Hi, Excuse my poor English (I am French). Linux Mint 21.3 Cinnamon (64), Thunderbird 115.9.0 (64) no added module - Installation from the Mint list of software. My problem : regardless of the provider (Proton, Gmail, Outlook, GMX - in IMAP), the message menu bar (see <https://support.mozilla.org/fr/kb/personnaliser-la-liste-des -messages#thunderbird:linux:tb115>) does not appear. How to make it reappear ? I think I have tried all the configuration menus and possible right clicks within Thunderbird ; I haven't found anything on the Net ; starting in safe mode did not change anything. I come from Windows 10 where I didn't have this problem. Thanks in advance for your help

I am tired of this [removed] browser quitting, even when I don't have it open...I am going to uninstall it and NEVER install it again...I tried a full uninstall to see if it would fix whatever the [removed] issue with it was, but it is doing the same [removed] again!...I don't have this problem with any other browser I use on my system (Chrome, Brave, Opera and Tor)...I am tired of dealing with this [removed], so you can just take your [removed] and shove it!!!

How the hell does a browser crash when it isn't even being used???!!!

No need to respond and ask for any logs or other [removed], because it will all be gone!!!

Hello! I've recently switched to Firefox from Opera. However: After the browser Closes, It will always Refuse to boot up. Even Shift-Click Doesn't work. It opens, but Crashes almost Instantly. OS: Windows 11 (Build 23H2)

Hi, I am looking for some help. I am using Windows 10, Comcast internet, and a VPN. I get error message when my VPN is on saying that my IP Address has bee blacklisted and I can not send or receive emails using Thunderbird. I also get an error within Thunderbird. My VPN Service says its either Comcast or Thunderbird. Been working with Comcast on the issue. Could it be a Thunderbird issue? My VPN Service says to reinstall Thunderbird but no guaranties that will help. Please let me know if there are any solutions I can try. Otherwise I may need to pay more for a dedicated IP Address. Hi, i just got a new laptop (Asus Zephryus G16, 2560 x 1600 screen) and after installing Firefox there is a thin white border to the left of the screen when running in fit screen. This problem is not present when in a windowed mode or in F11 full screen.

I tried updating the Intel Arc drivers but this did not fix the problem. Changing to compatibility mode also did not fix te problem.

PS: in the uploaded screenshots it is quite dificult to see the white line(because the background is also white), but when the image is viewed in a new tab it is visible.

I've been trying out Thunderbird and Spark for the past few weeks, and decided to go with Thunderbird to replace Windows Mail. After uninstalling Spark, I changed all my email passwords, and now Thunderbird can't connect. I deleted my Google and Xfinity email accounts from Thunderbird, then closed and reopened the program, but I'm still getting this error from Google when I fill in the credential info it automatically asks for when re-adding it to my account:

"400. That’s an error.

The server cannot process the request because it is malformed. It should not be retried. That’s all we know."

On the "set up your existing email address" page in Thunderbird, I'm getting this error (see image), even though the copy/pasted password works fine when logging directly into Google.

I also can't reconnect to Xfinity at all. The 3rd party box is checked in their system, but when Thunderbird tries to connect, it looks like it's auto-filling and submitting a password on my behalf, without stopping on that screen so I can change it.

How do I change the color of the white border and the color of the arrows?

I have menupopup > menu, menupopup > menuitem { -moz-appearance:none!important; color: white !important; background-color: #1551C0!important; } menupopup { -moz-appearance:none!important; background-color: #1551C0!important; border:none !important; padding:5px 0px 5px 5px!important; }

I have .menu-right { filter: invert(100%) !important; but it only turns the arrows white in some locations but not in the bookmarks menu and not in the right-click menu.

Is there a way to enable sounds when the built in pop-up blocker blocks a pop-up or make the banner more noticeable? I often dont realize a pop-up has been blocked and cant figure out why I' not getting the new content

I just switched to Windows 10 from Windows 7. Firefox was working fine, but now many or most pages are garbled; see screen-capture fragments at http://www.fenichel.net/firefox/. I tried a new Firefox 64-bit, but it crashed on most pages.

I recently updated to 125.0.1 and now get 'failed to check for updates': - when I manually check (help > about Firefox) (see image) - in 'settings' it also shows 'failed to check for updates' (see image) I never had such a problem with previous versions; any suggestions?

If I Forward and email with a list of cc: addresses, will the Forwarded emails be sent to the cc: addresses also or do I need to enter a new list of cc: addresses?

How come there is no option to turn off "Firefox Translation"? I speak three languages and every time I visit foreign web site, Firefox suggest translation to me. It's annoying.

I'm using the OneTab add-on, Enabled. The icon no longer shows on the Toolbar, though it is on the Menu bar next to Firefox View.

I ran Remove and then Added it again, hoping the Toolbar Icon would reappear = no go, And I lost all URLs already saved, stupid me. To be clear, clicking the Icon on the Toolbar saves all open tabs.

Is there a fix via Preferences? Thanks. gw

A blank survey pops up in my homepage each time I open Firefox, I haven't filled it yet since I don't know what it entails and what it is about. There is no option to close it either, and it seems bugged as it isn't going away even after updating the version of Firefox, it is still present on 125.0.2 version. Kindly assist regarding the same. This addon, after download, installs fine as a temporary addon.

How can I install it permanently?

I press Ctrl+Shift+Alt+i and then press on the top left icon, but then I can only have one click to identify an element. What to do if I need two or three clicks to get to an element?

There is no option for message headers under View. How can I see email message headers in Thunderbird?

I Googled how to do this but they all say there is an option in the main menu under View. Maybe at some point there was, but not now. So how can I see the email headers?
