Well, I scan the qr code, I login in the Website, it sends me to the account settings, and then nothing. Still not logged in to Firefox. Im using graphene OS, maybe it's some permission issue?

I was using it without issue last night, casting screen on chromecast. This morning it wouldn't open, just opens and closes immediately so I uninstalled and reinstalled it through the Play Store.

I'm trying to sign in but it doesn't recognize my authentication apps (Microsoft, then disabled it and tried Google) or the account recovery keys. So neither Microsoft or Google authenticator apps worked, and both sets of backup authentication codes failed.

I disabled 2FA but it still asks for the code (still doesn't accept them).

Firefox on pc works fine.

Hi, trying to sync to a new phone, scan the QR on pc and on phone get "open your authentication app and enter security code" Whats the app? I get no text on phone and no email to FF account email, or any of my other email accounts, all spam and junk checked. I did get to the ten number authentication once, and tried 2 of my codes, and it would not recognize them either. I didn't want to keep burning codes. Thanks.

I have two accounts [email b] and [email a]. I am log in with [email a] I’m trying to register the [email b] on the same account but somehow is using it I can’t register it with the other because someone is using it the [email b] I someone is stealing my identity please help by combine them both on the same account the [email b] I don’t use for my Apple ID I use it for my iCloud mail I just just want to have two combined together as on on both combined accounts on my fire fox someone has stolen a lot of valuable information about me can you please help and bring it to a stop

Whenever I try to properly use the Firefox browser: I get a "download Firefox page"!! I already have a recent mozilla / Firefox account! WHAT CAN Mozilla DO TO FIX THIS PROBLEM? & WHEN? Теперь получилось даже аккаунт Google восстановить. Но вот Firefox не хочет ни в аккаунт входить, ни синхронизироватья. Как все таки войти в аккаунт?

While I am logging into my favourite site with a 2-step verification process... 1st I enter login details, then I proceed for OTP verification, on filling the OTP, the OTP verification page keeps reloading and doesn't get login...

While Enhanced Tracking Protection is "Enabled" by default... Log-in of websites get log-out automatically... If I "disable" Enhanced Tracking Protection, then I could log-in into websites... But as again enable Enhanced Tracking Protection, it suddenly get log-out again...

I'm having a huge problem logging into or signing into my Firefox Account for Android either first time ever or first time with my new Password anyway? I can't remember. It won't give me a box for the Password no matter what so I can't Sign In! Respectfully, Barry

I have an old account that I'm locked out from. The two factor authentication is activated but I don't have access to that device nor do I have the recovery codes. The email registered is an old one that I do not care much about anymore. However, the recovery email/secondary one is my regular email address that I do use daily. Is it possible to have that one removed from the old account so that I can create a new one using that email? It's super annoying being prevented from registering an account using two of my email addresses.

I am not receiving my email. When I try to, I am told to enter password. Even when creating a new password, I continue to get the same request to enter my password. I don't know how to get out of this predicament. Need help!

OK my primary email provider doesn't exsist no more I need to change my primary email. Can't add secondary email because wants code from old email address which is not accessible.

How do I change my primary email address with no secondary address without losing my data.?

When I try to sign into Firefox I don’t have the password. To get a new one, Mozilla wants to reset Firefox and trash my data. Is there a way to sign in without a reset?

Hi, I have a problem with remembering the login details on the account - the point is that everything works fine on the browser on the computer, while on the browser on the phone (android) it sees the login details, but after selecting it, it does not complete the login fields as if there were no such data and they are, after checking the tab "saved login details" and finding the login, I manually copy the data and paste it on the page, then I log in ok. Why does the login not work with saved logins? Has anyone had or has the same problems? P.S Synchronization is done, the browser is reinstalled, it's the same on another phone
