I can't attach any files in my outlook web app using Firefox. However, using Microsoft's Edge, there's no problem. I prefer Firefox but this is really hindering my work. I restarted Firefox, removed all plug ins, but no success with that.

I believe one of the recent updates is causing the "Remember Logins for Sites" to be disabled every time I restart my computer. I'll test if it's also when I restart FF, (I restated FF on my laptop and RLFS was left on) . I noticed it because passwords were not being populated automatically (like usual). I found this option off, and turning it back on, allowed the pw fields to be auto populated again. However, after every restart, "Remember Logins for Sites" is off again. It is also happening on my wife's laptop.

I just updated Firefox and had to do a restart. When I did I lost all the previous tabs I had open. How do I restore them? I've Googled and cannot find sessionstore.js. It seems like this new version doesn't use this js file. Thanks in advance.

I would like to shorten the address bar so that more of the theme background picture is visible. I only use a small amount of toolbar icons and no search bar so the address bar extends almost the entire length of the window and blocks a fair bit of the theme pic. I read that it can be set to a particular size by coding for it in userchrome.css can you please show me exactly what I need to enter into the text document to make this happen? This is what I have seen on other posts and have tried to use:

After upgrading to FF 45.0 fonts on some web pages (notably the Adobe forums) look thin and scraggly and kerning seems to be messed up when I have "Allow pages to choose their own fonts instead of my selections above" checked. The problem also exists in FF 45.1. This has, in fact, become a topic on the Adobe Forum Comments forum ( https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2112505 ). I looked at this question ( https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1111253#answer-847637 ) but the solution offered there doesn't apply since I already have the platform upgrade installed. Windows 7 Pro SP1.

Since the last week of March 2016, weather.com stopped working. All I get is a single window with most of the banner blacked out. Selecting from the drop downs bring mostly empty screens or, in the case of Today's forecast, Page not found. I updated to El Capitan hoping that would solve the issue. No luck. I'm at Firefox 45.0.1 which says it's up to date. What happened?

Firefox displays a very annoying DRM banner all the time on nbcnews.com and a few other sites. I have DRM disabled, I do not want to play DRM content, how do I get rid of the banner? There should always be an option to hide a warning banner permanently.

Something went wrong with my Windows 8 so I had to Refresh it through the Recovery option . I ended up losing my firefox and had to download it again. Sadly, I have no backups of my bookmarks and history and they are very, very important. Is there any possible way I could get them back?

After upgrading to Firefox 45.0 a document from the web (newspaper article in this case) is no longer copied intact into a new message in Thuiderbird. Text formatting of headings & subheadings are lost, links are lost and no images are copied. This has not occurred in any prior version of Firefox.

I copied the same article from the web into a word document and all formatting as well as images were copied intact -- using the Word paste option of "Keep Source Formatting".

I accessed the document in Internet Explorer and copied it into Thunderbird with all formatting and images intact.

I am running Windows 7 64 bit. Is this a bug in 45.0 or how can I resolve this issue?

I hope I have the right department area, but if not if you can direct me to the correct one. I was trying to call someone on Google Voice and I got a message that I needed to install the Hangout Pluggin. I did and tried to call someone but the window still keeps popping up. I contacted Google Voice help and they said that I would need to contact Mozilla because it probably was disabled and would need to enable it again. Also not sure if this is the reason why I am having this problem, but I just updated Mozilla Firefox. How do I enable this? Thanks

I recently posted to "After compacting folders Inbox is completely empty" about a similar problem with another folder I use for archiving emails. After hitting "Compact" in the right-click on that folder, all the emails just vanished. Poof! Luckily, I had read the aforementioned post and did a backup of Local Folders should the problem re-occur. It has...and it hasn't.

After a few test runs, this occurrence is intermittent. I find no reason for the inconsistency. I have taken it on faith that before I compact ANY folder I will need to make a recovery backup. Until I can ascertain why this is going on, such would be my advice before any individual or bulk compacting gets done.

(using T-Bird 38.7.1 on Win7 and XP)

I do have a problem with some of the the fonts' rendering without antialiasing, as I think, and that makes them pretty ugly. The problem appears to be only with Firefox; the same fonts on Chrome, Internet Explorer, Brave browser or even Pale Moon does not exist. When it comes to Pale Moon, it required some setting to be changed in about:config but eventually, everything rendered neatly.

As far as Firefox in concerned, I have tried to use numerous different solutions but none seemed to work. I'll try to list the tutorials that I have tried. My system is Windows 7 x64 Home Premium, Firefox is the latest version from the stable releases, 45.0.1 right now, I think. Laptop is Acer Aspire 5749Z with Intel Pentium B960 and Intel GMA 2000 graphics. I do have the latest drivers for the graphics card installed. Windows' ClearType is on. Hardware Acceleration is currently on, tried turning if off, nothing helped.

I managed to get infected by SnapDo. I removed it successfully, but when I open Firefox it tries to open an additional tab as well as those I choose to "show my windows and tabs from last time". It tries to go through Yahoo and then opens a search on %snf%. I foudna way to correct this by removing the additional link in teh Firefox properties, shortcut, but it still opens this additional tab on the yahoo search with the following link: https://search.yahoo.com/web?fr=slv502-#92;u0001$REG_sc\u0001&type=\u0001$REG_tc\u0001&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.%25snf%25.com%2F I've reset Firefox, troubleshooted, uninstalled yahoo toolbar and all the usual things to try and remove it, but to no avail. Malwarebytes cannot find any further snf or snapdo files on my pc. Can you help please? Regards, Gary

While in private browsing mode in Mac OS ver 45, I can log into Office365, but when I log out and back in I get the message

" Sorry, but we're having trouble signing you in

Please try again in a few minutes. If this doesn't work, you might want to contact your admin and report the following error: 800478A1."

This occurred before on a previous version of Firefox. If Firefox is not holding any information (private browsing) why can I not log back in?

Ever since Firefox updated to 45.0.2, the Remember logins for sites check box is unchecked by default. I have to manually go into Security to check the box. Is there a way to make it checked by default

Please advise.

I did a Refresh Firefox, then my Profile Screen showed the name of an added/extra profile - I've tried to delete the name from the profile window but I just get a "beach ball" that keeps revolving. When I looked in the Profile Folder, there was no folder for the add/extra name.

Anyone have any ideas on whats happened here? Why wont the extra name delete from the Profiles window.

I want to remove the "add yahoo search" part and the green plus sign permanently for yahoo and any other site. I have set browser.urlbar.suggest.searches to false, and browser.search.suggest.enabled to false also and am still getting this annoying feature. Here is a screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/1nplV8T.png
