Firefox Browser 125.0.3, Flatpak Every few minutes, the mouse locks up on Ubuntu 23.10 and it only happens with I have Firefox open. I have have no extension, and history is turned off I have lived with this for months on multiple updates hoping for someone working on Firefox would figure out the issue and fix it.

This issue never happens to me on my windows PCs.

latest 124.0.2 causing severe problems, it will near instantly bloat to fill all RAM and SWAP even in safe mode causes system load over 24! only solution is to reboot very problematic on for ex: https://epg.pw/xmltv/epg_CA.xml hard to get a screencap since system is nearly totally unresponsive. RAM is ok SSD is ok MX Linux is ok

I am unable to get printing to work correctly using Firefox with Epson POS TM-T20 thermal printers we have a work.

We're currently running Firefox on Debian 12. I've tried both the ESR version that comes with the Debian repository and the latest Firefox as a flatpak.

When printing to the receipt printer, the only thing that is printed is the left-hand most part of the logo and a little part of the text and this occurs towards the right-hand side of the paper. I've changing all of the settings, resetting the settings for the print in about:config, but nothing seems to work.

I'd love to get this working so that staff could use Firefox. I'm attaching an image of what the print job looks like and a screenshot of what the print-preview shows.

I've just noticed a "Tree Of Tabs" option. I right-clicked a dozen tabs, hit Bookmark This Tree. The webpages disappeared. Now I can't find them, and they're not listed anywhere in history or recently closed tabs.

When receiving emails they appear as normal but in the background is another email of a couple of pages which has sender and receiver details at the top then lines of letters making no sense for the rest of the message.

Hello, I did look for related posts but found nothing close enough to this so I thought I would create a post. I don't ever recall having this issue before v102 was introduced but now it happens once in a while but not always.

If I am in the inbox of my main mail account and choose to delete a message, it goes away and then reappears almost immediately. There is a box that shows up at the bottom right of the screen that says: The current operation on inbox did not succeed. The mail server for account (my main mail account is shown) responded: UID MOVE failed. This account is in Canada on the Bell Canada network so perhaps it is an ISP issue?

I have 3 mail accounts set up - all IMAP. If I close TB and reopen it, the message is gone as if it required the program to close in order to complete the delete request.

If anyone has experienced this and has any suggestions or tips, it will be greatly appreciated. - Thanks, Mike

I was able to change some of my message pane background by adding the following to the userContent.css file:

Why do I still get these two dark gray areas (see attached)? What css do I need to add to get them to be the lighter grey?

I have created two lists of email addresses to which I want to sent the same email. However I can't get the list into the address bar either To. CC or BCC. As there are some 20 addresses typing each address in the list, I had hoped that I would not have to type all of these again each time I send out an email. Any help would be most welcome.

Thunderbird fails to access comcast.net email accounts after years of working correctly. Version 115.10.1. I have tried changing the password many times after talking to Comcast support. The best they can do is suggest I contact you.

I want to change the reminder sound. I already downloaded a MP3 file and I selected it on "Reminders", "Use the following sound file". I can see the window that pops up, but no sound is played. Also when I click on Play, it doesn't work. I know the sound file is fine, thus I can play it on my laptop. What should I do? Another question, is there any Add-on with Reminder sounds?

I've been having problems with some websites not displaying content, others displaying error messages. So have been going through the Troubleshooting Mode and diagnostic process.

The cause is the MS CoPilot extension for Firefox.

Useful in other ways as I discovered several other extensions I don't need, hence have remained disabled.

First, I am disabled

When I goto to YT Homepage it will play all the sounds of the downloaded video's when I hover with the mouse.

But I want to hear the sound of that video AFTER I selected that Video or clicked on the title.

I keep getting the red padlock but when I tap on it it says my connection is secure and when I tap on that it shows that I’m connected to HTTPS. What’s causing this? Is my connection exposed? When i shutdown and reopen the app the red padlock goes away but I'm confused as it says 'connection is secure' either way.

I am migrating to a new phone. WhatsApp offered firefox as an option for storing its passkey. That took me to the connection and synchronisation process which the new phone said had failed. However all my tabs and other passwords appear to be syncing. Now selecting firefox to store the WhatsApp passkey takes me back to the failure page every time. Any idea how to restart the passkey addition to firefox process? WhatsApp won't work whilst I'm hung up in limbo between the two apps.

The 125.0.2 update broke Amazon Prime Video. Firefox refuses to play ANY video, causes website to return a "That shouldn't have happened" error page. Prime Video plays just fine on Safari 16.6.1, macOS 11.7.10. Amazon says just to use Safari, but I want Firefox to work right.

I have previously (about 1 month ago) connected without issue to my Ionos email account. Today it will not connect. I have updated all the POP3/SMTP settings, read from the Ionos site. I have re-entered the current password too. My Gmail account downloads fine, it is just my Ionos account that will not load. I don't get an error but the last mail showing is in March (2024) and I have had hundreds since then.

Every few days, the index pane of some folder gets corrupted. Repair (right-click, Properties, Repair Folder) fixes it. Then a few days later this repeats, with a different folder. I have three IMAP accounts and this occurs on more than one of them.

Any suggestion for finding and fixing the underlying problem?
