Hello there.A couple of days ago my windows pc session creashed.After rebooting i attempted to log on but everything was different.All my bookmarks were disappeared and all my saved pages were not appearing.There was a yellow triangle appearing on the right side of the program mentioning the i was disconnected from my account..I attempted to use my account i used the correct credentials but it Never send me the pin code in order to reauthorize and re access my account. My ios mozilla sessions is operating fine so far and this is the one posting right now! Im looking forward for your reply in order to gain access again on my pc.Thank you!

I had to reinstall windows and it wipe Firefox.i didn't know my password so I resetted it. Problem is it wiped all my data. Didn't know changing passwords for forefox would so this. Anyway I can get them back?

According to https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-set-firefox-sync-firefox-android, there should be a Sync and Save Date option in Firefox Android Menu, but it's nowehere to be found.

I am using the current version of fire fox and am using the same smail on both devices.

I tried using using the QR scanner from the dialogue box in the firefox keyboard, however that only brings up a "Did you use the system camera? You must pair from within the Firefox app." display.

The option is still missing from the menu.

My passwords do not sync from windows. I have verified they are both connected but my ios never has my desktop passwords. I have verified connected the setting is checked to copy passwords i have hit the sync shile sitting at my desktop but the passwords never are on my phone.

Some years ago I had to replace my PC and thought - Wonderful - just use sync to bring back all my tabs etc into the new PC...

The long and the short of it (in the past), was that Firefox decided that the new PC was the one to be synchronising source, and promptly removed all the apps/tabs etc. so sync was in line with the new PC - erasing all the app data. I understand there is no 'Master' sync account.

The question is, how can I stop Firefox initially migrating the Firefox app data in the wrong direction? I know that the app/tab data is currently still correct as my laptop still has all my apps etc. Is there some way to stop Firefox thinking the latest clean browser on the new PC has the correct (None) apps etc? Has the laptop to be logged-in and currently on-line before starting the new PC with Firefox? Is there a process to follow with a new 'un-synced' PC?

Sorry if I'm making things sound difficult, but don't want to loose everything which is currently correct and still these within sync data. It's maybe something that can't happen in these later versions of Firefox, but I want to be sure before logging in my new 'Blank' PC.

I have Firefox on my Windows 11 desktop computer. As of today, I cannot see my Firefox on my Android smartphone. The problem started when I saw that my computer desktop Firefox would not automatically update. When I tried to update manually, I lost my ability to use my Android Firefox. Don't know what to do next.

I am unable to sync my Meta Quest 2 FireFox bookmarks and data with my PC Firefox browser I press "sync" on VR but nothing happens. I am signed in under the same account for both devices

Help me synch all passwords from Firefox on my MS Surface Pro to my new iphone 15promax. It was synching just fine with my iphone 13 but with new phone I am lost. I have selected the option to Sync passwords but it is not working.

Currently, I use Firefox version: 116.0.2 on Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS.

I encountered a phenomenon like this:

• When I logged in to the application, in the tab I was working on, the Firefox session memory was lost (don't open new tabs)

What is the cause of this phenomenon? How can I fix it?

Hello! I synced my browsing data yesterday by signing in to firefox account and reset my OS(window 10) to improve my laptop's speed. When I am trying to get back my browsing data back after resetting and installing firefox by signing in to my firefox account and pressing the Sync Now button then its not giving me my browsing data back. Why is it so? Need Help. Thank You!!

I've been using Firefox home content shortcuts usefully on my Windows system. I installed Ubuntu on Vmware last night and synced Firefox account in it. After that, the home content shortcuts are all changed to the default status. I think it's because that I clicked the sync now button on Ubuntu. Is there a way to roll it back? Thanks.

There are three problems, all related, that are frustrating me with Firefox on Android. I have a Samsung Galaxy 24+. I am trying to get Firefox to use a local HTML file that are my bookmarks, but I am stymied at every turn:

1) when I click on the local, Galaxy, HTML file, I get the standard "Open with" pop up, but they only list: Chrome, HTML View, Android's Internet browser, and Samsung Print Services. Why doesn't Firefox show up there? This is important to me. Is Firefox failing to register its browser properly in Galaxy products?

2) The next thing I try to do is to sync bookmarks so that I can use my hundreds of bookmarks (rather than adding them into Firefox one at a time). So, I click on the famous three vertical dots and there is no "Sync" function in that menu, see attached. So I cannot import my bookmarks from my PC's bookmarks.

3) Thirdly, I try to type into the URL field what Chrome uses to access local files, which is for example: "content://media/external/file/1000005061" but Firefox android does not recognize that. When I change it to "file://media/external/file/1000005061" that does not work either.

Can you fix the three issues above? Thanks. Rick. see attached.
