I am using windows 10 and Firefox and use Bing I am after a NON Google search engine and OS that will also handle gaming as good as windows 11 but I am not happy with Microsoft either Every where I go there Is google which I hate It has too much control getting away with AI that isn't accountable for fraudulent acts I use to use Ubuntu but now I still am a Gamer but I don't like adds and spy ware like Google evading my computer

I'm looking for a simple extension. A one-click extension that would enable me to delete cookies at any time during a firefox browser session. I would like to exclude some cookies from deletion, so I'd like a whitelist option.

Has anyone come across an extension like this?

Came here after a response on my google play review.

The problem is exactly as the title describes. Playing videos on various websites, such as Youtube, Vimeo, Twitter and Reddit for example, on firefox mobile (including firefox focus) results in the videos playing back with low fps instead of their native fps.

Refreshing the page the video is on sometimes fixes the issue, than once you pause the video and resume it the problem with the low fps shows up again.

Reinstalling doesn't fix it and downgrading to an older version made the problem occur less, but videos would still sometimes play back with low fps.

If screen recordings help figure out the problem please tell me.

I have both Windows and Firefox listed for Firefox as my default browser. I have checked every default app and extension type and they are all directed to open in Firefox. Yet when I click on a web link using Firefox, it opens in Edge. Any help or insight into this is appreciated.

Hello fellas, Forexample, i wanna watch or read something and click it(left click) but click work like a middle click, open in new tab. Probably you can say something about "about:config" settings. Thank you

Firefox mobile sometimes zooms in without able to zoom out on all sites. Seems to only happen whenever the samsung app store updates it. for context, i downloaded firefox through google play store but the samsung store for some reason updates the app every now and then. It happened twice so far, and reinstalling it on the play store seems to fix it

i just wanted to post this here so others may find it via google. I had a problem with videos randomly playing with black borders. That was really annoying because sometimes it cut out portions of the video. But after months of trying and searching nothing came out, except the "fullscreen black border 'api-config' fix" wich didn't help me. And now finally I figured it out! It was my damn AMD driver...! It was set to "Home Video" in "Audio and Video", wich enabled "AMD video stabilization".

So in quick summary: When you have black borders while watching video in Firefox; make sure in your AMD-driver, in "Audio and Video", "AMD video stabilization" is turned off!.

Every now and then the screen if my phone gets blank and regains it's gorm may be it seems some overlapping issues through system interventions as I could see a shared browser is present in my phone of wch I am not aware off. I'm currently looking for a job, and I keep my windows separated by category, so I have one that is job search related, and the other that is more general. In my job search window, I have many tabs open for different job postings that I want to hang on to /keep track of. When I want to jump to one of these tabs, I open a new tab and type in whatever its title would be, and then when it pops up in my history I click the "Switch to tab" shortcut to get to it. I find it saves time as opposed to sifting through 50 tabs. In this case, I was trying to find a tab that was opened to a sales job posting, and I clicked switch to tab. However, it took me to a what I think is an entirely separate window, one that I didn't even have open previously, and my jobs window disappeared. I tried to reopen it in History, but it didn't show up. Does anyone know what might have happened here, and how I can recover that window?
