When I click on the home button, I expect the browser to navigate to the home page. This works on all browsers that I know, aside from Firefox for Android. On Firefox for Android, it opens the home page in a new tab. This is not configured by me, it's certainly not expected, it's not intuitive, and I don't see a way to disable this "feature".

Is this a bug? If it is a "feature", how can I disable it?

From my personal understanding, I may have performed the above operations to create a new tab or clone a tab at the same time. But I don't think my operations will cause these to happen concurrently.

Also Firefox updated to never version. Could you please advice what I should do if after restarting Firefox I don't see my tabs, given that login to Firefox account completed, and "open previous windows and tabs" selected.

Hello community, I hope someone can help me. I really like using Firefox, also on my iPhone, and have several 100 tabs open on it. I'm pretty sure that until recently i had no problem using ctrl-click to get the right-click menu on a link, clicking on Open Link in New Tab, and having that link open in a new tab.

When I glance away then tap to wake up phone the browser pops a new tab which is frustrating-to the point I am ready to use something else on my phone if I can't downgrade the browser version. I need to know how to downgrade because my browser is now not a joy to use. Note, I did not change my browser settings-it was the last simple update that broke it.
