This question was asked by someone else in November 2023 but never sign answer. When I click on a link to an address Mozilla should open my Google maps and put that address in automatically. Instead it goes to the Play store to download Google but since I already have it installed I click continue and it opens up Google maps but no address. How do I fix this or is this a glitch in Mozilla?

Mam dużo otwartych kart. Po zamknięciu kilku kart, gdy wyjdę z aplikacji (zminimalizuje ją) i wejdę ponownie karty które zamknąłem nadal są otwarte. Tak jakby otwierają się na nowo. To bardzo duży problem, nie mogę zamknąć kart. Nie znalazłem nigdzie odpowiedzi na ten problem Proszę o pomóc Pozdrawiam serdecznie

Starting yesterday firefox, no recent updates etc, gives a 403 error for several large corporate sites and 404 page not found for most paypal payment pages. These sites/pages work fine with Chrome. There were no changes by by myself to my firefox installation, not any antivirus changes.

Within the last hour today everything is working properly. What is going on? jn

Hi, I'm having issues with my Google search results page. It used to be very clean looking and mainly only showing the results of whatever I searched. Today though, I searched something and now the Google results are first showing Reddit answers, what others have asked, discussions and forums, what others have searched, short videos, etc. I have to scroll really far down just to get some normal search results. How can I fix this? Call me old school but I want the classic version back. Please help, I don't want to switch browsers. I've been using Firefox nearly since it's launch, since StumbleUpon days. Hello Why getting a black mask and purple screen. I did not set private and security is in lower case and cant access. I want the normal screen with history that I can delete myself. Not sure if this is new or update caused this to change.thxs joseph

I am migrating to a new phone. WhatsApp offered firefox as an option for storing its passkey. That took me to the connection and synchronisation process which the new phone said had failed. However all my tabs and other passwords appear to be syncing. Now selecting firefox to store the WhatsApp passkey takes me back to the failure page every time. Any idea how to restart the passkey addition to firefox process? WhatsApp won't work whilst I'm hung up in limbo between the two apps.

Why is Firefox autofilling the address bar with URLS I've never visited? There is a question on this from 5 years ago, with lots of suggestions. My problem is that Firefox is autofilling with sites that contain confidential login information.

Your help utility needs help. -results don't show date, must open each item. Results seem to not be listed in date order. What a mess to sort through. I can't select a desired date range, or select by release version number. -your search tool isn't very effective, I keep getting unrelated results. I do better by searching google to find the help I want regarding Firefox.

I need to run speech recognition in Firefox (OS solutions are not suitable in my case), but I can't get it to work. I've tried following these instructions in Nightly, Dev and regular version, but they all end with a network error. I also asked my friends to check and they had the same thing happen. Do I need to follow the steps to run offline or is the problem much deeper?

I use the Android beta version of Firefox to open the website as shown in the picture. I've turned on the option Ask me when opening links with external apps in settings. When I clicked the Open APP button in the upper right corner, there was no pop-up window asking me whether to open Quark Browser as expected, but it was downloaded directly. However, when I visit some other websites such as Zhihu, the correct pop-up window appears. What is the problem?

Hey guys! so, for background, I'm using Firefox Beta on a Galaxy tab.

I have this thing when I use the browser in Multi Window and try to highlight a text by tap holding it. the pop-up menu (where you have options such as copy/cut and select, etc.) doesn't really show. this only happens to me on Firefox. what's up with that?

also, tapping a word twice doesn't select it even when I'm not using Multi Window... what's up with that?

Comments on YouTube in its phone view can't be highlighted so as to make some actions with highlighted word(s) - copy, paste, find on web etc. In desktop view comments are highlighted normally. And in other browsers (Chrome, Opera) comments on YouTube in its phone view are highlighted normally as well.

Firefox 125.0 Beta 9. Why so much memory usage in background when Firefox is not open and in use? (See Screenshot). Never noticed this before on previous Beta versions. Otherwise this version works good and no crashes.

Hello everyone, I’m a fan of Firefox due to its efficient handling of webpage caching and memory management. However, I often find myself switching back to the Chromium-based Edge browser due to one specific feature in its DevTools. In Edge, when I resize the viewport, it stops at a certain limit. If I want to resize it further, I can zoom out and then continue resizing. I find this feature very useful. Is there a way to have similar functionality in Firefox? I’m currently using the Firefox Developer Edition.

I have two audio device plugged in. firefox only outputs to the usb devise even though i have selected the aux out on windows. all other programs use the selected audio out but not firefox

any help would be appreciated

I'm noticing an abnormal battery usage in my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. Ive used other Chromium based browsers without issues. Sadly I'll have to stop using it.
