Granted, I have massive boxes...but in my Sent folder, I checked a mail sent just this morning and wanted to right click it to 'edit as a new message'...however, when it opens, the content is related to a different email and the sendto email is also from a different email. Is there a way to clean up something like this? I shut down TB and waited and reopened and the issue stays the same.

The Not Responding stuff, plus this, has me looking for an alternative.

I've been having this problem for a couple of weeks now. When I go to certain websites (that work on Every other browser I use) I get the following error:

Network Protocol Error

An error occurred during a connection to www.diamondtoolstore.com.

The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because an error in the network protocol was detected.

   Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.

It happens with Lowes & Home Depot - two sites I use every day for work. Now I have to use Chrome or Microsoft Edge -YUCK. I went to your help page and tried everything I could find that may help with this issue and nothing has helped. I see that there are a LOT of other people having the problem as well...Can you please fix it.

while trying to stream a Live-Stream i unfortunately get the following error, while the stream is loading: "Playback cannot continue. No available working or supported playlists."

Is anybody else encountering this issue?

Can't receive or send mails on my main address peter.lerche@mail.dk on my PC. Can receive but not send on my phone. Can receive and send on my spareaddress peter.lerche28@gmail.com on my PC.

I keep getting the following error message when opening my Thunderbird e-mail desktop application: Sending of username did not succeed. Mailserver pop3.mail.dk replied: invalid command

What could the problem be and what is the solution?

When I visit NeilYoungArchives.com with Firefox, the formatting of the site is "broken." None of the icons line up properly or are in the same place. It happens every time I visit the site since the last update even in a Private session. This does not happen for any other browser. It is at the current version and runs on a Mac

The first image is the broken Firefox. The second is on Chrome. Safari works fine also.

When you're going to fix the Ctrl + C issue?!

I'm sick and tired of restarting your f*g browser each time I need to paste something in a form on a page. It's frozen each time I press Ctrl+C somewhere outside your browser and return to it. I am forced to close it and restart it! It's been a year since this bug or even more.

Hello, Thunderbird user daily for years. Lately every time I open Thunderbird it starts downloading a random number of emails, usually in the thousands. this makes the app extremely slow and laggy until it finishes. I use it daily, on avg getting 20-30 emails. I don't understand why its downloading emails form months to years ago.

Back in 2016, via GoDaddy I set up a personal domain. As part of the package, they offered to host two email addresses using that domain. I set up both in Thunderbird.

In June 2022 GoDaddy asked that all such accounts be switched to Microsoft Exchange, which I did with one of the two.

Very recently, perhaps with the recent Thunderbird upgrade, that account--and its sub-folders--have disappeared from Thunderbird. I need to restore them.

As of 21/11/2023, I can no longer use several chat services that had previously worked on Firefox, for example Santander bank and EDF. Plus, the POWR widget has stopped working on one of my favourite websites.... it used to pull in the charity's Facebook content but now all I see is the text and no imagery. I have cleared History plus cookiies and site data and cached web content

But I'm still unable yo login to this site.

I have Firefox as my browser on my laptop. Today I have been getting numerous pop-up messages from McAfee (which I do not have- I use a different web defense app) saying I need to renew my subscription or virus detected. Nothing I do gets rid of these pop-ups, which keep coming back (see example below) . How can I stop this from occurring? HELP!!

Greetings! This morning, I suddenly cannot send emails. I am using Tbird 120.0 for my Spectrum Road Runner account. No problem receiving emails and no problem getting onto webmail where I can send and receive. And I am getting this error message when I attempt to send:

Sending of the message failed. An error occurred while sending mail: Outgoing server (SMTP) error. The server responded: p-impout005.msg.pkvw.co.charter.net cmsmtp Connection Rejected - see http://www.spamhaus.org/query/ip/76.37.3.140 AUP#Out-1220.

I've checked my account settings and don't see anything untoward and have changed nothing. Admittedly, I am no expert but have done my best to check on FAQs and possible similar sounding issues.

Any thoughts?

Hi, for months now, Mozilla, keeps crashing, or asking me to install new updates very frequently. Today it told me I have an old version (I do not) and that I need to create a new profile. I love your privacy policy but am about to give up your product. I have an IT dep and they were not able to help either. Best of luck fixing these bugs
