I am really struggling with Firefox after many years of MS Edge & its forerunners. When there is not an envelope icon on a web page, how do I share to email?

Starting last week, or earlier, Firefox in my iPhone renders some websites in night mode colours. This seems most frequent in sites accessed by Google. I have tried turning night mode on and off in as many places as I can find, without improving the situation.

Rendering is completely broken after the upgrade to Ubuntu 22.04 LTS. See attached image. This particular render is of the advanced preferences page, or actually the prompt warning that it could break something is somewhere in there. The mountains are my desktop, it's all alpha channel in Firefox. Nothing else seems broken, and other apps and games, both using GPU acceleration and not, are working fine.

I have removed and reinstalled firefox (snap remove firefox then snap install firefox) but did not delete all of the history files in between. (I am posting this from a different browser, since Firefox is unusable.)

What are the correct settings for email accounts in Thunderbird? On my new computer my accounts were setup in imap with SSL - but then changed to TLS, but I continually get this message " Non-overridable TLS error occurred. Handshake error or probably the TLS version or certificate used by server imap.actrix.co.nz is incompatible." I have a Dell Vostro 5620 laptop with Windows 11Pro. For my email accounts which settings should be correct for incoming and outgoing? Thanks - Graeme

Yesterday I noticed that my saved passwords were not being retrieved from Firefox. I did do a Windows update before this happened. None of my passwords are able to be retrieved. My Firefox account says my sync is not working & that my account is disconnected. Which is weird bc I'm actually signed in to Firefox now - able to see my user name. What's going on here & how can I fix it? Thanks!

revert back to Firefox 101, which I believe was presented in the mass update of 102. my problems: a: Address lists could not be easily selected to send emails to . b. no check boxes for sending such as "TO", "CC", "BCC".

I'd like to hide the Bar with URL addresses but guides I've seen (for example https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1331743 ) don't work for me because I don't have Mozilla folder at Appdata folder.

one of my friend uses google. As we live in sweden, We have to visit so many swedish site. But google always translates all those possible to English automatically, and also there is an option comes as you can change the language.

But I do not get the chances here.

I had two Firefox windows open. One had 100+ tabs open, the other had around 5 open. Like a klutz I accidentally closed the window with the 100+ tabs open instead of the other window. Now when Firefox restarts it opens the version with the 5 tabs.  :-( I read about lost tabs in Firefox. I have found a file with the 100+ tabs in it. It is called: upgrade.jsonlz4-20221007134813. But what do I do next to restore Firefox to restart with the 100+ tabs version? Thanks.

Firefox will not download anything from any website. Any time I try to access pdf, jpeg or what ever all I get is "download failed". I always need to resort to Edge to get it, ready to be done with Firefox. Any suggestions for someone who is only mildly technical? I have tried opening in Firefox and Adobe, tried saving instead, nothing works

I have a web app that uses cookies to reference sessions that contain login status.

For example: when I log in, a session is created that tracks that I am logged in. When I go to another function/page the cookie is deleted, thus I am no longer logged in.

I have the Security set to "Standard" and the website URL unprotected.

Chrome and Safari are fine, it's only Firefox.

What am I missing?

When printing, Firefox shows printers that are no longer connected to my Mac and were removed from my Mac printer settings in preferences. But, I am unable to remove them from Firefox. I already tried clearing the printer settings by clicking "Clear saved print settings" in troubleshooting, but the old printer names are still showing up.

My web https://nicktearle.net/ loads very fast on chrome desktop and mobile and very fast firefox desktop. The front page however loads extremely slowly on firefox mobile on android about 4 seconds.

I just signed up for Mail.com and created a new email account there. When I first used it, I received a message (not an email) that I am not using the most current Firefox, and I need to download the most current Firefox. However, Firefox's update function says I am current. Now, I am concerned that Mail.com is not reliable or safe, although it is promoted by Firefox. Can you clear this up?

i just upgraded to win 10 downloaded firefox and when i play videos i get format is not supported error when i tryd playing same videos on explorer those videos worked they didint worked on opera gx too i already tried deliting firefox and clearing all left file with cc cleaner dont know what to do

Ever since today, firefox has been very slow with youtube, and I noticed it's been having a memory leak. Every time I load a video on there ram usage spikes by about 1 gb, then gradually increases over time (It never goes down). Also cpu usage when loading a page is really high (almost 100% usage). How do I fix this? I tried all the solutions google had to offer but nothing worked. Never had any problem like this for over the 10 years I've been using firefox

When I'm on a web page, I'd like to be able to drag or copy the URL, with its associated name, from the address bar into Onenote. When I do that now I only get the URL in Onenote. I can get both the URL and name if first I drag the URL to the bookmark bar and then I drag the bookmark into Onenote.

Does anyone know a way to get it done in one step?
