Hello, I am new to Thunderbird and still learning. So I may have missed something setting it up. When I write an email over time it gets saved in my draft folder, but I get multiple copies and when I send it the previous versions remain in my Draft folder. So I end up with email messages, some of which have been sent and some are genuine drafts that I need to finish. If I wanted to keep a different version I'd probably amend the title. So my questions: How do I tell which has been sent and which is still a draft to complete and do I have to delete the old versions myself or ideally can I set it so that when I edit the message and save the new draft it overwrites the previous one? Thanks!

I cannot open the login page on my hosts website. My host is https://ventraip.com.au/ based in Melbourne Australia. That means I cannot access the Cpanel so I cannot upload data on my web site. Other people can open that login page on their computers buy I can't on mine. Where is the problem?

This is the message I get

Good Day. I inadvertently upgraded to version 125 using PatchMyPC. After the upgrade the filters are not listing correctly. I search for a filter that I know exists; but it does not appear. When I try to save it under the same name, obviously it complains that the Filter already exists. I'm assuming this will be fixed in a future release. Thanks. Joe T.

So I have an Excel workbook in my onedrive from MS, It was working fine on my firefox browser in my Ubuntu OS, last week it started to delete my cell's information whenever I pressed the enter, tab or arrow keys, I contacted the MS support and they get me to opened the same file on a chrome browser and worked fine... I still want to use my firefox browser but this problem is very annoying, please help me sort it out!!!

I'm encountering an issue with accessing my website, www.mobilepackages.in. When I try to access it using the HTTP protocol (http://), the website doesn't appear. However, when I use the HTTPS protocol (https://), the website shows up without any problems. What could be causing this discrepancy? Any insights or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated!

I have an insane amount of crashes i have tried everything i think my pc is just damaged either windows or disk or viruses i have no idea?! all my browsers same issue including firefox

Several days ago, my comcast email said it couldn't connect, and after trying a couple other things, I removed the account and tried to add it back on. When I try to add it as an IMAP account, it pulls up a window that loads for a minute then says "Unable to connect. An error occurred during a connection to localhost." On the thunderbird window where I entered my password, it says "Unable to log in at server. Probably wrong configuration, username, or password." I logged in on a browser, so I know the username and password are correct. I tried adding it as a POP account, and that worked fine, but I need it as IMAP.

Since the update TB to v115.10.1 it will not connect to server, the server just times out.

BUT If I then login to the server directly from browser and check mail (IMAP by the way) using my web online interface I get emails THEN if I open TB it connects and downloads as it should.

This is weird. It's been checking more than a dozen email accounts for a number of years without errors.

When composing a new email and using the F9 key to list addressees in the defaulted address book, this list does not contain many addresses that are contained in the "All Address Books" (Toolbar icon). The "All Address Books" contains 37 address entries whereas the defaulted address book contains 24. I noticed that the missing addressees are more recent additions.

Hey, I would like to SET MY SD CARD AS DEFAULT DOWNLOADS LOCATION on my ANDROID PHONE( so that my downloads aren't saved on my phone's internal storage). Please help me with a step by step procedure. Thank you!

Accidentally closed browser with many multiple tabs open. Tried to restore history but option was grayed out. Tried several times but was not able to get back to the original browsing window with the multiple open tabs.

Would really appreciate help on this, if possible, as the many multiple tabs contained family history research that will be difficult to impossible to duplicate.

I wrote an email without putting in anyone for the 'TO:' or 'CC:' fields. The BCC: field only had my own email address in it.

I accidentally sent this email before I had sorted out the TO: and CC: fields properly.

In my sent email and it had 'undisclosed-recipients' in the To: field.

I found this disconcerting, since I wasn't SURE if I hadn't put anything in the CC: or TO: fields. I worried I may have sent a rough, poorly worded email to someone and that could backfilre.

Am I right that whenever 'undisclosed-recipients' is shown in the To: field and I sent the email, I can check in that sent email who was in the BCC: field and that should re-assure me who had actually recieved a copy of that email.

Clarity in this area would be VERY helpful.

Going back many versions now I have noticed Thunderbird fails to download new email messages as they arrive on the mail server inbox or junk folders, until now I have lived with it but I need a solution. If I click on any folder like Inbox or Junk the most recent messages are downloaded for that folder. I have set Server Setting to: 1)Check for new messages at startup (which seems to work) 2) Allow immediate server notifications when new messages arrive (does not seem to work) In the past IMAP did not require periodic checking for new messages, as the server received them Thunderbird displayed them, so I have not set Check for new messages every X minutes. In the past many mail servers did not like auto checking more frequently than every 15mins (not sure if this still applies these days). Are there any other mail settings in Thunderbird that may prevent Auto Download of new messages as they arrive. I have the latest Thunderbird ie 115.10.1 (32 bit) Supernova I have four mail account all on different servers same problem with all. Last time I used MSOutlook (which I don't use anymore) it worked fine so I'm leaning toward this being a Thunderbird issue. Windows firewall set to allow Thunderbird Router set for DMZ to machine just in case. ;>) Am i missing a new Thunderbird setting I cannot find?

I had to reinstall Windows and now I can't reinstall Thunderbird. It says my password is incorrect to my primary email server but it is correct. I use yahoo mail but it is showing the host as att. All of my contact and distribution groups are there.
