After switching to Firefox from Chrome, after Chrome started acting wierd, especially when it came to youtube, I haven't been able to pay for Ubereats deliveries, all that happens is it stays on the checkout page. making me bring up my phone and pay that way as I can still use the basket I put together.

Tried to report it to Ubereats but whoever was on the other side of the chat, seemed to think the problem was with the phone app and closed the ticket without solving anything.

How someone here can help figure out why it's happing.

After some moment thunderbird cant receive sended emails from server. Its downloading messages and after that, when im trying to open a blank message the new is arriving. I was trying to "repair" folder and also completely reintstall thunderbird - nothing changed. Could someone give an advise how to solve this?

Ever since the last update, my keyboard isn't appearing in Firefox Focus when I tap the url bar. Normally it would appear to type in a new url, but not anymore. When I tap the bar, it automatically selects the complete url but then I have to tap again in order to show the keyboard. See the attached screenshot; I have tapped the url bar here but no keyboard has appeared.

I am using the regular keyboard on Android, Gboard. I'm on Android 13. Using a Fairphone 4.

Everything is updated to the latest available.

After installing a shortcut to a website that stages as an app through the Firefox Android app (Samsung 6.0, Android 14) when using said shortcut, if entering any text box the keyboard will pop up and rapidly close and open, making it unable to use. This problem happens on any text box, and with any keyboard. I'll attach a youtube link of a screen recording as well as a gif, though it's rather difficult to see the entire problem through a gif. Occasionally I clear the cache memory for the apps on my Poco F5. Of all the apps I use, firefox consumes the highest (8GB+) of cache. So yesterday I cleared the cache memory, didn't use firefox apart from minor browsing for 10 mins or so. Now it's filled back again (6GB+). The app size is just 267MB, but the cache is insanely high.

Firefox does not automatically create a new empty window on startup. Neither starting from "applications" nor clicking icon in the dock

Instead once has to right click the icon then click "New Window"

Why is it that the people who "improve" products are always dickering with the look and feel to no benefit to the user? Why suddenly does a new empty window not open? Fantastic job Mozilla. It takes me an hour or so to figure out how to even get a window with the default web page URL and then I have to perform forever after three clicks instead on one.

I have a suggestion. The next time you think about changing the look and feel: DON'T. It is just that simple. DON'T.

Juno very suddenly refused to accept my password yesterday which is saved on the computer, so I cannot get to my email. Why would they do that and how can I get into email. Hi, I have a problem with my firefox app. Everytime I play or skip a port of a video, it plays stuttering and return normal only If I rewind some second (if I pause it nothing change). Anyone knows why? Is there some way to solve this problem? I have deleted every data, cookies etc, every add-on and reinstalled the app but nothing changed. I also formatted every setting of my device but same result. Oh, also, this problem don't happen with other apps like gallery or chrome. It stutters even if I have just Firefox opened video

I just updated to 115.8.0. I have a much older mac without the upgrade and it is not having the same problem as my os 12.6.3 mac. Some of my inbound emails from are being taken over by a particular email from another sender so the message displays as the other sender, as does the from and reply to, but the subject retains the info from the original sender. Three or four emails in a row will all look like the other sender. The other sender was a public radio station. What's going on?

For example, the email displayed below is from one of my vendors, and has a simple message saying Thanks. The subjct line referencing a quote is correct. The rest is not.

Thunderbird has worked flawlessly for my Outlook account as well as several IMAP accounts now for the last 2 days, it refuses to send. CY4PEPF0000EE36.mail.protection.outlook.com gave this error: Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable (S2017062302).

The following html inscription animates when clicked (the duck in the image quacks), but for some reason, the animation doesn't activate on http://ord.io with the firefox browser. I wanted to bring this to your attention because It works on http://ord.io with every other browser.

Every time I browse incognito mode and download files (pdf mostly), then I exit the browser and my files disappear from the Downloads folder in Windows 11. It has been like this for a long time now. I have to remember to cut and paste them to another folder before shutting the browser down, but when I forget it's annoying. Can this be fixed?

i have an issue with my email, i have made no changes but from today, my thunderbird takes very long time to open. In bottom taskbar it says building summary file for the inbox.. and it takes about 5minute to load inbox list, "26000 letters." Also i can send but cannot receive any letters and i am missing last 3 months inbox mail.

How can i try to solve this issue without causing more damage or loss.

In devtools when i search in all resources it takes 2+ minutes to find all of the matches, while chrome is near instant, same website. theres around 200 requests. On my laptop it completes faster though so im a little confused.

A week or so ago I patched Thunderbird (115.8.0 (64-bit)). Everything seemed fine and I proceeded to empty the TRASH. It took an unusually long time to delete the roughly 175 messages in the TRASH. Then the screen "blinked" and when Thunderbird reappeared the SENT fold, while present, showed that it contained NO emails. I have sent about 50 emails since this occurred and the counter on the SENT folder continues to show the the folder contains no emails.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can get things to work again?

Thunderbird is often asking again to log into Gmail and Outlook accounts.

A few days ago the accounts I have were "disconnected" and a few days later, randomly some accounts ask me again to log in and allow access to email.

I have about 20 emails managed with Thunderbird and after a few versions (about 3-4 months) this problem started to happen.

Has anyone else reported something similar?

An observation is that I use MozBackup to make complete backups of emails (including login and password) and restore them after formatting the computer.

It is sort in the background like a page behind the main screen I am viewing but it causes Firefox to crash. I have seen other posts say disable hardware acceleration, but mine is disabled, others say disabled extension, but I only have ublock! It is not my graphics card as it is all up to date. My laptop is new 6 months old.
