When I click on a new tab, I get this black Google Search page, which I want to go to open my homepage. When I click on home, it does open my homepage. The image is attached. Any help on how to get rid of it would be appreciated. I do use New Tab Override, but it doesn't seem to be working.

Unable to login to my AAA account from my PC though I can with no issues on my android phone.

I am trying to have my own home page and everytime I set it FireFox reverts to the basic blank screen. I am typing in www.swagbucks.com for the home page and it will stay for a few days then changes back automatically.

I keep getting the message "Sending of password for user kcmsansiro did not succeed. Mail server pop3.iinet.net.au responded: [SYS/TEMP] Account is temporarily unavailable." and "Sending of password for user kcmsansiro did not succeed. Mail server pop3.iinet.net.au responded: Disconnected for inactivity." and "Login to server pop3.iinet.net.au with username kcmsansiro failed" on all 3 accounts (kcmsansiro, phildemaria and philrossi)

I can still receive messages on phildemaria but cant send without getting these messages

I am currently in the process of integrating the Thunderbird policies and about:config settings into a Nix module for NixOS.

It would be nice to be able to easily correlate Thunderbird versions to the matching documentation version. This could be done by using tags on the documentation repository.

Would it be something the Thunderbird team could be considering to add to their workflow?

Hi I have problem trying to login Pocket app via iphone. I have tried using different accounts but it just doesn't work. I couldn't get passed the Signing page, it remains as loading once I have approved to sign in using google id/mac account.

FIREFOX won't print whole day of my google calendar - now it just prints when I get to the computer and print out the day - but then it skips the morning or night - BUT I can go to Chrome and it will print from 6am to 12midnight .... PLEASE get this fixed - such a pain to log in to another calendar/browser ETC all the time

Hey there. To get straight to the point, whenever I am watching a YouTube video on Firefox in full screen, every so often the screen goes black then slowly fades back in. I have no idea how to fix this issues and it is not my computer that is causing it (doesn't happen on other browsers, my computer was tested for a variety of problems and nothing was wrong, etc). I have also looked through Firefox Reddit help pages and the support articles on the Firefox support website but have found nothing to help. Any suggestions or help would be much appreciated! I want firefox to not only cache the URL and page title, but also cache the page contents, so that if I do a URL bar search for a word that was only contained in a page that a visited (not in the title or url) firefox finds it. Apparently chrome already does this. Why doesn't firefox? I can't even find a add-on that does this for firefox.

Hey, Can't seem to find the master password feature on android that's on the desktop version. Saw a previous thread from a year ago that implied that it was cause the unlocking of the phone was enough, but that didn't make sense to me, because you have to unlock a computer as well?

I just worry that if my phone gets hacked, they would just be able to easily pull the firefox passwords, and I wouldn't mind that extra layer of protection. Any chance I missed the setting or of this getting added? Or is this something I shouldn't worry about due to the way the data is secured?

So yesterday I downloaded a bunch of files to mod a game. This warning appeared and since then it's been popping up every time I start the browser. I have cleared all cookies related to the relevant sites. I have removed the warning about unwanted and uncommon software. I would rather not clear all my cookies and data to resolve this, so looking for other suggestions first. I don't mind digging through files or code to make it happen.

I can’t seem to open any Word files in Firefox. Doesn’t matter if it’s a new file or an old one, it just won’t open. What’s weird is that it takes me to a OneDrive page saying the file doesn’t exist or isn’t available. But when I switch to Google Chrome, everything works fine.

I use the Kindle Cloud Reader (https://read.amazon.com/kindle-library) to access and read ebooks in my Amazon Kindle library. Since the latest Firefox update something is preventing my ebooks from opening correctly. The ebooks open, but only a single page appears and none of the navigation controls load.

Amazon support suggested trying a different browser. I loaded the Edge browser and had no problems opening my ebooks. I prefer to use the Firefox browser so I hope you can fix this issue.

The last Firefox update, 126.0 (64bit), that was installed 2 days ago has caused various website's commentary or forums to not be displayed. For example, Yahoo finance page, attempting to read the "community" section of a particular stock such as Walmart (WMT) nothing is displayed. This happens also on news websites that allow commentary. Google Chrome does display commentary but I don't like using Google.

This is not the first time commentary has not being displayed after an update. Happened a couple of times last year.

The desktop pc is running Windows 11, version 23H2.

Hi, Since 4 days all emails messages ending by ".... @akeonet.com" (SFR company) can't be sent or received via THUNDERBIRD. When opening THUNDERBIRD a password is asked for address email "lalevee.claude@akeonet.com". But the current password doesn't work. I'am getting then a demand to "try again" or "enter a new password" or "cancel" but again without any success. However when trying "Configure your existing address email", I'am getting the message: the email address ("lalevee.claude@akeonet.com") is found in the FAI data base MOZILLA ! Using AKEO webmail, I can find new messages received or can send new ones. Please notice, adresses ending by "...@gmail.com" are not concerned by this problem, and still working !??? Stopping firewalls doesn't solve the issue.

I recently deleted pwnedpasswords.com from my cookies, as well as blocked this website; however, it keeps reappearing in my list of cookies.

I've never even visited this site (that I'm aware of), and it's a bit concerning to me.

In spite of clearing ALL my cookies (and blocking this website), it keeps appearing in my list!

Please advise :)

Every time I start up firefox, it takes about a full minute to load. It shows an outline of the UI, but does not become usable for a while, windows also puts up a "firefox is not responding" window when the window is interacted with. After loading, opening a new window is unaffected, and page loading is snappy. just the initial launch is the issue. This remains true even after a clean uninstall + reinstall. Appdata folder was removed as well, and did not affect the issue. I do not have any antivirus software other than windows defender, so that should not be an issue. My hardware is also not likely to be at fault, as it is sufficiently up to date (upgraded within last year, not sharing specs here). Chrome starts up in less than a second for reference. Once again, a fresh install with a new profile has the same symptoms. Have tried every available guide to no effect.
