Over the last couple of days Firefox has severely slowed down. I have tried other browers and they are not affected. Have there been any updates/changes to Firefox? Thank you.

TV page frequently loads incorrectly, but after a second or two goes crazy. Then Firefox returns to the previous page. Then new glitch today.

95+% pages load okay, and are stable.

So, what causes this, and is there any way I can fix it?

If non-TV page does this, I will try to grab a screenshot and send on.

Hi - After taking the suggestion to re-install a fresh copy of FF, I keep getting something to the effect that the FF profile is missing. After spending too many hours trying all the leads provided online, and not being too familiar with some terminology, I am bewildered. Instead of a simple set of instructions, I am tasked with deleting something. Wha?? I don't wish to delete something, I simply would like to dump the contents of the old data file that appeared when I re-installed F back, and be rid of the nag. Had I had been warned that this problem would occur, I would never have re-installed FF. I wound up with something that contradicts its premise; delete what? The title to Restore FF Profile is misleading. Logically, here should be a link to click on to re-install the old files, or better yet, they should have been installed automatically. The file folder raises the question, why even have it? It's useless. If it had a list of extensions that were deleted, it would be helpful. Luckily, I hand copied the extensions, recalling that many years ago, they disappeared down the rabbit hole, never to be seen again I apologize for being ungrateful, as FF and the work done by volunteers is most appreciated. but wasting what little time I have here on earth is not good for the psyche. If there is a simple, understandable solution, it would be most appreciated. Thank you, Nick M.

My Amazon prime movies suddenly pause, the wheel turns, doesn't start again. Movies are stopped. This doesn't happen with MS Edge, but does happen with Firefox. How to fix this?

In some websites, a cookies menu opens over the page but not as a popup eg https://www.elexon.co.uk/knowledgebase/about-the-bsc/

In Chrome, I can see the menu and make the relevant cookies choice and then access the site, but in firefox the whole page is effectively greyed out. As it isn't a popup I can't whitelist the site for popups (well I can but it doesn't change anything).

Any ideas how I can make this work without having to use the site in a different browser?

The URL above is a weather radar overlay that updates every 10 odd minutes to new frames. For some reason I have to re-set the page multiple times a day on my desktop computer (fine on the laptop and a different display computer).

It's the only site I seem to have this issue with but also the only computer I'm having the issue with too.

I've done an uninstall/re-install and the issue still exists.

Hi! When I click on my shortcut to access the Rumble.com website, I keep getting the message that there is no server. My shortcut was working fine last week!

Can someone assist me in restoring my Peer's Certificate? I mistakenly did something that must have deleted it since I cannot log in to Xfinity account. Error message indicated that its: SEC_ERROR_REVOKED_CERTIFICATE. How do I get back to normal?

Firefox works fine on every site, except G Mail.com G mail.com On G mail the things works well, but when i try to move a e-mail or delete him, Firefox does it, but doesn't return to the primary and G mail site.

The others G mail things works fine on all the other functions, and initiate well on Chrome, Opera and others internet navigators.

PS: It only happens after the last Firefox update.

I start FireFox and a selection screen appears asking what previously saved session would I like to start?

Can this be accomplished?

When I try to visit certain websites on Firefox, they crash no matter what, even after reloading the page. This still happens in Troubleshoot mode, and even after doing a clean reinstall of Firefox it still happens. Here are some of the recent crash IDs:

I got the notification that there was an update available...clicked on about Firefox and it is trying to download a new browser at 90mb...why is this and how do I get it to stop???

A few days ago, I have noticed that FF stopped marking links I've visited as "visited". Initially I thought that it's a website issue, but the same happened on more than one page, including Google search.

I have tested those pages on other browsers, and everything works fine, so my conclusion is that it's an FF problem, but I don't know if it's my installation problem, or Update issue. Does anyone know anything about this issue?

the secondary emailaddress in the account details screen is none I attempt to enter my secondary emailaddress der********le@gmail.com I cannot enter that address becuase I get the errormessage thet that address is already known let me know how this can be addressed D. Giroulle
