Dear Support people, Firefox now not opening several sites (which open when I cut and paste url into MS Edge). This has become increasingly inconvenient. I have put the respective sites urls in the "Exceptions" files for both cookies and pop-ups. This has sometimes helped, but is not working at all now. I've been with FF for years, but am thinking of switching to another browser now. Any suggestions? Thanks for your help!

Good Day All - Previously I had installed a extension for my homepage. I had to reinstall my operating system and now that I'm reinstalling firefox I can't find the extension I was using previously. Is there any way in Firefox to see the history of the extensions tied to my account ?

Firefox automatically updated and now tabs sync, which I absolutely hate and want to implode the Earth because this even exists. I go to the options to turn off the stupid pointless sync and oh wait it doesn't turn off. The box is not checked. Tabs still sync and display a worthless icon on my taskbar because apparently Mozilla thinks I'm such an idiot I need AN EXTRA FRICKING ICON to tell me I have open tabs in my browser.

So how do I actually turn this trashbag "feature" off if it's not by deselecting it in the "Sync" panel, since that doesn't work?

I just reset my password because I had forgotten it and I found out none of my other passwords are saved :(. In the description it said that data is encrypted and there MAY be some losses.. but is it possible that all is lost?

Your browser is a bit unusual...

Try disabling ad blockers and other extensions, enabling javascript, using a different web browser or turning off your VPN.

i logged in to my firefox account on my daughters laptop - but my bookmarks didn't appear - when i synced now her bookmarks have replaced mine - i want mine back please

Keeps freezing. Keep getting "not responding" message. Typically I can have several tabs open on two screens but now after using Firefox for a while I start having issues. Really just want my favorite browser back.

My firefox is presenting some malfunction on many features that are not working as they should. I tried to updated to it the last version to solve. It did not work. So I tried to restore it. which should work as I dont think its problems has to do with cookies or saved personal info. It did not work as well. So here some of the problems:

1- My firefox's home page is suppose to show my most visted sites. But it shows only empty/blank space. (image ) 2- I cant add any extension to my toolbar. They simply dont appear when I try to edit it. 3- I cant remove/edit any favorites (changes are not applied). 4- Some extension are just not working. for no reason. Betterttv for example. (Tried to reinstall, reset permission. ). they were working normally before. 5- autofill are not working. Does not show the options.

All this does not make any sense to me. As I've tried to solve restoring the firefox. Only cookies, passwords and personal info should have being kept and I dont think they are the cause of all this. I dont wanna to fully clean reinstall it as there are many logins, passwords and other info saved that I dont even remember. In additon it does not make any sense to me at all.

I have been using Firefox for a very, VERY long time and until recently, loved it.

I have a few newer issues now:

1). If I am NOT on the internet using Firefox (Which is for internet use), why is it still running? This slows my system down while I am working with graphics programs. It should do an update check when I use it on the net (As a non-invasive background process) and not interfere with my work.

2). When I am online playing my game (Wizard 101), IF I have Firefox running in the background, I get lots, I mean LOTS of lag time and freezing screens. If I don't activate Firefox, then there is no lag or freezing screens.

Before you say I need to check my computer; sorry but THAT is NOT the problem. I have been using the same computer and the ONLY change is the "5 Million" tiny updates of Firefox.

So how do I fix these issues...or do I dump Firefox (And all things Mozilla) and find another browser program? Is it wrong to expect better from you guys??

I am on a Apple Silicon MacMini M1 ARM running the latest Mac OS of Ventura. why does Firefox think I am on an Intel machine under Mac OSx 10.15 when I am on Mac OS Ventura? I assume that Mozilla does not have a ARM version or is this a configuration issue? Or is there a different issue at play here?

FireFox continues to provide no easy solution to the ever decreasing font size in menus and toolbars. This is an accessibility issue and FireFox fails. Yes, I can increase text font size of displayed webpages, but this doesn't address the more profound issue of font size in the browser itself (menu and toolbar text). This has been a known issue for years. The only solution offered is writing code, which is no solution at all.

We have Firefox-ESR in use and we are using Applocker.

When we enable applocker dll Rule policys and start https://shaka-player-demo.appspot.com page clearkey addon crashes.

We have allowed widevinedrm.dll in applocker rule policys, and we have used Process Monitor to track which dll file / files are being "locked" but we cant seem to pinpoint it.

Where does Firefox-ESR run DRM content and which dll files are needed to run ?

What we know that it is caused by applocker DLL rule policys, when disabling it clearkey addon does not crash and drm content can be played.

Also Applocker eventlogs does not show anything related to this.

Having changed for a time to another browser and imported/exported back and forth, I am presently with three bookmark menus, one after another. When a bookmark does not appear, I have to go to manage bookmarks to see in which one it is. Is there a possibility of merging the menus or only by manually checking in one menu and scrolling to the next, etc. and eventually deleting the excess? If the last is the only option, is there any way to get a second display to work from instead of having to scroll back and forth? Thank you for your imput.
