After the most recent FF update, I can no longer upload pictures from my laptop to FB. I cannot see replies to posts in the main feeds. I have to go to the individual post pages to see them. Upon trying to sign into FB I often now get a message that says the feature is not working, but I click on it again and am able to log in. The feeds are taking a long time to load - I can see 3-4 posts and then icons that show the rest of the feed is trying to load, I do not have AVG or the other thing (bitdefender maybe, or something like that) others have been having problems with, that was resolved in a recent 'FB not working' thread -- that was supposedly solved with a recent update. A few minutes ago my laptop shut down while I was on FB. I did all of the suggestions regarding clearing the cache, cookies, etc. when I first noticed the problem so there is still a big problem with FB. I did report my inability to upload pictures directly to FB but I don't have any replies from them. Unrelated, I am sure, but my bookmarks were gone again this morning, for like the 24th time and I had to do the profile folder fix to get them back. I did not cache or other cleaning before I shut my computer down last night. It last happened a few days ago, unrelated to the cache etc cleaning after I noticed the FB problem. I have Norton antivirus and FF is synced to my cell phone but I prefer using my laptop for all internet activity because the screen is obviously bigger. I do not want to use another browser because of security issues. Thank you.

Since this morning, I haven't been able to access Bsky on my laptop because of a supposed HSTS risk, which means I can't add an exception to visit it. I use Firefox on my Android and going to the mobile version of the website lets me in no problem, so I assume there's an issue with my laptop.

I'd usually wait a few days and let it solve itself but just in case it's something on my end, I'd like to solve it! I'm on 151.0.4 (64-bit), don't use a VPN or an anti-virus, I have a couple of privacy add-ons but they've been here forever and they've never caused a fuss. I can post a screenshot of the error code and the certificate it sends me if it's any help.

I'd appreciate any pointers! Thanks!

I am trying to add an Proton mail account to Thunderbird using the Proton Mail Bridge (PMB). In the PMB guide it is recommended to uncheck Account Hub in the Setting>General. The problem is that the Account Hub still pops up when trying to add a new mail account - it simply refuses to go away regardless of several restarts of both the computer and the mail client!

I use Thunderbird on a PC. It has began to open evry e-mail I select as a pop-up window. This is unusual for me, and I do not want it. I just want to open the e-mail inside those windows that already exist on the screen. It has been like that before. In settings I have selected to open e-mails in an "existing window" Is this korekt? Finally one more question: can I write in Danish here? It would be easyer for me to explain my problem in danish.

After click, Ask a question, a banner pops up saying my post is awaiting approval by a moderator. Why? What did I do or say that appeared so negative as to require approval first? IMO, it takes time for a Mod to mod it. Then it goes out for some people to see. It's not good for business if there is no wait time, and it a waste of time, if the problem asked, has a answer in a holding pattern, that goes in to a holding pattern again if/when the Post is permitted. Very odd..

I have email [edited from public] @riverplazatravel.com purchased through Rackspace For days, on my emails through Thunderbird, I'm receiving emails but SENT emails disappear. They aren't showing in TRASH anymore, or SENT....they are disappearing and I have to check with my customer and they aren't receiving them. Big problem. Please help I've spent hours of research and dont understand much of that and so many are outdated. I've messaged and called various people. Your email was provided to me by Rackspace.

I have email accounts that are with Shaw (shaw.ca) which was bought by Rogers. I've had these accounts for years, and about a week ago the emails were not being downloaded and I could not send emails either. The email server is : Incoming - imap.shaw.ca, security type SSL, port 993

                   Outgoing - mail.shaw.ca, security type STARTTLS, port 587, with domain shaw.ca

I deleted Thunderbird and reinstalled it on my desktop computer that runs Windows 11, and attempted to add my Shaw email accounts using the above email server information, however received an error message that it could not connect to the server. I was however able to set up my Outlook and Hotmail accounts and could receive and send messages.

I also have Thunderbird on my laptop (Windows 11), and the Shaw email accounts were also unable to receive or send, although they were receiving and sending last week.

I contacted Shaw (Rogers) technical support and they said the Shaw webmail was operating because I could send and receive using Webmail, but that it must be an issue with Thunderbird. This did not make sense as I also installed Canary and Mailspring, and was unable to have my Shaw email accounts set up in those email programs with them being unable to connect to the Shaw email server. The tech rep said I would need to contact Thunderbird to have them confirm there was no problem on Thunderbird's side.

I also installed the Outlook email program and tried installing one of my Shaw email accounts using the Shaw server specs, and it installed the account and connected to the Shaw email server. I was able to send and receive emails from it. When I used the same Incoming and Outgoing specs in Thunderbird, Canary, and Mailspring, it would not connect to the Shaw email server.

Any suggestions as to what the problem might be and what might be done to correct it to allow my Shaw email accounts to be set up in Thunderbird would be much appreciated. Thanks.

I'm using a Galaxy22 and have T/b for Android installed and ready to go. I've followed all the directions to import everything from my T/b on my desktop, which is the latest as I do automatic updates. But when I open T/b for Android, I see something called "unified inbox" with absolutely nothing in it, just a blank screen and a "compose message" icon on the bottom right. Where's my stuff? Please help! I can't handle Samsung email anymore, it won't send out any messages.

I need to check my Username, Password, SSL, Protocol, Incoming & Outgoing Server Ports. BUT I don't see on my Thunderbird page where to find these: it's my preferred way to do e-mail! I have 6 email accounts linked to Thunderbird. I noticed today on one of the accounts, along with inbox, drafts, sent, etc., there is now a spam icon. I didn't change any settings or even look at that email account today. This is the only account with that icon and it won't allow me to delete it. All settings between all accounts are the same, just this dang spam fire icon that I can't delete
