When I go to www.tractorsupply.com, and click on "My Wallet," I get the error, "Prohibited characters error." The My Wallet is an area reserved for special offers that the shopper can load to the shopping cart.

I am fed up with this problem enough that I had to come here to complain and hopefully find out what the issue is. Every time I start Firefox, it will spend five minutes or longer before it starts to load a web page! All I will see is blank white tabs with the hourglass icon until at some point many minutes later it decides to begin loading the pages.

I've tried different connection settings (No Proxy, System Settings, Auto-Detect, etc.) and that doesn't do jack. Neither does flushing my DNS, or trying to go to a site I've never visited.

Just now, as I was sitting here waiting for the effing browser to detect the connection, I even tried unplugging my Ethernet cable and it didn't realize there was no connection available for several minutes! This is extremely annoying.

I'm using Firefox 100.0.1 on Windows 7, but I've been dealing with issue for several releases, I want to say since at least pre-FF95. I have VPNs installed and their service processes run in the background but I don't use them. Also they don't affect the connectivity of anything else.

Hello, I tried to sign in to my firefox account on a new computer and it appears the rules for password format have changed such that my existing password is too short to be used. How should I proceed to either sign in or reset my password without affecting my existing firefox browsers and lockwise app? Thank you.

Hi. I've been having this problem with my iMac for sometime, but now it's affecting my Macbook Pro, as well. Both machines are 2015, running OS 10.15.7.

They have problems loading webfonts (I get the annoying question marks). I tried creating a new test user, and the issue persisted. Any ideas on what I should do?

Firefox asked me if I wanted to clean up my firefox and I said yes and I lost all my user names and passwords. Furthermore, now, of several that I do remember, when I enter those websites and type in the user name and password it prompts me to ask if I want to save them, I say yes, but it does not save them. Is there any way to get these back? Why aren't the passwords I enter going forward saving? I'm furious about this as I have no other record of these. I do not have any kind of password software either. I've used Firefox for 10+ years but ready to jump to a different browser. This is maddening

Hi My browser updated to latest version 100.0.1 but all my opened tabs are missing. And what is more important all my sync bookmarks are also gone. I can note restore any of sync data.

After updating to V 100.0.1 I have discovered that I am unable to post to 2 different message boards that I had no issues with before. Is there some parameter that has changed that is prohibiting me from uploading text and/or images? I am having no problem if I use Microsoft Edge but I much prefer working with Firefox.

Firefox has become so secure I can no longer use it for work. I spend so much of my time allowing links to be opened from clients, etc. Has anyone found a simple work around for all the freezes etc?

I have always used Gmail on my firefox browser, for some reason for the last two weeks it keeps dropping saying it's not connected. i have my account synced over multiple devices and it happens on all of them I am forced to use Edge or chrome to have it work which of course i don't want to do

After i just updated Firefox to newest version .. I can not load any website anymore!!!!!! please make it so i can return to the previous version ASAP so everything works again.

Al those other solutions you guys give like clear cache disable en able etc don't work and take hrs of time

Cannot take screenshot of problem (pop up ms from Amazon via Firefox) . . as soon as I pick up the phone or attempt any action whatsoever, the message box disappears. And since I have a fingerprint access option on, the moment my finger touches the screen for full access there is no record of the message for screen capture. Also, if I do nothing, the screen goes black (normal, with time/date etc visible) within a few seconds after the message appears . . though it is waiting for me to touch the screen at which time it reappears again for a few seconds. So it is pick up the phone . . trigger motion detection . . message box appears . . wait a couple of seconds . . black screen . . touch or pick up the phone . . message box . . black screen etc. I can of course do the fingerprint scan and have full phone features, but the preliminary nag "box message" all the time bugs the hell out of me. In the text of my "complaint" I quoted what the message says, it is not from Firefox but does have a tiny Firefox logo upper left. The small rectangular window also has a left/right "full return" arrow (grayed out each one) with a black "pause" button in between the two arrows, and it is not grayed out. However nothing happens if I touch it. In very small print under the main text (first few words of my Amazon review) is a link to the Amazon page where I posted a review of a product. The message itself that I refer to is NOT from Firefox, but is comprised of the first few words of my review headline (not all of it but most) on the Amazon product comment review page. So even though the "content" of the unwanted message is from Amazon, the Firefox logo nevertheless appears (very tiny) in the upper left of the rectangular window, so it appears to be a composite error interaction between Firefox and Amazon. How to tell Firefox to stop posting it? Or how to tell Amazon that their software is somehow involved? I haven't a clue . . ! This is a re-written complaint . . the original one resulted in an email request from "Seburo" who asked for a screenshot, but did not provide a return email address that functioned. I have this problem with both Firefox and Edge, private mode or not. After logging at addons.mozilla.org, it's requiring me to setup 2-factor. I go through the process and everything is successful. It asks me to enter one recovery code to make sure I'll be able to login. I enter one and it shows on the top with a green background that 2-factor was setup successfully. But then nothing happens. No redirection or links. I try accessing the site in another browser and I have to go through the whole setup again which also appears successful, but then nothing happens. I attached the image that shows it was successful. I have no idea what to do since there is no error and I have the same problem across multiple browsers. Any suggestions?

Facebook does NOT require any HSTS, Edge goes there with no problem. This is why I deleted Firefox last night, I downloaded it again to try to get there and what do you know, it worked. That is until it told me to refresh, then all of a sudden you claim it requires this HSTS which is crap. The only reason I'm not on Edge now is one small little imperfection that Firefox doesn't have. So I guess I'll be deleting Firefox yet again with it's HSTS nonsense.

All I want the browser to do is search for an image, not hand over all my personal information to you. You can't find an image without checking where I am, what else I've been doing, modifying my privacy and browser proxy settings, storing unlimited data, reading everything on my open and recently closed tabs? Is this to be used for commercial purposes? What's going on here? I think it's time to find a new browser. Please explain.
