You have recently released version Thunderbird 128.1.1 in which you have changed the Compact View so that it is effectively no longer a Compact View, because the spaces have been increased between the Folders in the sidebar folder pane. I have been using Thunderbird for a couple of months and really liked the Compact View but now it has been spoiled. I don't understand why it was necessary to change this, and would be grateful if you would please revert the Compact View to how it appeared in version 115

I'm experiencing an issue with Thunderbird that started unexpectedly. Whenever I try to access my email, I get a warning message saying that "The site certificate is not valid for this server. Someone may be trying to impersonate the server. It is not recommended to proceed."

I'm not sure why this error has suddenly appeared, as everything was working fine before. I haven’t made any changes to my email settings or installed new software recently. Has anyone else encountered this issue or knows how to resolve it?

Some shades of white have a purple tinge to them. The amazon logo, certain themes, and other websites are slightly purple. This is only an issue in firefox, not any other program or browser.

heb.com i can login, but my password manager takes me to

accounts.heb.com, & it gives me the error message. I went to

heb.com, logged in & saved it. When I looked at passwords again it had

accounts.heb.com, & I cant edit that. I don't know if its Firefox or HEB.

Email from a trusted address over past decade is suddenly going to Junk as of today. Cannot see how to whitelist the Sender, and googling the question tells me to go to Tools>Options, however Options does not show in the Tools menu.

I want to be able to highlight/copy an email address from the 'Results for:.. ' header at the top of the Search Results page in Thunderbird 115 (see attached screenshot).

When I use the Search Bar, Thunderbird recognises the email address as being used previously, but does not bring up any results. It used to be possible to highlight/copy the email address from the 'Results for:.. ' header in previous versions of Thunderbird. I would much prefer to be able to do this save time and ensure that I have the email address correct - otherwise I need to type it out manually which is frustrating and can lead to errors.

Why can the Firefox source code (view-source) of a website be nearly three times the size compared with Chrome/Opera or when I save the Firefox source code marked and copied and then pasted and saved via an editor?

Example: Firefox 546,6 KiB Chrome/Opera 204,3 KiB via Editor 204,3 KiB (marked and copied Firefox source code)

Hello. I am not familiar with this end to end encryption that Facebook now does for Messenger but now when I try to use Video Calling/Chat it tells me it is not supported by my browser, Firefox. I have never had any problems with it before. Is there a fix? Thanks

I'm using Thunderbird 115. I changed to card view layout but I have a problem where the height of the row in card view is too small. See screenshot.

How do I increase the height of the rows or set some margin/padding etc so I can see the email subject properly. Please help.

Since yesterday I am unable to receive mail. When I send a test email the message below comes up. Your message was sent but a copy was not placed in your sent folder (Sent) due to network or file access errors. You can retry or save the message locally to Local Folders/Sent...

I have searched, read and tried all fixes on this topic already provided but nothing has worked.

I want to use Classic Bing as my homepage on Firefox. But, Microsoft has shoved New Bing down our throats for most of the year. There's a large white search box AND an enormous gray box "Introducing the New Bing." Both of these boxes take up half of the homepage, and completely obscure the Bing daily image, the only reason I use Bing. How in the world can Firefox help me get rid of these New Bing annoyances and let me enjoy the Bing daily images?

The google search bar on the home page has increased in size and my extensions/add on such as cache cleaner and adblocker do not appear on the toolbar even though they are turned on. I tried refreshing Firefox but that did not solve the problems. Thank you

Greetings: I'm getting an Intellius notification and advert pop-up that won't stop even after I touched "disable notifications from Intellius" on the notification. It began after going to Intellius website briefly the other day. I've clicked disable Intellius notifications several times to no avail. Thank you for any feedback.
