I'm developing an android app that uses the OAuth2.0 auth code flow to authenticate users. The app launches a CustomTab which in turn, responds with a redirect to the app's redirect scheme. Chrome redirects immediately, closing the CustomTab. Firefox does nothing regardless of the state of the "Open in app" setting.

In order to reproduce this: 1. Create an android app with a redirect scheme 2. Create a webserver that simply redirects to that scheme 3. From the app, open a CustomTab to the webserver 4. Observe the CustomTab not redirect

For a more concrete example, I can reliably reproduce using the sample app from https://github.com/kalinjul/kotlin-multiplatform-oidc and an [Authentik](https://goauthentik.io/) server but I'm sure something like Auth0 would have the same problem.

I'm using Focus on iOS. I have recently changed the password for a frequently used site, but Focus always cues me with the obsolete password. I can go into Lockwise and get the right one, but is there some way to clear this cached old password? I use Firefox and have it synced between iOS and Windows versions. It does not have this issue because the Firefox menu has a clear site data etc. option. How can I do this for Focus? Thanks.

I am trying to add a secondary Comcast email account to T-Bird. The primary account was added OK. This is a sub account of the top one.

Note, I have 2 other computers and I was able to add this sub account easily, but that was some years ago.

When I go through the motions of adding my email address and password, when I click "Done" a window pops up with the massage "Secure Connection Failed" The error code is PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR.

When setting up the primary account, the little window asked me my password then asked if it was OK for T-Bird to access the account. This was as normal like all the Gmail ones I did.

But it seems this sub account cannot be added.

Any Ideas?

I used Firefox Developer Edition and yesterday saw that a new extension released for using Chrome web api to search and duckduckgo as one and had to test it "DuckDuck Chrome"... I have since had keneral level drivers registered, IP addres ls directly connecting, every one of my files scanned and index and still I'm getting logs for connections from the same IP's that were using kernal calls to bypass me seeing whats going on... at one point they did a lernal call and changed the requested package power.

There were enough things ran from 5am pst today till 4pm pst today I have exporting the log file for multiple hours and it only has a tray icon telling me it's still creating it as the context was to large to be seen or queried in the Event Viewer itself (error 1734).

you dont need a screenshot. its reral simple i am tired of nothing working right. i have added multiple wallets on my phantom app but it doesnt show up on my phantom wallet on my laptop. i have been hitting check for updates for 2 hours. why wont it update. and if i have to put in a 24 word secret phrase evertime i want to update my extension. then good bye firefox. then why have a check fofr updates button.

I've always had my firefox checkmark the "Always ask you where to save files" box. I started to download a file from Envato elements, and firefox asked me where I wanted to put it, so I pointed it to a dropbox folder on my finder level (I'm on a Mac computer). Some pop up showed up that said it didnt like the directory so I hit ok. Then I tried to download again to another location but now firefox won't ask me where i want to download the file to. And instead it just populates a file in the downloads folder called "7gp69ST8.mp4.part" or something similar. If I uncheck "Always ask you where to save files", the whole file downloads just fine to the downloads folder but I dont want that setting, I want the check mark ON so that it asks me each time where to save the file to. But its not asking me any more. So I hit quit on firefox and came back in and the issue persisted. I cleared the cookies and the issue persisted. Please help me fix this.

Somehow, the "auto-BCC" feature in one of my Thunderbird accounts has been activated. How can I disable that? When I open an email now (in my 'in-box'), it automatically fills in "To" and "From" fields. I no longer get my 'in-message' toolbar in the upper right-hand corner of the message window (tab). I also no longer get the notification that "Thunderbird has blocked remote content..." How can I restore this without deleting and rebuilding the account? I'm sure this was mistakenly activated but it needs to go away!!!

On a further note, I have found that if I move a message from my in-box to ANY other folder, I get the normal message view, with all the correct toolbars and indications and controls! Attached are the correct and incorrect screenshot of the same message, just in different folders.

I am now using Outlook (imap). When I try to permanently delete a bunch of emails it deletes them and then I get a synchronizing inbox bar and the 1,000 or so emails come right back into my inbox. How do I avoid this if I am using Thunderbird?

Example: Have 9600 emails delete 2500 and notifies me that they will be permanently deleted but they never are. They just return a few minutes later. Thanks

Is there any reason why the menu item text in the URL popup menu is so spaced out in FF 115 and 125?

It's the only menu I've found like that.

See attached screenshots. The one on the left is FF 115, and the one on the right is FF 88 (more normal).

Is there a way to fix this?

And also remove that "Add" menu item at the bottom?

As of Supernova update it would seem, thunderbird is unable to fetch favicons for newly added feeds. They will always display a globe favicon, instead of the respectful favicons.

Worse still, it would seem like removing a feed from the folder doesnt revert it to the folder favicon, but rather keeps the globe!

is there a way to force thunderbird to fetch relevant favicons, or add ones manually?

Hi Lots of my files on Mac have converted to Firefox (which I don't use) and will not open either in Mac, Adobe or Firefox. They are showing in my icloud drive but I cannot open them. And I REALLY need them as they are the source files for a website. I have no idea why this has happened, but would love some advice on how to fix it. I don't ever intend to use Firefox so not quite sure how it happened. Many thanks

Hello. Some time ago, empty folders appeared in the side panel of my account, I cannot delete them - how to delete them. Attached is an image with selected folders.

I want my context menu in Firefox for Android to be as clean as possible. But there are annoying actions in it: Search in Edge and "Create Note" that runs Microsoft Edge and Microsoft OneDrive respectively. I need these apps from time to time so I don't want to uninstall them. Is there a way to turn off this integration between Firefox and Microsoft-related apps?

A few days ago I started having an issue where Youtube videos 1440p and up would frequently skip ahead, stutter or freeze and play audio only. They also stopped loading as quickly as they had before. This issue only happens in Firefox as when I watch Youtube on Chrome everything is fine. I've tried disabling extensions to no effect. Is this a known issue or does anyone have suggestions?

I have a company email account on Office 365. I have to use it and I want to use Thunderbird for it. The account has sso that uses okta.

Thunderbird correctly identifies that the account is available on outlook.office365.com and pops up a window to complete the oauth flow. The oauth window does not display anything. If I copy the url from the window to my browser then I can complete the oauth flow easily. It fails when it ends with a "localhost" url which thunderbird presumably intercepts.

I cannot paste the final URL into thunderbird. I am thus unable to complete the oauth flow.
