After latest Firefox update this morning, attempts to login to Fidelity.com fail with message "we can't complete this action right now". No problem if I use Chrome. I cleared cookies and rebooted. Running Windows 10. Fidelity technical support not seeing anything obvious but suspicious it is related to this latest update.

I run FreeBSD 14 with Hyprland. Firefox always ran great up to version 123. Now anyway you run it it just hangs you can ctrl c to escape. I went back to 122 and it started right up. But now that pkg install has upgraded to 123 same thing just hangs. It compiles with no problems I changed config tried all setting but same thing. Please can someone figure this out. I have every browser ever made on freebsd but I love Firefox and I'm going crazy without it. I thought by running it from a terminal it might show a error but it just hangs and no messages with ctrl c. Any information you might need just ask me. Also when ran from terminal and htop shoes 1 core almost to 100%

This is so very simple and so the fact that it seems impossible to get a straight answer makes me instantly suspicious. Here is the question: What is my location? Simple! In other words, I have Mozilla Firefox installed on a physical device, which HAPPENS to be a desktop computer, not a mobile phone, etc. In other words, it stays here. So why do alllllll the sites act as though I am literally 930 miles...from my actual, physical location! I have NO VPN running...none. Unfortunately, Firefox is using Google location services, WHICH IS THE PROBLEM. I just installed Firefox, instead of Chrome, to solve that problem. I guess THAT was a stupid move, Firefox is worse!

There needs to be a manner in which the USER can INPUT THEIR LOCATION. I'm not trying to "trick" anyone...I'm actually trying to give people ACCURATE INFORMATION which apparently is beyond the capabilities of the internet, to provide.

I signed up and sync'd my data from my laptop before it died, but when I signed in on my desktop none of my bookmarks or passwords are the ones from my laptop account, its all still my desktop's. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling and firefox automatically restored all my desktop crap. I really need my laptop's bookmarks, any advice? Thanks in advance

I received an email suggesting that I update my Firefox or I would lose syncing function. I have two computers. A fairly new iMac Ventura 13.6.8 running Firefox 123.0 64 bit which it says is up to date. But I also have an older iMac OSX 10.11.6 El Capiten running Firefox 78.15.0 ESR. I can't update the OS or Firefox on the old computer. So if I do nothing - will I still be able to sync on the newer Mac. I'm not too worried about the old one - I don't use it much for browsing - more for documents. Thank you. David Rimell

I exported bookmarks to an HTML file from Firefox on a Win10 computer. Copied the file over to a new Win11 computer and then imported the bookmarks to a new installation of Firefox.

The bookmarks show up in the "library" that displays when I click on "manage bookmarks" but they do not appear in the toolbar at the top of the page. I don't see any way to get them to show up.

Can you tell me what I need to do? Thanks.

Firefox uses 2.1gb of RAM with 6 tabs opened which is far more than it ussualy does and it sometimes just jumps to 2.5gb. ((Fore the Image) My task manager is in german so Arbeitsspeicher=RAM)

If i use the Windows 11 search (for "disk management windows 11"), windows opens a new empty firefox window (apart from my default homepage). I seem to have a problem with popups and links generally.

I have adblock/adblock plus and other add-ons, but I hvae disabled those and still get the same problem.

My old device has broken and I was wondering if there's any way to transfer the open tabs from it to my new device?

I've signed in to my account already and it ported over my history as well as bookmarks but I don't see a way to port over the open tabs? I'm not sure if they were synced and I can't go back to sync them now as the previous device is broken

My Firefox window with 15+ tabs just crashed. I watched a YouTube video and the solution offered doesn't work. How can I restore them? And does Firefox really not have a way to speak to a human being??

Hello. I have been using Firefox as primary browser for long time. Today reinstall my firefox because youtube video not playing sound. But after fresh install and synced account but all my savings are gone. Passwords and bookmarks are missing. PLease help me to recover.

How do I display bookmarks in a column on my screen; has disappeared recently; menu option seems to have disappeared. Firefox v 123 on Windows 10
