I am trying to create a new Firefox account with it's own email to be separate from this Firefox account I am posting from. However, every time I try to follow the "sign up" buttons I get redirected to the login page where I enter what I want as the new account info and receive a "Primary email account required for sign in" The email I'm trying to use for my new account is NOT registered with Firefox and I am using a freshly installed version of the browser on a new PC so no extensions are interfering.

Can't get a login page to load on Synchrony Bank for Amazon Credit Card since update. Using Google Chrome to get into my account. Called Synchrony, they say it's Firefox since update. Can't call anyone at Firefox, no phone numbers available nor do they provide an email address, not right. How do I get someone at Firefox to fix this problem?

I tried printing in FIREFOX while using PDF and receipts from Amazon and HP. each time the fonts are HUGE, but not if I use Chrome or Edge. Tried your suggestions and that didn't help. I see another user has had the same exact issue with no avail. I'd really like to get this issued fixed. I like FIREFOX and want to use it whenever possible, but being unable to print makes it a problem. I would appreciate a real solution. Thank you in advance, Alan.

I can't seem to open certain links - especially in Gmail if I click on a link it won't open. Anything that requires me to upload from my computer - it won't bring up the dialog box. I can't download PDF's from Firefox. I then have to go to chrome to do the same thing without a problem.

This issue only started happening once I updated Firefox 3 weeks ago.

Every day I am interrupted by McAfee with daily notifications across my screen saying they have detected a virus and to sign up with them. I have NEVER been a customer of McAfee and would like these nuisances to stop. Is there a way I can ban them from my pc. Thank you.

Please turn off the download drop down menu that appears every time I do a download...if you cant do that then give your users the option of turning it off or on...

I refreshed Firefox and all my passwords disapeared even though it stated they would be saved. I followed online instructions and copied and pasted the old data into the new profile. Although I can see the old login data is there nothing shows up in the saved passwords section in settings. HELP! all my passwords are badly required as I have no other record.

gmail page initially loads in firefox and then doesn't get updated at all. Upon trying to refresh it just gets stuck at Google workspace initialization section. After that under new tab, google.com also doesn't work. Please fix this.

Hey! I think to migrate from Vivaldi but only couple of things stops me. I used to split some tabs in one screen there and looks like I can't find any good addons for that. There is one addon Tile Tabs WE but it is not what I need, I want to tabs be still along other tabs, I can detach them and place on my screen by myself without such addons but that's uncomfortable to use.

I'm having a problem related to an extension that I have to use to consult legal processes in my country (there is no other way, the extension is widely used and is a requirement, I've always used it). Not too long ago this browser started having problems with the extension that hurt my company like hell, this is our last attempt to continue using this browser.

I really like & trust Firefox ! Would like to know about all the privacy settings I should have & probably don't ! Doubt I have updated much as I should have recently. Would appreciate any assistance. Thanks, Firefox !

My shortcut display had frequently visited websites shown and these have been replaced by several sponsored shortcuts I am not interested in. Plus, my saved user names and passwords are not loading even though they are still stored. I don't understand what happened, why these have changed, or how to restore what I previously had on shortcuts. I am not a tech savvy person and am stumped and looking for help

Using FF 100.0 on Win 10. When I click a link to something that I don't want Firefox to open, like PDFs, I get the "What should Firefox do with this file?" dialog. If I select "Open with," as I usually do, the file opens in my selected program, but still downloads to my desktop. Some filetypes just open, I don't get that dialog. Those download to my desktop as well.

I've not noticed this behavior before. Maybe I inadvertantly changed a setting. Can someone tell me how to stop this from happening?

while I was running a game on steam (Apex legends), and Firefox on my other screen, I was using too much memory, so the steam game and Firefox crashed. The game works fine, but Firefox won't load anything, Except for settings and the "About:" pages. When I try to visit a website it does not even attempt to load it, but the website does show up in my history. I've restarted Firefox, I have reinstalled Firefox, I have restarted my computer, I've cleared my cookies and cache history, but no websites will load and it will only run properly in troubleshooting mode. Oddly enough it won't load any websites but while I'm in the add-on manager I can download extensions.

Hi, current version is 100.0.2. Running on Win 10 (10.0.19044 build 19044). Have refreshed Firefox and also tried a clean install - problem still exists. Have done a scan using HouseCall - no gremlins found. For the last few weeks my browser has been playing up. After a few minutes pages would basically stop loading, clicking on a new link would open a new window but nothing would load. Disabled my Ad Blocker extensions (I had two) and issue resolved itself. Re-enabled Ad blocker (AdGuard AdBlocker) and problem returned. Disabled it, problem went, tried Ghostery (not used before), issue returned. Both extensions are recommended. Similar issue exists on my work computer - one ad blocker and after a few site visits pages no longer load, and links no longer react to a click, home button no longer works. I close and open and I get told firefox is already running and do I want to close it before opening again. Pretty sure it's not just my home computer. Any help would be welcomed.
