please take off the red add, the pop up total add sign that keeps popping up asking to paid for the add block I am 82 and on a fixed budget. I do not want this service. How do I get it off my computer. When I want to print an article from an e mail.I always have to remove it to save an e mail, or when I want to print an article, I read it later, and I see the total ad block on my printed article stuck on the printed page blocking out what I printed. Its very annoying to have to take it off the screen before I print anything. Please help me. George at [removed email from public]

The latest version of Firefox was just installed and I am now having constant crashing problems the performance is significantly worse than the previous session. How do I go back to the previous version. Note to Firefox please do not use us a your Beta testers.

I have seen this in some past versions of FF It usually goes away after a few upgrades

Instead of whatever it's supposed to display, you can see that it shows some random characters.

Unable to log into my Citizens Bank account. I keep getting an "Access Denied" "You don't have permission to access "https:citizensbank.com/HomePage.aspx" on this server." Tried updating Firefox and Troubleshoot mode.

I don't know what's going on but I can't login to my bank I have to use chrome. Truist.com And I've used nothing but Firefox for 10yr.. Latest FF for Android on LG phone, desktop is down.. Help..

After few search, the adress bar just don't work anymore : nothing happen.. (with google) Need to close et start again Firefox to use search... until the same problem again

Afte a while , when i open a new tab and enter a "word/phrase" the tab wont do anything - not search, not open wesites, or google it automaticaly on enter. I have to close and open the browser to be able to use it again. I have allready fresh install, i have change the appblocker, logout and more setings but I have no solution yet. Maybe there is an log to look up to see where the problem persists. Thank you!

As from v100.0, Firefox allows users to "set their preferred color schemes for websites".

Ironically, this does not addresses complaints from users, including me, who wish for a consistent Light theme all across Firefox.

Even if "Web site appearance" is set as Light, the following still remain dark:

• Background of main drop-down menu (Containing "Sync and save data", "New tab", "Print", "Settings", etc)
• Background of right-click menu (Containing the refresh icon, "Save page as", "View page source", etc)
• Background of "Please enter primary password" menu
• Background of auto-filled user name and password menus
• Background of elements in a bookmark folder
• Background of Downloads menu
• Background of Print menu
• Background of "Clear all history" menu
• Background of "Find on this page" menu
• Background of "You are about to close X tabs" warning menu
• Colour of title bar for "About Mozilla Firefox" window, when the window is not currently active

Being able to set "browser.theme.toolbar-theme" permanently as 2 would fix all of the above, but users are still (Note: Since v96.0, when this complaint was raised) prevented from doing so. Why?

I updated my Firefox and it deleted all of my bookmarks I followed instructions found online, however when I click "manage bookmarks", the "import and backup" tab is not there

OS: Windows 10 Firefox Version 100.0 Starting this afternoon...

Firefox crashes (completely shuts down) every time I try to print to "Save to PDF" with the Firefox browser page open. I can print a browser page to my local printer, but not to "Save to PDF", even if it is in Troubleshoot Mode and even after Firefox has been refreshed.

Everything on my system is current and updated.

This issue is new.

Any ideas, or other suggestions.

I use Firefox on a Mac (Big Sur OS), and all of a sudden when I updated to the latest Firefox version -- each time I click on Firefox it opens in a new window other than the one I'm working on which is **really** annoying! What can I do to prevent this? Is there some adjustment in preferences I'm not aware of? Please help!!

Hello. With version 100.0 came multi-language spellchecking. I would like to know how exactly does it work, please.

For instance, if I enable both English and French, will it simply virtually add the two dictionaries and use the resulting combined list of words? Or will it try to understand if a paragraph or sentence is English and mark non-English words in that paragraph/sentence as incorrect even if they are French?

I am obviously asking this because there is no detailed information at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-do-i-use-firefox-spell-checker.

Hello Why i cant choose Google.ch (Google switzerland) as my standard search engine? I need this search engine because its the only google search i can choose search within switzerland.

It appears that this question has been asked many, many, many times and yet a clear, concise answer hasn't been provided. How do I change my updates from the beat release channel to standard updates? There should be a simple procedure to do this without a lot of unnecessary information in the answer and ultimately no answer to the question.
