Came back from Thanksgiving weekend and everything is wiped. I have looked and not found any solution for Firefox70. When I started trying to go to my usual sites, everything was lost. It doesn't show the saved username or anything.

My Firefox setting has DNS over hTTPS enabled no extensions and configured for cloudflare and my about:config settings network.trr.bootstrapAddress;1.1.1.1 network.trr.mode;3 network.trr.resolvers;[{ "name": "Cloudflare", "url": "https://mozilla.cloudflare-dns.com/dns-query" }]
Network mode 3 means DOH should only resolve using DOH but I can still get to other sites instead of a message say "hmm where having trouble finding that site"
Does anyone have an idea as to what causes this issue?

I want to disable private mode via a policies.json file, but it doesn't work. Firefox says that "policy service is inactive" I enabled the debugging for policies via about:config, but the log doesn't give anything that forwards towards my policies.json file.
I'm running Fedora 31 linux. The exact same policies.json file does work on my Ubuntu machine, but not this one.

Mac OS Catalina 10.15.1 In Preferences, DNS over HTTPS is Off. (I tried toggling that On then Off but nothing changed) In Privacy & Security I have Strict settings, though when Standard is selected the behaviour does not change.
I know that with DNS over HTTPS set to On that HOSTS is ignored. Not ideal but there you go. But with that Off Firefox did respect the HOSTS entries I have.
Something has changed?
How do I get Firefox to always use my HOSTS file before looking elsewhere?

Im not talking about when you press back and then youtube forces you to stay on the current video even though its actually a different url because it senses that you want to go back to search results which wont automatically play another video and hence make them less money... Im talking about opening a new tab, searching for something on youtube, and then when I press a video/search result, the back button is greyed out implying I wrote the whole url for that specific video into the address bar without ever searching it up... How is that possible??? How is youtube actually removing my local browser history? Is that what theyre doing or are they somehow manipulating my browser to think there is none? This stinks so badly...

I am an admin for hunderds of websites. I log in to them using "admin" as login name. Since today I get a list of all the logins with that name from all the sites when i want to enter my login. It used to be just one login: the one for that site, and after that the right password.
Please correct this, or maybe you can show me how to turn this off.
In the past I only had to push the down-arrow button in the login field to enter the login, then do tab tot get to the password field and there the password was and I could log in. Now I have to type "admin" while being distracted by all the hundreds of unwanted suggestions.
This can be a handy feature but not for me, it was working perfectly.
This seems only to happen on new sites where I add a password, and keeps acting that way on the new site.

Firefox prevented this page from loading in this context because the page has an X-Frame-Options policy that disallows it.

I have a website that has the user repeatedly record audio clips for speech recognition/evaluation purposes. On all other major browsers the user is prompted once for permission to use the microphone, and then is able to proceed through the rest of the process without any problem. On Firefox for Android however, the user is prompted if they will give permission to use the microphone between each recording session. For context, each recording is only a few seconds long and there can be 30-60 of them.
Also, there is no 'remember my preference' checkbox on the permission window that pops-up.
Could anyone please tell us how can we resolve this issue.
