Up until 2 days ago, I had no issues accessing my yahoo email accounts (sbcglobal.net through At&T) I had done nothing different re settings. I rebooted my modem and my computer several times. I deleted old history which I do several times a week anyway. I called AT&T support team but they just suggested logging on to another browser. So I tried Edge and was able to access the emails successfully. I even "refreshed" Firefox and nothing changed except I had to replace several quick links. I checked for updates and discovered my Firefox browser is up to date. My Android cell phone has no issues with the emails. I have one on Firefox browser and one with Chrome on my cell phone and no issues with either one. I have been using the same log in link for many years. I even explored the new way to log in called "Currently.com" for yahoo mail. Still won't work on Firefox. But it does work on Edge. I would prefer to continue using Firefox for browser but need to use Edge til I figure this out. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. (BTW wifi IS on and the connection for everything else works fine.

Using Firefox on Windows 11 I cannot access DocuSign files. I need to send a form to an on-line bank and want to use the DocuSign function. When I click on that option on the site all that displays on the screen is DOCUSIGN but the feature doesn't show. I tried turning off security addons such as Privacy Badger and Ghostery but that didn't help. I can get to the feature using Edge but I really don't like using that. Is there a setting that I've missed that may cause the disconnect?

The generic DocuSign site it https://powerforms.docusign.net/. Any other details in the URL I used refer to my bank and the account, so I am not including that information.

Hi, when I want to zoom in to the website page, I cant seem to find the horizontal scroll, thus I cant see the left side of the page that I zoomed in. Please make the horizontal scroll available. Thank you.

Hello. For a while now I have been using the picture-in-picture feature to play a video in the corner while using other applications. It has been a great help as I have a single monitor.

Unfortunately, I have recently been encountering a severe issue with the feature over the last week. When attempting to use picture-in-picture while my computer is running a videogame (through Steam) my entire system will freeze. The audio still plays as normal, but the image is frozen and the system is unresponsive until I force a shutdown and reboot.

Any help at all in with this issue would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Hello, I think I may have asked about this in the past but cannot recall if I received an answer. Under Settings, I get the message "Your browser is being managed by your organization." This is my home computer and is not being managed by any organization. When I click for more information, it gives me a screen with the following information:

If I could get more information on this suspected error, or how to correct it, that would be great. Thanks!

I got a new laptop and wanted to set up Mozilla Thunderbird for an existing Gmail account. I tried several times, all failed, with a warning "unable to connect with server imap.gmail.com, may be userid and password are wrong". But I can logon to my Gmail account (with the same userid and password) on Firefox website and on my previous computer, so the id and password are correct). And I was able to set up another Gmail account on Thunderbird in this new laptop (so the version of Mozilla is not the culprit) with the same server settings (port for incoming and outgoing mails, authentication methods SL/TLS, O Auth2 etc). Will someone please help me?

Evil Corp (aka Microsoft) updated my Windows 11 PC from 24H2 to 25H2 and now I cannot access quite a few websites (i.e. Amazon, Bank!, etc.) and some take a long time to load (surprisingly, my Firefox Home page...Google...also takes a while to load) . I searched the internet and found many so called fixes and most are very complicated and many contradict others. A lot of them say to disable DNS and reset network stack (using the command prompt) which I do not know how to do even though I worked in the tech business for 40 yrs (mainly data networking)...I retired 20 yrs ago...so I'm old...so I'm not as savvy with computers as I used to be. I tried changing a few Firefox settings, but nothing worked, so I changed them back to the original settings that worked before the update. If someone could give me detailed (and hopefully simple) instructions to resolve this issue, I would greatly appreciate it. I'm am in a bind, so a timely response would be great. I have tried everything. I've gone into the permissions, I have it set that everything is allowed. I reset and forgot the sites multiple times, zoom and Google Meets, and when I reload still the same issue. It says I do not have a camera. The camera works for both Edge and the camera app on my laptop. I even checked my settings on my laptop, and Firefox has permission to access my camera. However, in the camera request history, it does not show that Firefox asked for access to my camera. It also says the last time it accessed my camera was last year, but I have been trying to get it to work this entire time. I am updated with Windows 11 and the latest update of Firefox. How do I fix this? Is it an issue with Firefox or Windows?

I have a Dropbox Paper document that I use for my bookmarks. It lists the name of the site (with link attached) and hints as to my username/password for any given site I use.

For years, it has worked just fine, but trying to solve a different problem, something happened (in my settings?) that renders those hyperlinks non-working. When I click on, say Facebook, it formerly took me right to FB. NOW it gives me a weird yellow box in the upper right corner that says "about:blank" in the upper left of the box, and 3 white boxes at the lower right of the yellow box "Allow" "Deny" "Close." If I click on "Allow," I get a blank page. My navigation doesn't seem to recognize the links I've placed in the Doc.

A friend on FB posted a link to a YouTube video and when I clicked on that, I got the yellow box with the proper URL and a white box option to continue. I've tried to recreate that particular box, but, apparently, once it's accepted, it's OK from there on out.

I have tried deleting the link from the Paper Doc and reinstating it, and I still get the yellow box.

What have I done and how the heck do I get rid of that yellow box?

I have Win 11 dell computer that does not play or pick up sound from web sites videos .I checked and tested my sound using the Microsoft platform & buy playing a disc. It works OK

Sat. 04/19/2025 @9:10 am CDT - Hi. About 2 months ago on any Settings page, FF began to show "your browser is being managed by your organization." The problem is - it's a STANDALONE box, not connected to any network beyond my ISP. I do own websites but I'm not perpetually logged into the host company, so their switch to Microsoft Entra wouldn't have an effect, I would think.

What settings do I change to make FF know that I'm not on a network? Thanks in advance.

In early June 2025 I finally ditched Windows 10 for 11 and I've been a Firefox user since practically the very beginning of Mozilla.

Now, I notice that the "Restore Previous Session" button in the drop-down of the FF menu is missing. Additionally, I discovered late in the game that Mozilla DID listen to me and gave us the ability to "name" or "tag" an entire window in the browser. This was a HUGE boon to productivity as I'm constantly toggling from window to window to tab to tab.... Now, with the most recent update this ability seems to have disappeared....

My Firefox Browser keeps crashing at random times. I was using Chrome previously and it was worse than the Firefox performance. I just installed 128 GB of brand new DDR5 RAM which I tested in windows with no error. I have no malware on my computer currently. I ran all of the usual checks that you suggested with regard to extensions and cache. Here is the most recent report ID that was generated by Firefox:

Hey all, I'm hoping someone can help me. I have found no answers online to date.

I cannot print from the Firefox browser. When I click the print button, my printer spits out a blank page.

I can print from any other browser, Word, Excel, PDF files, anything except for Firefox. This may not be as much of an issue if Firefox wasn't my primary browser, so when I start doing work on it and find I need to print something at the end, it's a problem.

My printer software is up-to-date, I tried resetting the printing preference to default (assuming I did this correctly), and I even uninstalled and re-installed Firefox (which was a disaster). None of this helped.

Is there one of you who may be able to provide me with the help I need?

I appreciate your effort greatly.
