You're asking me to go to the menu and choose: syncronice and save! Well there ain't no 'sync and save' point in my menu! Not even 'syncronice'! I need correct direction in order to 'sync' my PC and my phone! Please help! Thank you and have a nice day!

I have been going to the same website using Firefox for a year or two and now when I go there the home page for the site shows up for a few seconds then disappears leaving a white screen. Once when I was backspacing there was a notice saying it had been deleted from it's cache and to reload which I did but nothing happened. I have also been using CCleaner and I have been cleaning the MFT free space for Drive C I've been doing that for a month or so and I'm wondering if that caused the problem? I wouldn't think so if it was the problem it should have happened the first time I used it and it should happen on my other browsers and it hasn't. It's only 2 web sites that I know of that have this problem there may be others but I haven't found them yet. How do I get FF to reload the site in it's cache and keep it there if this is a problem with FF? If this is a problem with CCleaner and the free space scan I'd like to know that. 1. Sometimes I use the browser while the system is in dark mode.
2. Then I switch system to light mode. FF recognizes it and switches to light mode accordingly.
3. Then I use it in light mode for a little more.
4. Then some time passes (maybe a few hours), I don't use FF during that time.
5. Then, I tap on FF icon, the browser starts, but immediately switches back to dark mode, while the system is still in light mode.
6. I have to close FF by swiping on it in task switcher, and then tap on the app again.
7. FF now uses light/dark theme according to system.

Why am I losing my open tabs. I have it set to open where left off.

This has happened about 3 times recently. It is a huge inconvenience as I have multiple windows with a lot of tabs open in each. It is too active and difficult to save them all as bookmarks. I thought if you were signed into your account, that would automatically remember what your open tabs were.

I think it has something to do with clearing history. A couple times that function seemed to stall. Like this time. This doesn't happen all the time though. I can clear data & history, have all my tabs sitting there, and they are restored when I go back in, as usual.

I am going to have to change browsers if this continues because I need all my working tabs, many which I will not even remember, to get back to manually.

I just turned sync on (was reluctant to do that as I don't know all the specifics how it works). My mobile phone open tabs did not wipe out as I feared probably because looks like I'm not signed in there. Might have lost everything there also. But does having sync turned on keep things stored in your account so it can't get wiped out?

Windows 10 PC bookmarks have disappeared. Followed instructions to other profiles where momentarily saw bookmarks in a different profile, but couldn't find instructions on how to copy into default profile. Then bookmarks disappeared from that profile also. I do NOT want to sync to my other device; it has its own bookmarks. How can I retrieve my bookmarks other than syncing?!! Seems like a lot of other folks have the same problem.

When I try to sign in to Delta.com, on my Macbook air, where I have an account and go there frequently, today I cannot access. Even when I try to reset my password, the page will not respond. I tried the same on Safari, and it worked just fine.

so the problem has to be with Firefox, not with Delta.

All of the files I try to download fail immediately. Even extensions will not download on firefox. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and checked the download location. Downloads work on other browsers such as Chrome fine but nothing will download on Firefox.

I keep getting Review Your Global Privacy Control preferences message, almost every time I start the browser. I have selected "Don't Allow" option many times and have also went and managed my privacy controls. But, the popup message won't stop coming.

How do I stop the popup message?

I have been Firefox/Mozilla user from the very early days but I am at a point where I have to stop using it because of this annoying popup message.

Outlook.live.com disrupted by Mozilla multi-container extension. Loads fine when extension off. When extension is on, shortcut that normally loads outlook already signed in now brings you to main microsoft sign on page, but starts launching multiple tabs ad infinitum after you log into that page. Works fine on Brave and other browsers. Started about a month ago. I see no recent complaints in searches. None of the fixes offered in older queries found in searches worked. Are Microsoft and Mozilla having a data access battle? How do I fix this? Really don't want to reinstall Firefox - this will involve hours of re-configuring. Thanks.

Macbook Pro, Sonoma 14.1.2. I updated Firefox in the beginning of March. Since then it will not allow me to access site on the internet when I have ExpressVPN enabled. ExpressVPN works with Safari. I have spent over an hour working with a VPN tech. It's fine. The only change was updating Firefox. Since then I have removed and re-installed both Firefox and ExpressVPN. How do I resolve this?

At one site that I visit daily where multiple pictures sometimes can be scrolled horizontally, I can't scroll down or up with the keyboard. The Page Up/Down keys change their functions and scroll the pictures horizontally instead of making the page scroll up or down. I have to use up/down arrows until I reach a point where there are no multiple lateral pictures to get the expected function from the scroll keys. Is there a setting or other way to prevent horizontal scrolling using the Page Up/Down keys?

Having issues connecting to a website i normally use daily for many years, Don't have an issue when using MS Edge. Only having issues with this specific web page.

   Check your network connection
   Check that Firefox has permission to access the web (you might be connected but behind a firewall)

Hi, its been a while now that I've noticed every version of FF doesn't work that well with Facebook. For example, I'm scrolling through posts and when I click on a picture to open the post, the mouse click area is miles out to close pop up windows etc. It only happens on some posts but a majority is this issue.

Anyone else has this problem? FB via Chrome works fine.

Hello, I try to install extensions but when I click on the jigsaw icon it doesn't display the menu where you can pin extension to the toolbar but it brings me to the extension repository where you can install extension. It is weird because before it works suddenly it doesn't anymore. I see this error in the console, don't know if related

Hello,i got windows Windows 10 Pro 22H2 and latest mozilla version,just noticed my total ram usage with mozilla launched is up to 12gb. After closing the browser im getting around 10gb ram usage. After restaring my computer im getting 3.5gb ram usage totally without mozilla started. After i start to use mozilla,my ram usage increases up to 12gb,sometimes higher,again if i close it totally,im not getting 3.5gb ram usage BACK for some reason,only a couple of gigabytes (same gigabytes resource monitor shows for mozilla),so Mozilla continue to use loads of ram and i dont see it uses someting in the monitor. So i need to restart my computer each time i close Mozilla if i want to have normal ram usage,thats awful. Screens are included. Regards
