Recently got a new PC with Windows 11 and since I downloaded Firefox the shortcut of CTRL+Shift+O will not open the bookmark manager. Does the same on Opera GX and Chrome. Not sure if I did something wrong in the PC settings but nothing I've tried has fixed the problem

Since updating to Firefox 100.0.1 cannot print any web pages. Cannot print to a printer, or to FoxIt pdf printer. Printing in MS Edge works with no problems. I have cleared saved print settings - did not fix problem. Please advise. Thank you.

Hello everyone! I have a question concerning what the default value settings are for the two below security.tls.versions in About:Config. Mine are currently set at 4 for version.max and 3 for version.min. The reason I ask is that I have gotten two Event 36871 errors since updating Firefox to 100.0.1 stating "A fatal error occurred while creating a TLS client credential. The internal error state is 10013." I was using no other program besides Firefox at the time I received the errors.

Firefox asked me if I wanted to clean up my firefox and I said yes and I lost all my user names and passwords. Furthermore, now, of several that I do remember, when I enter those websites and type in the user name and password it prompts me to ask if I want to save them, I say yes, but it does not save them. Is there any way to get these back? Why aren't the passwords I enter going forward saving? I'm furious about this as I have no other record of these. I do not have any kind of password software either. I've used Firefox for 10+ years but ready to jump to a different browser. This is maddening

I have two identical computers running Firefox on Windows 7. No serious issues for 3 years or longer.

Just recently, version 100 showed "Unknown Source" instead of the normal UAC authorization window which lists mozilla.org as the source.

The 100.0.1 update showed the same warning.

This only occurred on one of the computers. The other one does not show the warning.

Firefox worked fine after doing the downloads anyway, but the "Unknown Source" is not right and makes the user think security is being compromised.

Cannot take screenshot of problem (pop up ms from Amazon via Firefox) . . as soon as I pick up the phone or attempt any action whatsoever, the message box disappears. And since I have a fingerprint access option on, the moment my finger touches the screen for full access there is no record of the message for screen capture. Also, if I do nothing, the screen goes black (normal, with time/date etc visible) within a few seconds after the message appears . . though it is waiting for me to touch the screen at which time it reappears again for a few seconds. So it is pick up the phone . . trigger motion detection . . message box appears . . wait a couple of seconds . . black screen . . touch or pick up the phone . . message box . . black screen etc. I can of course do the fingerprint scan and have full phone features, but the preliminary nag "box message" all the time bugs the hell out of me. In the text of my "complaint" I quoted what the message says, it is not from Firefox but does have a tiny Firefox logo upper left. The small rectangular window also has a left/right "full return" arrow (grayed out each one) with a black "pause" button in between the two arrows, and it is not grayed out. However nothing happens if I touch it. In very small print under the main text (first few words of my Amazon review) is a link to the Amazon page where I posted a review of a product. The message itself that I refer to is NOT from Firefox, but is comprised of the first few words of my review headline (not all of it but most) on the Amazon product comment review page. So even though the "content" of the unwanted message is from Amazon, the Firefox logo nevertheless appears (very tiny) in the upper left of the rectangular window, so it appears to be a composite error interaction between Firefox and Amazon. How to stop firefox from downloading x.htm files? I have checked "Always ask me where to save files" in the Downloads menu, for every file type available there, and it still will download x.htm without asking.

I could not pay my bills at handelsbanken.se today... so they adviced me to try another browser and I had to use Edge for the first time ever... and that worked. Why coud I not pay my bills with firefox as usual?

Firefox crashes randomly with no crash report being generated. It seems to have started doing this about a month ago. Nothing in particular seems to trigger it, and all of my software is up to date. It just closes any and all tabs that are open, as if I exited out of the program entirely.

I have recently registered with Firefox after having used it for a long time. I now find that the password that I thought I had used is not recognised. I am currently logged in. Is there a way of viewing my password in my account details? I do not want to change the password as I am unsure what I will lose from my history etc

Each time Firefox is refreshed, I must re-install extensions. How can I save the extensions so they do not need to be downloaded and re-installed ever time Firefox refreshes?

Hours after exiting firefox, the application continues to run processes and hold on to the memory it was using when I exited the application. The only way to free the memory is to key the processes via Task Manager

When I print something from the web, it prints tiny and in the upper left corner. Edge works fine. This is only something that happens when I print from the web; no matter how I set the controls. The print previews look fine, BUT!

I have always used Gmail on my firefox browser, for some reason for the last two weeks it keeps dropping saying it's not connected. i have my account synced over multiple devices and it happens on all of them I am forced to use Edge or chrome to have it work which of course i don't want to do
