Hi, My computer was having some issues and I thought that I transfer everything to a flash drive to transfer my information to a new computer. Come to find out it didn't transfer over to the flash drive. So everything is lost. My book marks and my saved web sites and passwords to them. I was wondering is there any way that you can help to retrieve them?

Just curious, how long does it take to get a firefox upgrade/update through Microsoft store? Firefox 118 came out on 9/26/23 and is nowhere to be found through the Microsoft store a day later on 9/27/23.

I can't change the name of one of my firefox profiles. I have an error where the name is too long and it cannot be changed. Is there any way to do this other than creating a new profile and deleting the old one?

When i open a picture from a page, and want to save it on my computer, I right click on the picture to save it. At that very same second, Firefox freeze and I need to open the activity manager to close it.

What also confuse me there, when I find Firefox, there is a number behind the name, like: Firefox(7) Does it mean that 7 Firefox is opened in the background?

What is the problem?

To save a picture now, I need to use Edge.

I'm trying to set an exception to popup blocking. When I enter the URL of the website in question and click Allow, the URL ought to appear in the list of exceptions; instead nothing happens. This is a relatively new installation, and I haven't tried to enter an exception before; therefore the list is (and remains) empty.

I'm using Firefox 117.0.1 (64 bit) under Windows 11.

I want to export my chats in Markdown and I don't like how bloated Superpower GPT is, I just need to download chats. I wonder if this has to do with the [relatively new addon domain restrictions feature](https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/addons-restricted-domains). I followed the instructions on that page to set `extensions.webextensions.addons-restricted-domains@mozilla.com.disabled` to `true` in about:config. The addon still doesn't work after restarting Firefox.

After a Firefox restart for a version upgrade, there are 8 windows listed in the Windows menu, but only 4 are visible. Trying to select one of the invisible windows from the window menu, or cycling through open windows with cmd-` displays nothing. I tried checking other desktops to see if the windows had landed there, but they're not. The missing windows don't show up in Mission Control.

I also tried exiting FIrefox, deleting the xulstore.json file, and restarting. This had no effect.

I'm on a 2021 M1 Max MacBook Pro Firefox 117.0.1 Mac OS 13.5.2 (22G91)

Any ideas? This is a weird one.

when i open a new tab,add on managers tab also opens. open another tab same thing, so if i have 4 tabs open also have 4 add on managers open it dose not do it in troublshoot mode

Now, A reply from "Paul" said this is a google issue and it is not. I have 3 gmails and I can't open one of my email accounts using Firefox but I can open it through Microsoft Edge. I have emailed Google about this so far I have been ignored so, when I discovered that it would open through Edge and Chrom this told me it's an issue with Firefox not google and the problem started with the last firefox update. So, I already know it's not an issue with google and I have no problem with my other email accounts just the one.

On a site with a menu along the top the rightmost item is missing, and only in Firefox, not Chrome or Edge. It happens on various pages with the same menu setup. I cleared cookies & cache, turned off extensions, no luck. See attached image. What could the problem be ?

When I opening new webpage, for 1-2 second's i see white blank page (which is normal), the question is: how can I protect my eyes and change this default blank white color screen to something... darker?

Addon "Dark Reader" did not help.

I have Mac Pro 2018 and having a problem with Thin Lines on left side of the browser (Firefox Mac) i can't find anyone on line with same problem explaining how they resolved the issue!
