Before the update on April 29 I had no issues with my eBay account on Firefox. Now I am unable to get the pages to work properly. I cannot list any items for sale nor can I change any of my items in my store. Nothing saves and then redirects me to the homepage. eBay is one of my trusted seitz so I have no idea what’s causing this. It’s not eBay because my other accounts work fine on Chrome and on Safari. It happened exactly when the last update happened. And the only way that I can actually get back to the original site is to clear all my cookies and log out and start all over again, only to have the same issues over and over. I don’t know who to contact. I’m losing money in my Business every day because of this so I’m going to have to change my browser unfortunately if I don’t get a solution as soon as possible. hello, how can i copy my Linux mint Thunderbird profiles over to windows 10? i get a copy alarm "can not copy symbolic link" when i try to copy the .thunderbird directory to my dos formatted usb drive. i do see that the linux profile directory has both imapmail and ImapMail directories. i believe this is the issue. when i am copying from linux to the dos usb drive, the error window askes to skip/cancel the directory it is troubled by. as both imapmail and ImapMail have the same size and file count, can i just skip one of the directories? is either better on the dos side? thank you for your time. I am running version 125.0.3 (64-bit) on Windows 11, and I can't check for updates and have to manually download each new version after given a popup telling me that the latest Firefox update couldn't be installed. I've tried restarting the computer, tried running the Mozilla Maintenance Service, and installing the latest updates for Firefox and Windows 11. Nothing I've tried has worked, and no other help article has helped me thus far.

I have tried all fixes suggested by others reporting similar problems with previous versions, but this was noticeable for me yesterday afternoon right after some downtime and the latest version (for me) of Firefox was installed. Every time I try to use a site requiring recaptcha, the wheel spins and I get no choice to log in. I've cleared cookies and my cache, refreshed Firefox, etc. Nothing works.

I'm really unsure how to figure this out so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

this is definitely a unique issue i have not ever had, LOL

i'm running into a very strange issue where only the roblox page is not loading properly. everything else seems to work just fine; trying to load roblox on google chrome works fine too! ive turned off my extensions and run it in troubleshoot mode, i've updated the browser and my pc and my drivers, nothing seems to want to fix it. i'm not very sure what's going on. it's very funny, but definitely troublesome- the website is not navigatable in this state.

it randomly popped up like this last night, i was under the impression roblox itself was down because my friend in the call at the time had been talking about how slow the site is. upon digging deeper and asking around, nobody else is having the issue i'm having so i'm lead to believe its a me issue

New tab opens to blank page and not my home page, which is Google. I have been to setting and went to the drop down box for tab settings but it only gives me an option to make firefox my home page or a blank page. I want Google to be what appears in my new tab when I click on the little + isgn.

I have a 2019 Macbook Pro 16" and whenever I share a FireFox window on facetime, I'm unable to stop sharing it until I end the Facetime call. Even then, the sharing screen notification still appears in the top right in the menu bar and I'm unable to share my screen for future Facetime calls unless I restart my laptop (thus removing the problem). Is this a known issue, and is there a way to fix it other than restarting my laptop?

Recently, I reported a glitch with e-mail messages from you. The text of the messages was darkened either completely or almost to the point of being unreadable--actually, backgrounded--always at least partially covered by a pop-up telling about the trackers that were derailed by the DuckDuckGo browser. Since then, I have made a discovery: The problem occurs when using Apple's iPhone Mail app, but not at all when using Microsoft's iPhone Outlook app. It should be noted that e-mails from you go to my Microsoft (Outlook.com) account. I have been using Firefox on my Mac for years with no problems. Recently, however, I have been having trouble running YouTube. I get to the correct page for the video I want but the video itself does not show up, just the background for the page. Any idea what I might have done to create this problem?

I had to reinstall Windows and now I can't reinstall Thunderbird. It says my password is incorrect to my primary email server but it is correct. I use yahoo mail but it is showing the host as att. All of my contact and distribution groups are there.

Hyatt.com can be loaded on other browsers but not on Firefox. There is just a blank page with no error message. There is an archived thread on support.mozilla.or called "hyatt.com". The suggested solutions don't work or are too complicated. So please solve the problem. And STOP archiving threads that are still an unsolved problem! Am using Win8.1 and auto-updating Firefox.

I have been living a battery drain issue in background. When i do not force stop firefox manually, it just continues to drain some percentage of my battery while my whole usage. Like 10% to 30%. It's worse when i turn my phone off and sleep. Firefox drains all of my battery while i sleep.

I've been running Thunderbird for years on Gentoo which has version 115.10.1 as the most recent. I don't send much mail so I'm not exactly sure when this problem occurred, but I'm unable to authenticate with my SMTP server. I have not changed any configuration. Some weeks ago a changed my password on the server, but I made the appropriate changes to Thunderbird password manager. All settings, username and passwords are 100% correct as I copy pasted all of them. IMAP on the same server (uses same credentials) works.

I have tried deleting and re-adding my accounts which did not help. I have also tried deleting my profile folder. All other mail clients (e.g. claws-mail, kmail, mailspring) with the same SMTP server don't have any problems sending mail. This problem seems to only affect Thunderbird and Thunderbird forks such as Betterbird.

I have no firewall and am using SSL authentication with cleartext password on the SMTP server.

To check my icloud email, I log into icloud.com, enter my password, got through a two step authorization process and ask to stay signed in. I successfully access my email messages. When opening a message that has a hyperlink, I lose the iclolud connection. The link opens in a new browser window, but when i return to the email I am frequently signed out. Apple support does not know what the issue is; they suggested a different browser. This does not seem to happen with Microsoft Edge - and I don't want to use it.

I have several email addresses being managed by Thunderbird. Occasionally one of my out going messages gets it's 'reply-to' address over written by one of my other addresses. So I'll send an email out from one address, but the recipient replies and it comes back to me on the incorrect address. It's always the same address that it gets overwritten to, but I never know when it happens. I have tried individually setting ALL my managed addresses with their own 'reply-to' and it still happens.

I can never tell when an outgoing message has been overwritten or not, as it always looks correct at my side. I only know when a reply message then comes back into the incorrect address. This may not sound important, but it's infuriating because, for example, I'm monitoring one address for replies and I don't get any, but then later I look down at the other address and there's the reply there. I have tried removing the dominant address from Thunderbird and re-installing it...twice. I can't leave the entire address off Thunderbird, because I don't want to miss any emails that do come to it.

Please can you offer some advice.

Re-booting following a power failure, I entered my pin & received a message something like, "Would you like to sign out? If you continue you risk losing personal data. You can protect your data by signing out, then signing in again". So I signed out, then signed in again and the boot proceeded but it was like a brand new installation. Desktop background was Windows blue, about half my desktop icons gone, all default apps reset, in Firefox all my plug-ins/extensions gone, all my bookmarks gone. And Windows Settings now won't let me set Firefox as the default browser and when FF offers to set itself as the default browser, that doesn't work either.

I've got the feeling this is some kind of identity issue gone awry but I don't know how to fix it. Hoping someone on this forum recognizes the problem, and knows a solution. Thanks for any help offered.
