My Yahoo IMAP account in Thunderbird no longer has any email showing in the Sent folder. There's plenty of mail in Yahoo Sent mail in the browser, but it's not finding its way into Thunderbird. I tried the Repair option, but I just get a typical message that I often see for Yahoo:

"The current operation on 'Inbox' did not succeed. The mail server for account Yahoo responded: [SERVERBUG] UID FETCH Server error - Please try again later."

The Yahoo account shows Sent mail in my iPhone. The Thunderbird Sent folder was seeing messages as recently as last week, so this seems to be a new problem, and I don't know if it's something that I did wrong by mistake. Thanks for any help.

FIREFOX won't print whole day of my google calendar - now it just prints when I get to the computer and print out the day - but then it skips the morning or night - BUT I can go to Chrome and it will print from 6am to 12midnight .... PLEASE get this fixed - such a pain to log in to another calendar/browser ETC all the time

This morning my Linux Mint PC notified me via Update Manager that an update to FF version 126 was available. I ran the update and it completed with no problems. I use FF as a Flatpak. When I checked the FF version in FF Help>About FF it still showed version 125.0.3 even after restarting FF and the PC. I checked the Synaptic Package Manager on my PC and it shows that my current FF version is 126. The Software Manager shows the current version is 125.0.3. Why is FF still showing the previous version after I ran the update for 126? I'm concerned that I might have a compromised FF even though I updated it via Linux Mint Update Manager like I always do for any program updates. Thank you, Colin

Firefox - latest version, in Win 11 updated version, on my home server, will not load google.com pages, but intermittently works OK - frustratng. Other browsers, eg. Edge and Chrome access sites as normal on my laptop on my home network. My laptop using Firefox will load google.com pages when on another network. Is it my server, or Google, or Firefox doing this ?? Please provide any advice on solving this problem.

I just signed onto Mozilla to do some emails and my history email and files no longer appear. My address books are there and ok.

How do I get my history emails back?

I have just setup a new Office 365 account in Thunderbird and when I try to send an Email from the account, I get the attached error message.

When I click on "Enter New Password", the window goes away for a moment and then pops up again. There is no chance for me to put in a new password.

I know that I need to use an app password when not using Outlook which I have generated in my Microsoft account settings.

I have tried to go to "Settings -> Privacy & Security -> Saved Passwords" and have deleted all Microsoft related saved passwords. When I access my Email account again, I get prompted via the web login of Microsoft (i.e. different from the attached error message) and the app password I generated doesn't work, only the general password for my account works.

I have restarted Thunderbird and updated to the latest version, but it made no difference. I have gotten it to work on another computer, but on my mac mini, it doesn't seem to work.

Before I remove the account completely and add it again, is there any way I can fix this as I don't want to download all the messages again?

Is this a known bug in Thunderbird?

If any developer is reading this, In order to reproduce, you would have to follow these steps:

- Setup a Office365 account using the regular password used to login to the O365 website. - When sending the first email, enter the same regular password -> the first time, the dialog to enter the will show up, but it will fail, because the app password wasn't used - Then try to send again, click on "Enter new password" -> no dialog to enter new password is coming up.

I am using Thunderbird 115.10.1 on MacOSX Sonoma 14.1.1

The settings I have used are: server name: outlook.office365.com port: 587 username: my full email address Auth Method: OAuth2 Security: STARTTLS

I am currently in the process of integrating the Thunderbird policies and about:config settings into a Nix module for NixOS.

It would be nice to be able to easily correlate Thunderbird versions to the matching documentation version. This could be done by using tags on the documentation repository.

Would it be something the Thunderbird team could be considering to add to their workflow?

I renamed a folder and now the folder is not showing. As the folders contains few emails and I want to those back, tried restarting the thunderbird many times. Let me know if faced the same before and found a solution for it.

Hey there. To get straight to the point, whenever I am watching a YouTube video on Firefox in full screen, every so often the screen goes black then slowly fades back in. I have no idea how to fix this issues and it is not my computer that is causing it (doesn't happen on other browsers, my computer was tested for a variety of problems and nothing was wrong, etc). I have also looked through Firefox Reddit help pages and the support articles on the Firefox support website but have found nothing to help. Any suggestions or help would be much appreciated! I use the Kindle Cloud Reader (https://read.amazon.com/kindle-library) to access and read ebooks in my Amazon Kindle library. Since the latest Firefox update something is preventing my ebooks from opening correctly. The ebooks open, but only a single page appears and none of the navigation controls load.

Amazon support suggested trying a different browser. I loaded the Edge browser and had no problems opening my ebooks. I prefer to use the Firefox browser so I hope you can fix this issue.

How do I delete all traces of FireFox. I did the "remove program" but when I reinstall it is remembering that I once had Firefox installed so that tells me it has NOT fully removed all traces of Firefox. So please tell me how to remove everything. I keep getting errors that I don't get when I use other browsers, so there is some sort of issue with Firefox so I absolutely need to remove EVERYTHING. There must be some hidden files that the uninstall program is NOT finding. I need all profiles, files, bookmarks etc GONE!!!!! so I can do a new install. PS The REFRESH did not fix my issues so please don't offer that as a potential solution.

After loading the pop-up blocker extension I cannot access many links inmy email. Suggestions?

Tried uninstalling, selected to not include previous settings and reinstalled. Still having a problem.

Possible conflict with my firewall? How do I uninstall pop-up blocker?

I'm considering switching to Firefox for my primary browser BUT once I log in to AOL to check my mail, the print is tiny and cut off top and bottom of each letter. This is not a new problem, but I'm using Firefox more now and still have to use another browser OR another device to read my email. I am attaching a screen capture of what it looks like.

I Can no longer have a direct access to my SFR mailbox and my Gmail. I must reauthentify myself each Time ID and password. I called SFR technical services, they told me they couldn't do anything. Firefox is an old browser, I should try to log myself with edge or chrome. How Can I continue have a direct access to my mail boxes with firefox?

My Mozilla Firefox Web developer tool keeps autonomously toggling on/off in any Firefox window/tab..

Its as-if I'm repeatedly hitting Ctrl-Shft-I (which brings up the web developer tool in the bottom 1/4 of the browser).

I've checked all Setting, turned off all hardware acceleration as suggested for similar flickering problem (which wasn't on anyway).

I use Norton 360 Security Software but have Norton Safe Web disabled. The only active Extensions are Firefox Multi-Container and Firefox Sideview.

Its not doing it at the moment, but I'm not sure exactly what triggers it and expect it to happen again.

Last time it happened I was browsing Amazon. Hitting Ctrl-Shift-I only makes is turn off until start scrolling again, etc.

I don't think its virus related, because I use Norton 360, and Task manager "Performance Tab" show the computer is generally very mellow.

Please help, as I love Firefox, but this problem can drive one crazy.

It is supposed that all emails (received & sent) are saved locally in Thunderbrid. I moved my hosting account from one provider to the other provider, I setup same email address as i had with the previous provider and also using in the Thunderbrid. I could still see all the emails but Thunderbird asked me for a new password. Things were ok up to this point but when i entered the new password, all of a sudden all the emails of that account disappeared. Surprisingly when i try to search something using search toolbox, Thunderbird shows me result from all the emails that are disappeared.

I believe emails are still there but disappeared due to some glitch & that need to be fixed in the code. Can anyone please provide me a work around or development can fix this bug & release a new version ?
