Why is it Firefox can't control META timelines. Both Facebook and Instagram jump down several posts while scrolling.... I was going to blame it on META till I found this doesn't occur with Chrome or Edge. Firefox is my preferred browser due to the many addon's available.

Sir, I'm not sure, but I think my bookmarks vanished in combinaton with an upgrade. All of them are gone, and I very much would like to have them back! Sincerely Yours, Dan

Application login with url: "https://www-40preprod.cpc.ibm.com/services/partners/jp/reimbursesupport/" is not working from firefox. Application is working fine from other browsers. We had OIDC redirect URL issue earlier which was fixed with this case: TS013165695. PMR team suspect issue is with firefox browser, please help us to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thanks.

Please advise -- had an Xfinity outage mid-morning as all things were working just fine in Firefox -- after the outage I restarted the computer and had the MacBook Pro set to open all apps that were previously open. Everything opened back up except Firefox, so I clicked to open. It was the default start page as if Firefox was brand new. I went to History > Restore Previous Session . . . it was grayed out. So I restarted the computer once more, and went back to that option -- Restore Previous Session was available, but it only opened the 2 start tabs from the first effort.

How can I get back to the morning's setup? Or is that somehow long gone??

when i search something in the search bar up by the address bar it is suppose to be using google thats how i got it setup but lately its been searching under yahoo why please help

We use a GPS tracking tool https://fleet.cyntrx.com to track trucks. Starting this morning when we log in the map view does not display in live view, all we get is a white/blank display where the map should be. If we track history the map displays. When we try site in Edge it works perfectly. When we try in Firefox on another PC it works perfectly. Tried resetting the PC to no avail. Any suggestions.

The Pizza Hut Rewards site won't complete login. It just has a o with \ through it. After a while, the reCAPTCHA will say that it timed out and need to check box again. I do that but, it still doesn't complete.

I called Pizza Hut Rewards and they told me to use Google Chrome (which I don't trust).

I have tried this in both regular and Private Browsing mode with same results.

Basically in my online banking with chevron to login button is grayed out and won't allow me to login, including comcast account Continue button is grayed out. This is an urgent matter because I can't get comcast online application for new account completed.

it seens what ever adons i try it seems not working properly. i get error as in screenshot i tried reinstall firefox, may be my account issue on firefox as same issue on all my 2-3 machines

Text in tabs and menus is too small. I tried doing the about:config and put in 1.5 in place of -1. It made the internet page text bigger, but not the text in the tabs. Any other ideas?

I just opened firefox today for the first time in maybe a week and it updated to the newest version. When the browser opened, I tried to login to my tax website and found that all of my stored logins had vanished. This is most unhelpful as many of them were firefox generated. I need them back as soon as possible.

After a trip on which I used several other internet connections, my Firefox has become very unstable. It is prompting me to shut down Firefox in order to open the next window. It is also flickering on the refresh icon. It is also blocking adult content. I have refreshed the Firefox browser but that changed nothing. I am not sure how to troubleshoot to look specifically at these problems. I am fearful of trying to delete and reinstall this program as I do not use any other online browsers and do not want to install them. Can this be troubleshooted remotely without risking malware?

Suddenly I'm having issues clicking on links in emails that I get from known sources. Some say the website is blocked ("This website is blocked due to your current protection level. Please contact your network administrator to gain access."), others warn me about invalid certificates (and I ignore and proceed to, as I know the websites), but those pages never load. I've tried everything in another browser, and they function flawlessly, so it's not my Watchguard firewall nor Windows settings. I have the same issue sporadically clicking on email links in Outlook, so it's not only on links clicked IN Firefox (browser-based email). I've completely disabled all the Enhanced Tracking Protection, but still, nothing. I booted up another notebook, and it's exhibiting the exact same behavior (and that notebook doesn't have Norton on it to be an issue, (though I already have it completely disabled on the computer in question).

The tracking redirects that are causing me the post trouble are "http://trk.klclick1.com/ls/click?upn=..." and "https://t.e2ma.net/click/..."

As I mentioned, these are in emails from sources I get regularly. One is a website that sells their own products, and the latter is for a content-oriented site. The one that gave me problems from Outlook was news content, and (curiously enough), clicking on the image yielded the blocked site page, but clicking on the news heading beneath it got me through to the article in question, so I just figured it was an HTML email coding issue.

I removed firefox from my iphone because I don't want all my passwords available in the clear. No primary password is used, as far as I can tell. Let me know when/if this is fixed.
