I have two Zebra TC8000 hand scanners running Android OS 5.1.1 that I've reset to factory defaults. I need to download and install Firefox but each installation attempt fails either at the download or at installation. No real detail is given as to what the issue is. I just get a message "Queueing" or "X App not installed."

I've attempted to install our regular APK that has historically worked fine. The download location is... https://download.moziilla.org/?product=fennec-latest&os=android&lang=multi The APK from this site no long downloads. The download status just shows "QUEUEING" for 5-7 minutes then fails.

I switched to browsing directly to the Mozilla FTP page and attempted to download several versions of Firefox for Android. The latest version 125.0 at... https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/fenix/releases/125.0/android/ Here, I tried installing each of the three APKs offered here and receive the message "X App not installed" with each attempt. I am, at least, able to successfully download the APK and launch the install but I can't get the install to work.

Any clue on what could be wrong?

I have been using Firefox on my Mac for years with no problems. Recently, however, I have been having trouble running YouTube. I get to the correct page for the video I want but the video itself does not show up, just the background for the page. Any idea what I might have done to create this problem?

I can't access to 'calendars' on Firefox for Mobile (to boook an appointement or check schedule in exemple). Works fine on Chrome and used to work on an old phone with Firefox. Disabling extensions did nothing.

I'm running out of ideas.

I've been noticing apparent duplicate messages within my unified folders inbox on my desktop recently.

Looking further I notice that one of my accounts has 'INBOX' as one of its subfolders which is where the problem appears to stem from. When I look at that account in isolation (ie not in unified folders) I can still see the inbox as a subfolder.

The subfolder 'INBOX' appears to be a duplicate of the account's main inbox (it contains the same number of emails), which may account for the appearance of duplicates.

At a guess this is probably related to inadvertent moving of folders. I find that when trying to use the scroll bar (to scroll down the subfolder list), if the mouse strays slightly to the left it will pick up a subfolder and move it unintentionally. This can cause all sorts of problems with disappearing emails and the folder structures showing differently on different computers.

In this case the duplicate email problem only happens on my desktop. On my laptop I can still see a subfolder named 'INBOX' but it shows as empty and I don't see the duplicate emails in unified folders.

It would be really useful if Mozilla could introduce a 'confirm folder move' feature as that would eradicate inadvertent moves.

How do I resolve the apparent duplicate emails on my desktop? I am somewhat reticent to delete the subfolder 'INBOX' for fear of the potential consequences. . .

Recently, I reported a glitch with e-mail messages from you. The text of the messages was darkened either completely or almost to the point of being unreadable--actually, backgrounded--always at least partially covered by a pop-up telling about the trackers that were derailed by the DuckDuckGo browser. Since then, I have made a discovery: The problem occurs when using Apple's iPhone Mail app, but not at all when using Microsoft's iPhone Outlook app. It should be noted that e-mails from you go to my Microsoft (Outlook.com) account. Hi, I'm having issues with my Google search results page. It used to be very clean looking and mainly only showing the results of whatever I searched. Today though, I searched something and now the Google results are first showing Reddit answers, what others have asked, discussions and forums, what others have searched, short videos, etc. I have to scroll really far down just to get some normal search results. How can I fix this? Call me old school but I want the classic version back. Please help, I don't want to switch browsers. I've been using Firefox nearly since it's launch, since StumbleUpon days. To check my icloud email, I log into icloud.com, enter my password, got through a two step authorization process and ask to stay signed in. I successfully access my email messages. When opening a message that has a hyperlink, I lose the iclolud connection. The link opens in a new browser window, but when i return to the email I am frequently signed out. Apple support does not know what the issue is; they suggested a different browser. This does not seem to happen with Microsoft Edge - and I don't want to use it.

Prevent websites from auto-reloading while reading/scrolling. Sites where this reloading problem occurs reliably (so you can test, for example), include HuffingtonPost and CNN.

I just migrated to iMac 2019 27" with Venture OS from imac with Yosamanite. Firefox looked weird with TINY tabs and search window, Too much space. I've tried updating and restarting Mac but no change. Same with themes. You can see the screen with open Firefox.

I'm using Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. Is there a way to prevent Samsung Internet from changing my default browser from Firefox? This problem has recently cropped up. Some apps may have a link to a website in their menu. Even though I set Firefox to be the default, if I select one of those links, up pops the welcome screen for Samsung Internet. The default setting is now Samsung Internet again. It's quite annoying. I've posted to the Samsung community but haven't had a reply that works. I've tried everything that an experienced Android user would know, but nothing has worked. Thanks for any assistance!

Recently firefox stopped filling in my credit card information. 1. On a website asking for a credit card click on the credit card number box. 2. Choose the car from the popup. 3. Popup disappears but nothing is filled in on the website form. 4. Use Google Pay or PayPal to purchase.

This used to work.

New tab opens to blank page and not my home page, which is Google. I have been to setting and went to the drop down box for tab settings but it only gives me an option to make firefox my home page or a blank page. I want Google to be what appears in my new tab when I click on the little + isgn.

Why is Firefox autofilling the address bar with URLS I've never visited? There is a question on this from 5 years ago, with lots of suggestions. My problem is that Firefox is autofilling with sites that contain confidential login information.

i am currently at a loss.

I have set up Passkeys for my google accounts. Now i have completely reinstalled my current pc and now there is no QR code showing when trying to log in.

I have another laptop where it will start completely normal. I can switch between a hardwarekey and another system (to show qr code)

Can you help me with this? I cant seem to understand why it is working on my laptop but not on my desktop. I just cant switch to log on with another device, now it is not even giving me the option to log on with a hardware key.

I would appreciate help.

In Firefox the date format is set at „month, day, year“, but I need „day, month, year“.

I tried all the solutions, I even installed Firefox - English (British) version, but nothing changes.

Can you also implement an alternative, to be able to choose between the 2 options?

I recently installed Thunderbird (115.10.1) onto my Mac (Sonoma 14.4).

After lots of manual housekeeping and deleting/filing hundreds of emails that had appeared in my inbox (that had previously been moved into other mailboxes or deleted) I have got my inbox down to a manageable size.

But now four of the emails in my Gmail webmail inbox are not showing in my Thunderbird inbox.

I have run a repair on the folder (Thunderbird inbox) but the discrepancy remains.

How can I make sure they synchronise correctly?

Also: I have 4 old drafts in my Gmail webmail drafts which are not showing in my Thunderbird drafts folder. I created a new draft email in Thunderbird and it is not showing up in my Gmail webmail. I have tried to point Thunderbird to my Gmail drafts folder in account settings selecting: copies and folders/drafts and templates/other/drafts on [myemailaddress] but it does not seem to make any difference.

Any help much appreciated.
