You did updates this morning which annoys me anyway. You do updates too often and at the wrong time of day. After you did updates, everything, all my bookmarks, etc. are gone. It's a blank screen.

I have a certain website that I can no longer sign into. I have always been able to sign in to it, but I can no longer. It loads, but won't allow me to input my login information anymore. I can use another browser and have no problem logging in.

Both user accounts on my work pc have no passwords from shutting my pc off on friday and coming in on monday. no errors otherwise. all my bookmarks and tabs are still there but no passwords. I see a logins.json-15.corrupt file from friday. If i change the name to logins.json and try to open in firefox it says "SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data"

What else can I try to recover my passwords? I don't have it synced.

I have written about this before, but the problems have multiplied. I've been keeping track of all the sites that I can't access in Firefox, and over the last month or so alone, there have been 23 instances of this. Not only not being able to access actual websites, but other connectivity issues. Several examples:

First, my local newspaper e-Edition comes up in a huge format that is unreadable and cannot be made smaller. It works fine on the Brave browser.

Different example: My daughter sent me several different links over a few days on Facebook Messenger to Amazon products that I wanted to buy. Her message is there, but the link/photo isn't. This renders completely normally on Brave.

Some other examples are restaurant menus listed on the restaurant's website, a Word Search puzzle from the L.A. Times, financial websites in which I have accounts. The list is seemingly endless. My last attempt to get support for this problem did not lead to any fix. This all occurs whether or not my adBlockers are turned off.

As a Firefox user since its inception, I don't like having to go to another browser, but the situation has been getting more and more untenable.

Lately a get my emails from greek senders like in the screenshot, not everyone, but most of them. I tried many things like, changing mime variable from false to true, removing addons, repair folder, repair font to no avail. I also disabled antivirus. The questios marks are also in the "ctrl+U" screen and the fonts looks utf-8 as normal in the header. They look normal online or the yahoo mail app in iOS. Anyong knows how to fix this?

Недавно сбросил телефон до завода, но перед этим зашел на вк аккаунт с купленным номером и фейк данными к которому привязанно достаточно аккаунтов от почты... А проблема в том, что как оказалось делал я это через приватный браузер! Ну окно случайно закрыл и по итогу потерял все что перенес( Служба поддержки в вк ни чем помочь не может , тк привязан номер не мой (а его я вообще не помню) + данные (ФИО) левые. На почту я также не могу зайти , тк они привязанны к вк айди и подтвердить что вк мой - не могу пхахах

ThunderBird upgraded to v153.0. Since then EAS and TBSync have stopped working. Extension Manager have disabled them and report both are incompatible with TB v153.0.

The option to "Find an alternative add-on" for both fails to find an alternative version to work with TB v153.0

Are newer version of EAS and TBSynce imminent?

I have recently got a new (2nd Hand) PC,after my old kit became U/S,after an attempted reinstall of windows 10. my current PC 1s windows 11. Is there any way I can Retreive my old bookmarks? I have tried getting them from my old backups,but win 11 shows them as insecure! i would appreciate some help with this problem. Is there any possible way I can retrieve my bookmarks? my old pc was a dell,my new one is HP.

I should mention that I am 81 years old and am dissabled with a long term illness, so I am not computer savvy

DRM nags are back ! I am very suspicious of this ! Stopping FF DRM nags yields NO search results -- but used to. Zero searchable information in the Mozilla databases. What a search for DRM nags does yield is LOADS of outrage (see attached) against FF. I am getting a VERY, VERY suspicious. Before FF tries to monetize more functions -- FIX THE LEGACY ISSUES !!! One thing after another, all week, month and year. 'Upgrades' of the browser induce panic and fear these days. "What will break next ?". You people need to look at shrinking market share and growing outrage and have a Come-to-Jesus moment ! Pawning off 'support' on volunteers is about as cynical as I have ever seen. No useful answers for weeks to many things I have posted since migrating machines to Win 10/FF 15x.

Glad I did that search ! "Back in February, Mozilla changed Firefox's Terms of Use and Privacy Notice for the worse. Mozilla removed a longstanding FAQ promise – Nope. Never have, never will" – regarding the sale of your personal data to replace it with a less definitive pledge" to "protect your personal information." Would it surprise you to know that a few weeks later, Mozilla announced that AI would be its top priority in 2025? I note that this was listed above privacy." Where the Hell is the AI Plague going to get a broken browser ? Look at those damn search results ! Gazillions of posts by fed-up users and vastly shrinking market share.

Hello Guys; Since ages I use Mozilla email product (started with Navigator...). And I only use POP3 accounts so I've a lot of emails stored on my computer. Fine. I've imported my settings into Thunderbird for Android with success but this leave the data behind. How could I store my email folder on my phone and where to put it ? Many thanks in advance for your help and have a nice and bright day.
