Whatsapp was supposed to be encrypted and not even Whatsapp was supposed to know the content of messages. How would they know about misinformation? To log into my mortgage lender's site I have to enter my email address. Beside this field is the Facebook container symbol; mousing over it warns me that if I enter my email here, Facebook can track me. Mortgage Lender used to allow me to log in with a user name, but now requires my email address, which apparently gives Facebook access to track me. Tried speaking to the lender about this, but they simply assert there are no Facebook trackers on their site. So, any workaround for this besides just doing all my business with them by phone from now on?

I'm a cybersecurity professional and I'm researching about Same Origin Policy, Cross Origin Resource Sharing and how firefox deal with those things. I've find out that versions before 102.1.0esr, cross-origin script GET requests used to attach cookies (Image 1), but in newer versions, it's not happening (Image 2). I checked the release notes but didn't find nothing about this change.
I would like to learn more about what changed and how Firefox is dealing with cookies, SOP and CORS.

Each time I connect to the Sam's Club website I get a popup box that says "Let us know your human (no robots allowed)" even before I try to login. There is an "X" in the upper left corner of the message that I can click on twice and the box goes away. I then can click login and my password saver fills the boxes at which time I get the same box. I click again on the X and a message says there is a problem, try again later.

Hi, I get sextorsion mails now and then (blackmail which claims to be sent from my own mail account). These I routinely move to a folder for scam mails together with Nigeria letters and what else I get. There are quite a lot of mails in that folder now! A few days ago I wanted to do some statistics on all these mails, and to my great wonder, all sextorsion mails, save one, have disappeared from that folder. All other kinds of spurious mails seem to remain. Are there anything in Thunderbird that automatically do away with that kind of mail?
