In the past few weeks i cannot sign in to my accounts with different vendors like Amazon. A pop up window appears when I click on "Sign In" and the window states, and I quote: "Open in another app

                                                                                                         Would you like to leave Firefox to view this content?"
                                                                                                          Cancel                     Open 

If I click on Cancel it will let me enter the email or phone number in the site pop up box. But, once entered and pressing the continue box, which would normally take you to the password box, it brings up the same window as above. Then it does not matter whether i click on Cancel or Open, it will not give me a password box and will not take me to the site. It presents a page that states We're sorry, The web address you entered is not a functioning page on our site. So, I cannot call any Firefox Tech person and get this straightened out. Also today, the website icons I have saved to my home page were greyed out today. I went to Verizon and they determined it was an issue with Firefox since that is how I accessed those sites and used that search engine to save them to the home screen. I decided to reload those one at a time and then erase the greyed out icons. When I got the 3rd one done the other 29 became live again. Not sure what is at issue here but i do need assistance. i can't don't remember seeing them logo page before but maybe it's new.. just thought I'd bring it up. Same on my other devices too, beta or stable , didn't matter.

Hi, Whenever I'm trying to open Google adwords from firefox it's showing my location as Netherlands, although I'm in India...tried changing it many time but everytime it still opens up page as Netherlands.

Is there a way to change it to India. Thanks in advance

Wrong language somehow. I was checking out the language settings & accidentally checked a box next to a language that I do not know. Immediately, I tried to change it back to English (U.K. version) but was unsuccessful & now I don't know what to do. I can't even guess correctly which one of the settings is the one for languages, because of course it is in a language of which I have no knowledge. Please, if someone can help? That is my most immediate problem - once that is sorted, I will need help restoring the browser with over 250 Collections on it, that just disappeared off my phone the other while I was doing some "housecleaning". I tried to go to emoji.gg and it says that i have an adblocker on. "No biggie, ill just go to the settings and disable it.". I cant find anything that mentions adblocker.

Please, if you can. Let me know how to change it? I stopped using Firefox for a long time. For awhile I got whoever deals with that problem to change it. I guess. But it started again. I don't know Spanish. I know English, and I am currently working on Sioux Tribe language. But I am not really versed in any language except English for everything I receive from Firefox to be in Spanish.

Please, please, please... bring back the pre v. 100 ability to not remember History, and to completely Close Apps when closing Firefox!!!

I have to go into Android Settings/Apps/Firefox/Storage/cache and delete all, because Firefox freezes now at each use, as it is suddenly remembering every site opened, despite my checking the boxes not to remember sites upon closing, as many sites are opened accidentally, triggered by being the default browser. Deleting app data in Android Settings, every time it opens, now is only thing that fixes when Firefox is unresponsive.

I really miss the pre 100 versions, when Firefox was dependable, fast, and lean in data use. And tried all the other new versions, but they all have the same site cookies or data hoarding problem. That is a very data heavy way to be fast, that leads to a lot of crashes where internet infrastructure is minimal.

Is it possible to customize the notification settings for the MB WhatsApp extension on Firefox? I would like to receive notifications for only certain chats or groups.

I am sick and tired of Microsoft and their statements like, "Windows 7 is no longer supported". Now Google has joined them with same thing. I do NOT see Firefox doing the same thing. Probably because they are NOT tied to the functionality that Microsoft provides. This paradigm has gone on long enough. What can I do to promote Firefox as the premier Browser for all platforms. For example, instead of syncing my contacts and required to use Google on Android devices. How can we get to the point of being able to use Firefox and ditch Google when I buy an Android phone?

I used to be able to log into Wells Fargo in Firefox browser. Then I did an update & now can no longer log into Wells Fargo. I keep getting an error message saying I'm entering the INCORECT USERNAME AND/OR INCORRECT PASSWORD. However I'm not. I have attempted to log in numerous times! My version is current! Help!

Where do I go in settings in order to make Firefox my default app. I went into apps and found Firefox and clicked on it and made it my browser and now it's saying I don't have internet.

Having Xiaomi Mi10 MIUI 14.0.2.0 Android 13. Installed official Reddit and 4PDA apps. Firefox v.114.2 shows a button "Open in App" in tab menu when visiting reddit.com and 4pda.to. Firefox v.115.2 doesn't show the button.

Already tried to reinstall Firefox and reset system preferenses of "Link opening" for the apps above. After the last action the button is started to show, but tapping it does nothing.
