I’m having difficulty with Firefox on an iPad mini fifth generation running iOS 16.4.1 and today’s version of Firefox. I’ve used Firefox for years with Duck Duck Go as search engine with no problem. Today without warning Firefox stopped accepting URLs typed into the search bar from the Homepage (or any page). It simply ignores the typing and flickers momentarily, keeping the existing URL and page. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox, changing the default search engine from Duck Duck Go to Firefox, and changing from a custom homepage to the Firefox homepage. No luck. Please advise.

I need this fix now. I'm loosing time and I haven't got any. I'm unable to make the 2nd verification work. I went to the app store and got a Authenticator. It works except when I try to use it for the second verification. When I went to turn it on on my phone, it wouldn't turn on. I think it's still trying to sync. This is a serious problem that I didn't ask for and didn't expect to have another trouble shooting problem that is ruining my business. I'm trying to work and it won't let me.

May I talk to a person? I would love to get help. I need to get help, but I'm stopped from signing up due to this problem. Talking to someone works best for me and is the fastest way to fix this. I have to get my shop up yesterday.

Firebox emailed me that a data search revealed that Search results have detected that your email may have been exposed. It recommended you act now to resolve this breach. It said password and partial credit card data was compromised. Is this a legitimate notice or a scam to get me to click the link it provided to go to Dashboard.

I can't get Firefox to store bookmarks on my Mac since I installed Monterey 12.0.1. I managed to find some instructions on your trouble shooting page but they do NOT work. Hate to give you guys up, but unless y'all can help me fix this, I'll be moving on.

I have Firebox as my default browser, both on my iMac and my PC laptop. Problem is, when I click on a photograph on line, it loads the image fit to the screen, instead of its original size! How can I change the setting on both my devices so this won't happen?! When I use Chrome, those images are all loaded in their original, large size, but not when I use Firefox! WHY?!!! I have tried the Firefox settings but can't find a solution! Thank you for your help.

I was told to come to this site to report issues with Firefox iOS. I searched this site to see if someone is having a similar issue but didn't find anything.

The issue is simple: I use Firefox on iOS to search Google. I don't want to use the separate Google search app. I like having everything inside Firefox itself. When I initially search for something, the Google search result page loads fine. However, after I use other apps on my phone for while, if I come back to Firefox, then those pages are blank and don't load. I can still see what I searched for in the title of the tab, but the content of the tab is blank and doesn't load even if I press the refresh button. Somehow, this issue MOSTLY happens with the Google search result page, not really with any other website (also I think I've seen this happen with other websites once or twice), which is pretty odd.

I'll try and reproduce it and attach screenshots later.

Hello there - I have the Ghostery free ad blocker installed, but this morning there was a problem and it is not working. When I try to go to the Ghostery hub, I get a message "File not found". I have restarted my computer, Mac iOS, 12.6 Monteray, quit and reopened Firefox several times, and the same message appears. I really like the ad blocker! What's going on and how can this be fixed?

Well I was yeah okay so as soon as I did , my phone started to down loading and then this Service agreement acknowledgment popped up and I said wait wait what is this? Because once he scanned it, it didn’t go to the Apple, Apple, Apple Store or the App Store for Apple. It just started downloading. My question is, can you can you explain that to me how it happens or is there some or do I need to delete it if I delete it will it be out of my phone.

My second question is the test pilot app says there’s no available applications do I need to delete it and re-install it?

My third experience just within the last 20 minutes I noticed that the AT&T application is reading my phone and mom I think that’s weird. It’s my data analytics, analytics analytics, and somebody help me to explain the stuff to me or send me a link to read I would so appreciate it because I like I like Foxfire I am you guys do a great job I love the web browser and the fire focus is amazing I download in and gotten Foxfire back in 2008 and I’m back on it and I really love all the features you guys have amazing. Using the Firefox app on my iPad my online banking Bill Pay is blocked. Website says that I might have cookies blocked or cross-site tracking prevented. Firefox security is set to standard and even when I turn off Enhanced Tracking Protection, I still am blocked. This site works fine on both my Windows Firefox and my iPhone iOS Firefox app with Enhanced Tracking Protection on. Please fix the iPad browser.

I’ll be damned if I can find where the browser is storing an address that I don’t believe I ever actually stored as a default address. How do I access this information?

Where is the option to disable pull to refresh? This is so annoying when you are scrolling after entering form data just to have the page refresh and lose everything. This is the reason I stopped using Chrome. Where do I turn it off?

I'm using a 2021 macbook air and cannot find a way to change the font size of anything in the Firefox toolbar. Not the bookmark folders in the toolbar, url address bar or tabs. The default is a microfont that is hard to read for some of us. The old add-on is no longer useful, and one other suggestion I was able to find involved changing the settings in configsys. That is an absurd solution for someone not familiar with changing code or intimidated by the process. I'd love to know if there is an easier solution that I'm missing here. And if not ...why?!
