Why are users not given the option of storing the information to a password protected file, on the device(s)?

Problem 2: Previously I had emailed Lockwise invitations, to be opened on my device. Now, I am forced to use a QR code. I have a workhorse older device that has no need to scan QR codes. HOW can I reinstall a synced Lockwise, without scanning a QR code?

A comment for the Firefox Folks: Please give users the option to initiate "syncing" or at the end of session. I regularly change passwords & especially so, at the end of the year. It is Supremely Frustrating to needlessly have Lockwise tied up syncing, when I need to change a multiple of passwords. There has to be a Better Way, Thanks
