My firefox is presenting some malfunction on many features that are not working as they should. I tried to updated to it the last version to solve. It did not work. So I tried to restore it. which should work as I dont think its problems has to do with cookies or saved personal info. It did not work as well. So here some of the problems:

1- My firefox's home page is suppose to show my most visted sites. But it shows only empty/blank space. (image ) 2- I cant add any extension to my toolbar. They simply dont appear when I try to edit it. 3- I cant remove/edit any favorites (changes are not applied). 4- Some extension are just not working. for no reason. Betterttv for example. (Tried to reinstall, reset permission. ). they were working normally before. 5- autofill are not working. Does not show the options.

All this does not make any sense to me. As I've tried to solve restoring the firefox. Only cookies, passwords and personal info should have being kept and I dont think they are the cause of all this. I dont wanna to fully clean reinstall it as there are many logins, passwords and other info saved that I dont even remember. In additon it does not make any sense to me at all.

Keeps freezing. Keep getting "not responding" message. Typically I can have several tabs open on two screens but now after using Firefox for a while I start having issues. Really just want my favorite browser back.

Is there a way to ensure size & shape of page remains the same from session to session? I use my TV as a monitor and every time I open Firefox I have to manually reshape the browser to fit the screen. I'd love for it to come up the same each time.

So my FF interface language is German but I do write a lot off stuff in English so I installed a bilingual dictionary. I have no clue how to enable it though. In "languages" the default German language is enabled. In "dictionaries" my new dict is enabled. When I right click underlined text in English it offers me either German OR English but not the bilingual dictionary. When I click "add dictionary" I get to the page where I found that bilingual dictionary in the first place. This is very confusing behavior.

Dear Support people, Firefox now not opening several sites (which open when I cut and paste url into MS Edge). This has become increasingly inconvenient. I have put the respective sites urls in the "Exceptions" files for both cookies and pop-ups. This has sometimes helped, but is not working at all now. I've been with FF for years, but am thinking of switching to another browser now. Any suggestions? Thanks for your help!

Try disabling ad blockers and other extensions, enabling javascript, using a different web browser or turning off your VPN.

Good Day All - Previously I had installed a extension for my homepage. I had to reinstall my operating system and now that I'm reinstalling firefox I can't find the extension I was using previously. Is there any way in Firefox to see the history of the extensions tied to my account ?

Firefox automatically updated and now tabs sync, which I absolutely hate and want to implode the Earth because this even exists. I go to the options to turn off the stupid pointless sync and oh wait it doesn't turn off. The box is not checked. Tabs still sync and display a worthless icon on my taskbar because apparently Mozilla thinks I'm such an idiot I need AN EXTRA FRICKING ICON to tell me I have open tabs in my browser.

So how do I actually turn this trashbag "feature" off if it's not by deselecting it in the "Sync" panel, since that doesn't work?

I just reset my password because I had forgotten it and I found out none of my other passwords are saved :(. In the description it said that data is encrypted and there MAY be some losses.. but is it possible that all is lost?

I am having problems with my Google Gmail. It won't load properly in Firefox (I have no problem in other browsers) and now I can't access YouTube. I'm having to delete my history continually and restart the Firefox. What's going on? I do have the current version of Firefox installed.

When I try to sign on to my bank, PNC, I always get annoying two step verification. The problem is with Firefox. When I use troubleshoot, this does not happen. When I use Chrome it does not happen. It does not happen on mobile. Help!

I am on a Apple Silicon MacMini M1 ARM running the latest Mac OS of Ventura. why does Firefox think I am on an Intel machine under Mac OSx 10.15 when I am on Mac OS Ventura? I assume that Mozilla does not have a ARM version or is this a configuration issue? Or is there a different issue at play here?

When I click on 'gmail' it opens in a tech support email search history instead of inbox. I have gone to settings and tried to do something but I don't understand the options.

I have a Firefox account and I want to recover my bookmarks and passwords. My Windows 10 PC didn't boot up so I had to do a factory reset. After the reset, I logged into Firefox and tried using the Import and Backup tool. There was only one recovery date so I chose that. I clicked on the date and was prompted "This will replace all of your current bookmarks with the backup. Are you sure?" I click OK and nothing happens. I didn't see my bookmarks and rebooted my computer.

It sounds like this might be two different issues: Bookmarks and Passwords.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

After an update from mozilla my credit union statements would not open or save. They do open on MIcrosoft Edge. There are other sites that open pdfs correctly with Firefox. The Credit Union IT said The government is requiring them to be more secure and they recommend I change browsers which I do not want to. There is no apparent error code or message. Just searching for a solution.
