can't log in to a number of sites. This time private browsing doesn't work. Trying to log into utility company. PLEASE FIX THIS! I'm having to use other browsers.

I think I have changed my settings in error, how do I start again? my current settings were, & if possible keep the same, SERVICE NAME _ mail.btinternet.com USER NAME - my e mail address SECURITY- ssl/tls normal password

Good morning. We have had an issue with these two rental websites no longer working even at the point of log-in (especially VRBO) as a Host or owner. Even after dumping cache and cookies (like 3 times we cleared the cache, etc), there is no change. We had to start using Edge... (which we despise). Please look for a remedy.

The blockage is just a recycle of the log-in page after entering user/passw. It empties the user ID and refreshes the page. We try again with the same result.

The wife uses Chrome on her Chromebook and it doesn't have the blockage or issue... works okay.

Firefox accessing ocsp.digicert.com which Avast says is infected with url:cardstealer. Avast has secured the threat, connection aborted. This happened after a recent Firefox update.

Can I revert to the previous version of Firefox pre-this update - I find this GUI very difficult to manage. Everything comes up too large - and websites I'm accustomed to operating on are totally reorganized and have become hard to use.

Since the last update this is what has happened to the message boxes on MSN. That is someone replies to me through a comment and a box with the reply pops up. This is the result.

I have used Firefox for a long time, and it is the browser I prefer. Unfortunately over the last 6 months I am increasing having problems opening up webpages I normally view on Firefox! When I switch over to Google Chrome (NOT my preference!) those same pages open with no problems! What's up with this?

Recently I have had difficulty completing online purchases. Specifically a purchase from Equifund, an investing company. I was using the Firefox browser, which I like, and I could not connect Equifund to my bank account nor get it to sign off with my credit card. They recommended Google Chrome and I had no problem. I recently did a fresh install on my computer and had backed up my Thunderbird profile folder however after reinstalling and placing the backed up profile files into the profiles directory I cant see any of my folders or saved emails.

Trying to bookmark a pdf, it's on the same location across my devices, but my devices have different usernames, so I added "%userprofile%" to the filepath so that it opens on any device. The issue is that when I enter this into the Bookmark URL bar, it automatically sticks "25" next to the % characters, which makes the bookmark unusable.

"C:\Users\%userprofile%\Documents\example.pdf" automatically becomes "file:///C:/Users/%25userprofile%25/Documents/example.pdf"

Also, as I just discovered now when I pasted this URL into this post, a second "25" is inserted, becoming: "file:///C:/Users/%2525userprofile%2525/Documents/example.pdf"

As of this morning, the Firefox browser on my work computer does not get access to any website - including mozilla itself. On the same computer Safari works without problems, on my smartphone and in the same wifi network my mobile Firefox works.

What is wrong?
